Gutted. Absolutely gutted.
He fit the club and the city itself so much. His values were very much that of the people here and he's given me some absolutely fantastic memories. Three Champions League finals and a 6th trophy, the battle with City in two seperate title challenges, several cups and importantly the league title.
There's a weird tone in the video. Not to speculate but it feels potentially a health related matter? 'I'm running out of energy.... I will have to announce it at some point' is a quote to take note of
Absolutely adore the guy. Best manager of my lifetime for Liverpool and thank him for the amazing times. Hopefully we finish this season on a high

I need a moan. So I've been a member with the club for over a decade and they've changed it so you register interest for the Prem games. They do it normally so if you've been 12+/4+/everyone else in terms of first priority. Last time I got close to 12 prem games was 11 the season we had Benteke up front under Klopp so you can imagine clubs more popular and been doing well more people register.
I only get the cup games because I've been going to them for years and watched some turgid campagins in the Europa League and that one Champions League one inder Brendan.
Got the results for the second half of the season. So with the already limited amount of seats available to members, the below are the results. Over 40,000 in the ballot waiting list for a game against friggin Burnley. 30 quid a year to enter a raffle. Think Wolves couldn't register for with it being the final game.

Open to the move or told to move so we don't breach FFP and so we can sign a centre mid?

Weirdest thing about Toney was the first interview he did start of the week saying how Brentford supported him. Next interview he gave was "Yeah I wanna move to a bigger club."
Like I get Brentford's position but it must be a bit of a kick in the teeth to stick by him after he's been banned, they've really missed him and then his first proper week back its them interviews

I still don't understand how you can use video footage and get decisions like that wrong.
I can. They're all incompetent and don't know what they're doing. Jobs for the lads, blindly sticking up for their mates and all that.

Funny that. Considering Shearer kept making out we should have conceded about 10 goals even though Alisson hardly broke a sweat. Only real ones was Odegaard smacking the bar and the Reiss Nelson one in 2 minutes.
This isn't me thinking Arsenal on paper shouldn't have won that btw. They did everything but score. Just Shearer on commentary was very tedious

That's so tinpot of Sunderland to basically roll out the red carpet for your fierce rivals

It was a pen and yet a really dumb decision by Jota.
Stressful that, should have been a cricket score but some iffy finishes at times / poor final ball / just a bit of luck not going our way at times. Dubravka made some great saves and some were just straight at him.
Anthony Taylor can get in the bin. No idea how Joelinton didn't get booked in the first half.

Least we don't have the stench of being top at Christmas attached to us for the rest of the season now. Good set of results over the last two days considering no one's really gone on about us this season compared to other teams

Are Chelsea a bad good team or a good bad team? It's hard to tell anymore

Bar conceding that was a near perfect performance.
The young lads in Elliott, Jones and Quansah were brilliant. Gomez had a great game playing every defensice position. Gakpo and Salah getting goals will help and Nunez unlucky not to.
We've been winning and not playing well and it resulted in what happened against the mancs so a great performance like that will be a boost for the players, Jurgen and the crowd. Need to bring that momentum to the game against Arsenal as they won't want this team showing up.

Very real possibility that Forest are entering their Dean Smith to Steven Gerrard era.
Without Gerrard you wouldn't be where you are. Laid the foundarions. So ungrateful...

Man Utd are fuckin woeful.
Money spent on shite players. The team has no identity. There's players still there who don't care. Players cant string simple passes together, understand the concept of tracking back or know how to tackle.
It's glorious

Was gonna talk about Fernandes getting booked and missing the game at Anfield. But he was missing in that match as well

The most baffling decision for me is (for the second time in 3 days) where on earth 10 minutes of injury time have come from. They added 9 on when we beat Man Utd last week which seemed insane, after 1 minute first half despite two lengthy injuries. Think they might just make it up to suit tv adverts these days.
Think 10 wasn't necessarily a mad shout for me as it has been in some games.
4 subs for us and 3 for them before the 90th minute, the keeper being down injured and needing treatment, the monitor check for the penalty, Ayew taking a while to get off the pitch after being sent off.
It does feel very random like. Cause how do you go yeah 7 minutes would have been right.
