  1. Seems like Mike Ashley might try to save them. They currently have 5 players under contract, don't own their stadium and have a tax bill in the region of 30m which HMRC will want paid in full, if they don't get that then they'll start next season on -15. Gotta be honest, I don't see what Ashley sees in this but even if he does take them over and they're allowed to compete in league one this season they'll struggle to stay up.

Guess turkeys shouldn't vote for Christmas.

How's it looking over there Derby 😂😂😂😂

  2. Apparently we've turned down a his for Raphinha from Barca.... So I expect that'll get done within a few weeks. It's a shame but I'd rather Barca take our best players than trading them to Norwich for Steve Morison.

Hopefully he's the only one to go... You know outside of Roberts. And maybe Rodrigo if we can offload his wages.

Brendan Aaronson is set to make his move to Leeds finally official as well. Happy to see by dear Medford Messi go from the Philly Union to the Premier League in under 18 months.

Hopefully the first of about half a dozen if not more. We need a left back, a right back, at least one central midfielder, a striker and a back up goalkeeper. Presumably on top of that we'll need a Raphinha replacement. I wouldn't be opposed to getting shut of Firpo either and replacing him with someone who can play football.

But most importantly Tyler Roberts needs to fuck off to Yeovil or Exeter or Rothwell Girls U11s or something.

Having seen the video there’s no intent on the fan’s part. His arms are up, he doesn’t notice Olsen and his arm catches him as he passes. The steward then gets clattered by another fan not paying attention.

So it’s not the same as the Bill Sharp situation but the club should be held accountable. Accidental or not, it wouldn’t have happened if the fans weren’t on the pitch and City are responsible for making sure that doesn’t happen.

Meh.... I get this, I do. But fucking hell, pitch invasions have happened since day dot. Football is about the fans. I understand that there's a need to look after the players and officials welfare but also let's not fucking steralise football any more than it already has been. No one would give a fuck about any of these other minor instances if it wasn't for the cunt that nutted Billy Sharp.

Yeah. It was academic really once city equalised.

I think that everyone would have enjoyed it more if Liverpool had clinched it. But city winning is 🤷‍♂️

Hahaha fuck off. The only reason anyone outside of Liverpool fans wanted Liverpool to win is because of the potential of you doing the quadruple. And even that's only because in some circles Liverpool fans are slightly less annoying than Man Utd fans that haven't shut up about the treble for 23 years. If it was City with the potential of winning the quadruple then almost no one would want a Liverpool title.

This is going to end up a big messy West Ham/Sheffield United thing all over again.

Honestly this is just pathetic on our part; our recruitment (and horrible luck with injuries, but the former could have helped with the latter somewhat) is what's getting us relegated. Not Everton wasting 350m on whatever the fuck they've wasted it on

  6. Why the fuck are we singing God save the Queen and fucking hymns in 2022 anyway? I don't know if I'd care enough to boo but I wouldn't sing it. I can just about tolerate it for England matches but even then I'd rather we sang something a bit less shit - Iron Maiden perhaps.

Don't give a toss about William tbf, he seems alright but I don't see why he needs to be there either.

I hope this is the start of the normalisation process of coming out as a footballer. Statistically, there must be a lot of others, so a positive reaction to this could do them the power of good.

There undoubtedly will be others but as I've just said in a place that definitely doesn't exist, I wonder how many there are vs how many were turned off playing football before they ever got to pro level because of the toxic masculinity within the sport.
