TEW13 Real World Update: April 2016

Here is the update for April, a couple of things to point out for this month, first off tag teams have been updated, going by how they work in game, I will say that teams related to stables/groups are still a little WIP due to calculating their experience from multi man matches.Next is that everyone for WWE and TNA has had their stats improved/updated, all of NXT's main roster is also updated and a few of their house show workers (mostly those who wrestled before NXT). As for an update on the picture pack, I'm working on it, I still have pics to cut and sort.

Now I like to release these updates on the 1st as thats how the games start but since its WrestleMania I could release a post WrestleMania/pre Raw update as that is also how the database is set up. The only changes between this update and the post WrestleMania update would be WrestleMania related with some worker stats and general roster updates since I have to work through them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is [Promotion] closed when they are active?
Due to how slow the game runs with more promotions active, I have included active promotions but have them closed, to identify these they have their opening date and closed date the same. To activate the promotion simply remove the closed date. They may also have their titles histories included, if they do you need to go into "Title Lineages" and remove their most recent record (identified with a "= -" or "= - #" before their record name). You can then activate the title (all closed promotions titles are retired) and then set the champion if they are under contract.

Haven't played this in forever, but I'm probably going to try out the new TEW game that's coming out soon. Will you be converting this database for the new version or are you sticking with TEW2013?

My current plan is to continue to do TEW13 updates, I'm not currently planning to upgrade but a lot of the updates do look interesting. My issue is that I don't actually play TEW much if at all these days and I don't see the point in buying the game just to continue doing updates.

As for the post WrestleMania update, it will be up tomorrow, I'm going to set it up to run Raw so anyone who debuts will be added.

The Women's title is not connected to the old Women's title.

It is more for convenience since you cant have two titles with the same name. my thinking was to add a "Reactivated" record after the retired one before starting the new run.

The first two I wont be adding for the Mania update, I'm adding the people who debuted but wont be making the other changes.

The WWE Network is not included to avoid other promotions signing to them, its replicated for NXT as the "Online Stream" option.

The replica title is listed as the Women's World Championship on WWEShop, so you could just add it in as that to avoid the duplicate name.

Here are some other WWE changes that are needed:

- Brie Bella needs to be retired while Nikki Bella can be set to an Occasional Wrestler since there are reports that she won't be able to continue to a full schedule even if she is cleared to wrestle again.

- Dudleys, Chris Jericho, Curtis Axel, Brock Lesnar, and Paul Heyman should be heel.

- The New Day and AJ Styles are set as heel but should be face.

- Turn Sasha Banks face and possibly Paige since she was on the team that were booked as face at Wrestlemania. Big Show also has been a face leading into Wrestlemania. 

- Also some of the NXT roster needs to be edited as far as dispositions as American Alpha for example are heel. I didn't go through all of them however. Also considering some got called up, I think it is unrealistic for someone like Enzo and Cass to have too low popularity. Maybe increase it to a grade of D?

- Also sign Bobby Roode to NXT.

So I just started getting into Resistance Pro and I realized I can't find most of the guys and gals in the database. Do they work under different names? The company is in the data but almost everybody I search for is not. Aniviel, BD Smooth, Rapheal King, etc.

I started adding people theyn their shows got a bit sporadic and I stopped bothering. Give a list of names missing and I'll look into adding down the line.
