Wait... Who was the guy wearing glasses that looked like Klopp? Cos Klopp is there with short hair and no glasses.
Did they sign Jürgen Klopp-Peters or something?

I hate how Wembley looks on TV. That one big patch that gets all the light and the rest of its in shadow.
That's cos of the sun 👍

The fact that Sky don't have it is a major reason. It basically gets a passing mention whereas they'd be hyping the hell out of it if they had the rights. Even the champions league doesn't get anywhere near the coverage it did when Sky had it.
There's also the fact that it's not special any more. The semi finals are at Wembley so there's no draw there and the champions league being 4 places and so lucrative means that the fourth place trophy is more important than the FA cup.

The players don't look like they want to play for him. I don't think either got deliberately sent off but they both just lost their heads and there's been a few other instances of it since Marsch took over. It's hard to blame them too much either, they've gone from playing under Bielsa, a manager who made average championship players look like premier league players, to playing for a cheerleader who looks like he has no idea.
People, myself included at the time, got caught up in the good results he got us but in hindsight what were they really: we beat Watford who were trying to hold on to a 1-0 defeat, spawned a result against Wolves who fell to pieces and needed a 94th minute winner against Norwich.
We need Burnley to not pick up anything and pray we pick up a point against Brighton or Brentford. Fuck me, that's depressing.

This is honestly just awful. I'd have rather have gone down with Bielsa with some honour than going down with a whimper.
I said before I didn't think I could watch football again after Bielsaball and I feel like that's holding true; I'll watch us inevitably get relegated in the hope that we somehow don't but I can't go back to watching dinosaur football... I guess I'll just become a plastic watching teams like City and Liverpool for entertainment purposes rather than supporting anyone.
Bielsa spoiled me and now I hate most football

I'm surprised it's taken this long, or did that clause only activate within this window or something? Because you'd think he'd easily be worth double that.
Still, Man City? Clearly should have come home to his boyhood club...
Mitrovic's record would be shattered

I don't know why you don't all just call them scum, it's much simpler. 🤔

There was a lad in the year below me called Sean Davies. Don't know anyone called Ben Davies.

Aren't the FA just as bad when it comes to the FA Cup?
While I'm at it, I'll take a minute to point out how much I detest the seats the main camera faces at Wembley on halfway, clearly where no actual fans sit and most of them aren't even seated 10/15mins into either half.
I mean yes but they're equal in their shittiness.

I sort of get it with flights and hotels, admittedly 700 quid is obscene but it's supply and demand. Honestly though anyone with half a brain is just going to fly from Leeds or Birmingham when they put it up that much.
Less than 40k for both team is fucking disgraceful though. It'll only stop if teams start boycotting finals though and they won't ever do that.

Ronnie pretty much confirming he's the GOAT tonight, there's not a single record worth having he doesn't now hold/co-hold.
Most majors, most UKs, most worlds (joint), most masters, most ranking titles, most 147s, most centuries.
Be interesting to see if he calls it a day or goes for one more world title.

Villarreal was a nice story, and I'm always going to want a club like them reaching this stage. It's fun to have the momentary "but what if?" thought. End of the day Liverpool vs City or Real will be spending. Honestly if it happens Liverpool/City with Liverpool going for the quadruple feels like an absolutely perfectly scripted sports story Liverpool fans will never shut up about.

Watford were doing it against us the other week when they were losing. And we're not even good.
Some teams just don't know how to do anything else

The media need to make a big deal about it or it'll never stop. It always gets excused with "well yeah but they sing about Munich" like it matters who started it, singing about innocent people dying doesn't wash in the 21st century
-
Don't mind me, I'm just looking for Derby in the championship table
-
I've got to applaud Watford's commitment to time wasting. It's a bold tactic to do so while losing at home but fair play.

United look awful. Just keep giving the ball away or taking bad touches. Everton are very disciplined and look tactically better here.
Typical, the one time I actually would want the mancs to win.....I'd take a draw with a smattering of injuries, a brawl that results in 3 red cards for each side, fat boy crying because he finally realises he's a useless cunt and the CIA turning up on the pitch to arrest the rapist at full time.

Why did none of the pundits call out Wan Bissaka tracking back at the pace of an arthritic snail?

Is there any chance Everton just pull the trigger, sack Lampard and just hope Big Dunc can work some magic to get a couple of points? The fixture list looks horrific.
Please no, I'm looking forward to Frank taking them down and blaming it on previous regimes, the weather, a fixture build up and the team's inability to recover mentally from the death of Dot Cotton.

I had sympathy for Egypt until I discovered that their fans had also been using laser pointers, having been criticised for doing so as far back as 2013.
Different tournament but weren't the latest Euros group draws also affected by Covid delays?
Wouldn't the qualifiers have been done before the initial lockdown?

Hi. Not been here for a while, just thought I'd reintroduce myself. I'll probably be here for the next 16 years

Not linking because it was a Sun article but the red shite are refusing to exchange Greenwood shirts.

It's a strange one, but I think the structure of the deal allows both clubs to benefit somewhat, if he's a roaring success they'll pay that much and we get good money for strengthening a rival with a 26 year old English player who was previously unplayable on his day. And if he can't rediscover his form, the fee won't ever get that high.
Either way, I'm gutted. Absolutely loved Dele, was such an important part of that Poch team that we all loved so much. Was one of the footballers who started to blur the line between professional and a person we all fell a bit in love with early on.
Hope he rediscovers his form, he was recently great against Liverpool, gonna be sad when he smashes it if Everton can get it right.
Weird business from us - we loaned out 3 creative players and sold Dele - and brought in two good signings. RWB is a massively flawed area, but Conte actively doesn't seem to want any creative midfielders in his squad, so at least this squad is now filled with players Conte will at least want to use. It'll be about backing him in the summer...if we get top 4.
Would be very, very surprised if you were offered Winks. He's actually one Conte likes.
Tbf I don't even know what the source of that was, it's just been spouted on forums this morning. I'd heard murmurs of vdB but today was the first I'd heard of Winks.

My prediction for the final day:
Villa are holding City to a draw, Gerrard brings on a centre half with 2 minutes to go to secure the point. Centre half gives away a stupid penalty in the 93rd minute and Gerrard costs Liverpool another title
Oh and Brentford beat us 4-0 while Burnley beat Newcastle
