I'm hoping for another 2011 Draft for QBs; Cam, Gabbert, Ponder and Locker to Lawrence, Wilson, Fields and Lance...
-
Well now that's an interesting move for Philly..
-
Like the deal as Giants fan with QB having a good chance going 1-4 with Detroit and Denver (?) possibly going QB too.
-
-
I'll sit this one out but appreciate the tag! Should be back in a few mafias soon.

Giants may not have much of a line but if they can manage to piece one together Jones has plenty of weapons.
It moves Slayton, Shepard and Engram all down a peg and now with Saquon back, it's going to be all on Jones to get the ball where it needs to be.
Now let's get some defense in the draft and maybe another guard and I'm good.

Since I don't have skin in the game with either team, it's got me thinking - if this was the early 00's, after the Timberlake/Janet Jackson flash, who would be the halftime show act today? Britney Spears? Christina Aguilera? Creed? Matchbox Twenty?!

Yes, please.
This basically absorbs whatever we lost from dealing Allen - plus he has a half decent offensive game.

It honestly feels the same as when the Nets got Truth and KG in that insanely dumb trade. These guys are much better and slightly younger though, it's true, but my god.
It's actually insane that the Seattle Supersonics / OKC Thunder drafted three future MVPs back-to-back-to-back, but all three are probably the least mature MVPs in the past twenty years. Not one of them can hold a candle in terms of team leadership to a LeBron, Steph, Dirk, fuck even D Rose was a better leader in his MVP season.
Saying all that, the performance KD and Harden put up last night was phenomenal.
We weren't title contenders prior to that trade, and at that time, we were barely contenders after that deal.
Harden is still in his prime, where as KG and Pierce were about 2 seasons away from retiring. Either way the swaps and all that did give me flashbacks..
But that 30-point triple double debut was a thing of beauty. >_>

I say offensively, yes.
But Klay can defend better than Kyrie and Harden combined.

Who needs Eric Bieniemy when you could have Dan Campbell?

He's been the Titans OC for the Ryan Tannehill Renaissance.
Ah, okay. I mean that isn't a bad choice either, but Bieniemy constantly getting skipped over is getting old.
Either that or they should just start the HC hiring process later to help the playoff coordinators get a better shot at getting a job.

I never even heard of this generic white man.
What team was he on last year?

The one going around with just an empty jersey instead of Kyrie got me.

I'll take that, the Rams have had a pretty good draft record. They've built a solid team. Now for the coach.

We couldn't even get PJ Tucker in this horrible trade?
We legit have no capable Center now.
Of course all the picks unprotected, smh.
-
Fuuuuuck
Wth are we even doing?
Caris LeVert, fine.
Jarrett Allen and 4 1sts and swaps?!
Smfh.
All this for two, maybe three years of Harden ISO, Kyrie drama and an eternity after of nothingness.
My god.

I was totally banking on this happening when I drafted Jarett Allen in another league. 😎
What does "all" mean in this context?
I assume.
Just now, damshow said:It'll be either Ben Simmons for Harden or the Nets picks for Harden. We should know soon, Harden isn't practicing.
If we get away with not giving up LeVert or Allen, I'm fine with it. But if we're sending them Kyrie and 10 firsts, jesus christ.

Apparently Billy King was rehired if this were true..
-
Sort of knew this was included when we signed on with us.
KD has been playing lights out and looks to be his old self again, which was more than I expected tbh. DeAndre Jordan completely fell off a cliff and as of yesterday isn't even in the rotation. Which is a good think since he can't/won't defend the perimeter off a switch.
All and all I think we're still a solid group, but yeah, Kyrie would be great..

I'd assume the conversation goes like this:
-
And I thought my Ben McAdoo suggestion was bad..

Damn, was hoping Carolina would go QB. They're definitely grabbing a WR/OL now.
