Blurgh. You've got one of the few Metallica songs I really dislike on there, and the only thing stopping me from giving you a zero is Higher Ground, so you get a 0.5/10.

As for me, second time around:

1) "Who Was In My Room Last Night" - The Butthole Surfers. I like it, but at the same time I can't hear it without my fingers trying to cramp up after trying to pass it on Expert in GHII.

2) "We're Not Gonna Take It" - Twisted Sister. I say Twisted Sister, but this actually comes off Heavy Dance 2004, which is classic rock reworked in a dance/techno sort of way. I feel almost blasphemous for saying this, but I prefer this version to the original.

3) "Girlfriend" - Matthew Sweet. Wasn't this in the Cable Guy?

4) "The Duncan Hills Dethjingle" - Dethklok. THE DUNCAN HILLS WILL WAKE YOU...FROM A THOUSAND DEATHS~

5) "Wasted Years" - Iron Maiden. Like We're Not Gonna Take It, though, this comes from Maiden via Dee Snider, George Lynch, Bob Kulick, Jeff Pilson and Jason Bonham; it was taken from Numbers From The Beast, which is an all-star cast performing some of Maiden's greatest songs, and is fucking SWEET. I advise you all to download it now, if only for Chris Jericho doing vocals on The Evil That Men Do. I repeat, Chris Goddam Jericho doing vocals on The Goddamn Evil That Men Goddamn Do. That's a lot of goddamns.. Also, definitely don't ask me for it. Wink wink.

6) "The Suffering" - Coheed and Cambria. Funny sidenote, this is the first thing I heard after being rejected by this one girl back in secondary school. I've since taken it as my own personal theme to be played in times of rejection (meaning it's almost constantly on. Rimshot).

7) "Cuts Marked In The March Of Men" - Coheed and Cambria. The only thing I remember about this is that it used to be the name of Steeb's Pop Prom finisher.

8) "The Four Horsemen" - Metallica. How comes I can never remember all four of the horsemen? I get War, Death and Famine, but the fourth one completely escapes me every time.

9) "Welcome Home" - Coheed and Cambria. They actually played this at my sixth form ball (it was like our prom for you Yanks). I think about two people other than me knew what it was, and we were all playing air instruments to it.

10) "Aces High" - Iron Maiden. This comes from Jeff Scott Soto, Nuno Bettencourt, Billy Sheehan and Vinny Appice rather than the Irons themselves. It's probably the weakest of the three versions I've got (original > Heavy Dance > NFTB)

11) "Master of Puppets" - Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra. This lends credence to the hypothesis that adding an orchestra to anything makes it better.

12) "Ten Speed (Of God's Blood and Burial)" - Coheed and Cambria. While I'll happily sing just about anything, this is one of only about five songs I actually think I'm any good at.

13) "Search and Destroy" - Iggy Pop and the Stooges. I will only say that I would like Iggy to burn for making this so bastard hard on GHII. Fuck it.

14) "The Second Stage Turbine Blade" - Coheed and Cambria. Any more C&C songs and I'm deleting them all.

15) "Thunderhorse" - Dethklok. This one's great to sing, you just have to drop your voice by two octaves and sing shit like "thunder", "horse" and "revenge" over and over.

16) "A Favor House Atlantic" - Coheed and Cambria. ROAR

17) "Through the Fire and Flames" - DragonForce. Speaking of fuck yous, fuck you Herman Li.

18) "Paradise City" - Guns n' Roses. One of the other songs I'm comfortable doing at karaoke, partly because it's so fucking easy, it works better if you've got someone to be your backup.

19) "Bark At The Moon" - Ozzy Osbourne. By way of Heavy Dance, yet again, but the original was a work of art

20) "Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight" - Spinal Tap. If you listen properly, this sounds altogether too paedophilic for my tastes. That said, he who besmirches the Tap shall be casteth into the flames.

Oh shit I was only supposed to do 10 wasn't I?

I quite like this one, unusual in this thread. 6/10

Mine usually ends up like Boogie131's, loads of Cast and pointless album tracks. Lets see...

Ski Jump Nose - Mansun

Sweetness - Jimmy Eat World

The Truth is no Words - The Music

One Horse Town - The Thrills

Lions - Ian Brown

Insomnia - Feeder

Start Again - Electric Soft Parade

Mardy Bum - Arctic Monkeys

Killing Lies - The Strokes

Fear of Falling - Maximo Park

Its all very 2002, with some Jimmy Eat World just so the American following up will have heard of something...

0/10 Chasing Cars. ARGGGHHHHHHHH! Coldplay. ARRRRRGGGHHHHHH! INDIE!!!! CHRISTMAS MUSIC!!!! ARGGHH!!

Sorry, I just hate the aforementioned with a passion lol. And the other songs (excepte Meatloaf, which does nothing for me btw.) I haven't heard.

Heres mine though...

Pearl Jam - Alone

Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff

Guns N' Roses - Since I Don't Have You

Audioslave - Nothing Left To Say But Goodbye

Nickelback - Next Contestant

Alter Bridge - Down To My Last

The Exies - No Secrets

Stone Temple Pilots - Creep

Trapt - These Walls

Harvey Danger - Flagpole Sitta (AKA The Peep Show theme)

Not a stinker in that list IMO,some could be swapped for another by the same artist, but nevermind. The final one is 100x better when played aloud when other people know the song from the show.
