I have always wanted to see Hargreaves play for us, the thing is he wouldn't really fit in, but I think Wenger should make a move as he can play full bvack and anywhere in midfield. Edu, Vieira, Gilberto and Hargreaves would be a fantastic depth for central midfield. He could cover for Ljunberg too seeing as we don't really have anyone to cover that position.
