  1. Looks like we're ready to roll on Drags.
  2. Jesus christ was my game crazy, probably by far the toughest game this season. Back and fourth turnovers and a big fourth down stop in the final minutes only to lead to Gore fumbling it back over BUT recovered BACK after a Kolb INT. Crazy crazy game... won 21-14 against the Eagles.
  3. Beat the Rams 38-17 in a tougher game than the last time we met. My defense stepped up hugh (7 sacks, 3 INT) to give us a comfortable lead early and we kept it til the end.
  4. Won 45-24 in a crazy tough game against the Cowboys. If it weren't for back to back fumble recoveries for TDs by Willis/Sneed off of Jones before the second half I probably would've lost. A lot of picks thrown around and fumbles on the field but it was a great game (atleast since I won..) and hopefully we don't meet up again in the playoffs.
  5. Going to be around tomorrow sqeak? Lemme know.
  6. Give me an IM when you're ready for our game. I'll be on for a good part of the day.
  7. They won last week against the CPU Texans and lost the week before that to the Vikings. Not sure when you left but they're 4-2 now. (Y)
  8. I'll be free for a few hours if you want to get our game in sqeak. If anything I might be on later tonight but definitely Friday.
  9. Damn DSYI playing my game this week... I'll be on for the next couple of hours so just post here and I'll try and catch it and sign on to play you sqeak. If anything I'm off Friday & Saturday so we should get the game in by Sunday.
  10. If we roll I can play tomorrow sqeak. Just catch me between 1-5 PM EST until then I won't be free til Fri.
  11. Speaking of shooters, ESPN says Mike Miller agreed to a 5 year deal with the Heat. Good spot for him, everyone else will be guarding the big three and he'll be open all day.
  12. Wow are the Steelers a tough CPU team. First half I was lucky to lead 17-7, their defense was all over the field and shut everything down until I put a drive together after a forced fumble on a punt return also got an INT with Kevin Payne (thanks Drags..) and was lucky enough to have Reed miss a FG under 30 yds. Then in the second half (after already bruising his ribs in the first half) Nate Davis was stretchered out with a fuckin torn quad and is done for 11 weeks... ugh, so much for an MVP year. Finished the game off with a couple more picks (including one that turned into a FF and then THAT turned into another FF, causing me to lose it) and some Frank Gore TDs, 41-7 final.
  13. Yeah, Travis Outlaw doesn't deserve that kind of money -- or a long term contract for that matter. Outlaw's a quality bench guy at best, maybe he might prove me wrong with more minutes but I highly doubt he'll crack over 12 PPG if he does get starter minutes. I don't mind Farmer as much though, since it's less money and less years - but that's the type of contract I think Outlaw should've gotten.
  14. Nets signed Jordan Farmer too according to ESPN (3 yr/12 mil). Why the hell are we giving out 3-5 year deals? I hope they have team options or something... this is just horrible.
  15. Who needs LeBron when you get Travis Outlaw for 5 yr/35 mil? Ugh. Fucking Nets.
  16. Won over the Panthers, 42-7. Nate Davis with a 5 TD day and he's a pretty safe bet for MVP right now. 1153 yrds, 15 TDs, 2 INTs - nuff said. Heading to PA Thursday to around Saturdayish so if I'm not around just sim.
  17. You could've had Justin Smith a couple days ago...
  18. Won 49-17 over the Rams. Held them to just 11 first half yards but they had a couple good drives in the second half to ruin my perfect defensive game. Not sure how Tits even won any games with that squad...
  19. Indeed. I'll be trading in a couple games (Madden 10 included) when I do get Madden 11 so we should aim for more games a week - even if it means more simmed games.
  20. Hmm, you never got back to me about Justin Smith, Drags. Lemme know if you want to do my offer before we roll since then we'd have to play our games before we make a deal. EDIT -- Smith is also available for any other team too.
  21. Won big over the Packers 52-14. Nate Davis had a huge day and if it wasn't for Donald Driver I woulda pitched a shutout. If anyone wants the current league leader in sacks Justin Smith he's still available for a good offer, need some safety help in return.
  22. I'm still putting out hope for the Nets to get LeBron until the day he signs with someone else. Although I doubt he signs with us. Rod Thorn leaving is a huge loss too since he is an excellent basketball mind. Hopefully he's not replaced by a random russian guy...
  23. Just noticed I had a pretty horrible draft. One A potential then the rest are Cs, Ds, and Fs. Meh. About to get my depth chart ready and start off the season. If anyones looking to trade, I've got DE Justin Smith (4 sacks in opening game) & either QB Alex Smith/Shaun Hill. I'm looking for a FS/SS and/or a good pass catching FB depending on what the deal is. EDIT -- Won 31-9 over the Cardinals. Defense stepped up and Nate Davis replaced Shaun Hill well in his debut. Also the Cardinals first round pick (a DE, I believe) got hurt and is out for the year. My bad.
