I don't understand how NUFC is such an attractive enough club for the media to think it would be a good idea for Hughes to move to them. He has got Rovers three points away from 4th place and he won't need the Intertoto Cup to get into Europe. On top of all this he's got a serious chance of succeeding Fergie. Not only would Newcastle be a step down, it'd probably damage a lot of his long-term career goals.

I think it was more the referee reporting the players rather than Man Utd complaining about it. And surely the England captain trying to take the red card out of the ref's hand was worse than the red card itself...

Italy won the World Cup with players from the Italian League only, so maybe this tournament might help bring together a bit of unity in the African teams.

Nothing will ever compete with last years deadline day. There wasn't the suspense of the Gallas/Cole swap or any big surprises like the Tevez/Mascherano deal. It was just a day of mediocre teams like Fulham bringing in players no-one cares about.

If any player is willing to go to the courts to quit their team in order to join their rivals then they have no place in the squad at all. Even if he did move, he'd just be second to Riise anyway and miss out on the important matches that Fergie would have included him in.

I see Homicide just squeezing a victory out of this one to propel himself up the TNA ladder.

Daniels gets the win with the daughter betraying Sting and becoming Daniels new manager. This doesn't make Sting look weak, he can take a rest and make a shock return a few months down the line.

I don't see Rhino ever managing to become the champion especially as Carlos is becoming more and more popular with the fans.

I think Lesnar was only given the title as a punishment to Edge. Also, Undertaker was due for a long reign before his injury so I see them giving it him back.

I was pretty much waiting for RVD to come (as I am for Sabu) but I forgot all about him when reading the show. I hope that things go wrong for TNA soon just to make their struggle to the top harder as at the moment it seems like they can't make a mistake if they tried.

I just read all of this diary and I've got to say this is one of the best ideas and formats I've seen here. I don't watch TNA and am unfamiliar with most of their wrestlers except the former WWE ones so I don't normally read TNA diaries but this one is something special.

You've left a lot of WWE superstars sounding disgruntled so I'm wondering who you're going to have jump over to TNA. I'm guessing it's not going to be a big name superstar and probably for the midcards although it does seem like this guy is going to fued with Cage. I'm hoping Val Venis comes over soon before he's too old to get the push I've been waiting for for the last 5 years.

Spiderman 2 on the GC. Great Game but a couple of days after I start the game I get a message saying the file is corrupted!

Ok, I was looking for a game site to pre-order Spiderman 2 and I stumbled across www.gameseek.co.uk. It looks pretty authentic but I don't really trust Internet companies so what I want to know from people who have bought off this site is: Is GameSeek reliable to buy products off.
