If you're talking 8-man tournaments then I don't worry about the guys who are unlikely to win, because realistically they'll only use one or two fights on their contract. Then for the guys you expect to win at least two fights, put them on seven fight deals. That way they can either come runner-up three times or win two tournaments. It just needs forward thinking if your doing them ...
