I agree with that joker in the sun-herald for once. With the game in Australian heading towards independence, we should no longer have our top award in the game decided by the journalists from news limited. If they want to keep their awards, that's fine by me but we need a replacement for the Dally M that any journalist/media type can vote on.

It always annoyed me that you couldn't search for a wrestler earning less than $3000 dollars with the search function. Made a backyard to global game slightly less convenient.

Firstly, lol Suns. Secondly, see if you can follow this. I was in 2 grand finals in AFL Fantasy football. First one was on fox's supercoach. In this I had too many Hawk stars but luckily was able to trade away those most likely to be rested against the Suns. Second one was on the tried and true official AFL fantasy footy competition. I had long since run out of trades and was stuck with a team whose star players were going to be rested. I won the second grand final and not the first.

Hopefully after the last suspension was done and dusted(finally!), we can now go back to concentrating on the game! Kind of sad that Locky's final regualar season game, pitting his excellent Bronco team against a potential grand final winner in manly, means relatively little. It's a quality team meeting another quality team and with a big emotional background to it but the result of the game really means little and it's an occasion that deserves a totally 100% meaningful game. Oh and the suspensions to manly players wont exactly help the occasion to be memorable either.

I went through the whole thread trying to figure out when the start date of this was, found out it didn't have an actual start date and then found it was a moot point anyway as my computer only goes back to 1980 (decided to set the clock back to feb 1980 in the end) Either way this should be fun.

I would find it funny if we beat Brisbane by enough to overcome the Knights superior f/a. Then the Knights beat us next week but only by a couple and fail to make it.

The dogs have a PD of -64 to Souths -3 and the Knights +29. Big handicap there. I honestly think the Dogs have done their dash and now need far too much to go their way to make the 8.

The one thing I wouldn't mind them adding(to be totally satisfied with the psp version) would be the conference north/south.

Glad to hear that. Even if the PSP version doesn't have their full attention, I was hoping for 2012 to be released on the PSP but was worried it wouldn't be due to them possibly wanting to skip this year and wait to see what the Vita could do and release their next handheld version on there. As for the main event addition(adding/removing leagues), I love it. I'm one of those people that just HAS to load every single damn league (even if I will never manage in 93% of them ) and this gives me the opportunity to have a small game to start with and only add extra leagues if I feel the desire to manage in them. Of course as I'm typing this, I realise I've already as good as said I'm going with the PSP version but this should be a good addition for me when I buy FM2013 on the PC

Wouldn't be surprised if it went like the Raiders run the other year. Keep on winning 'til the finals, upset the higher ranked team week one and then run out of steam.
