The last CAF of mine I used online was rated 87 overall. I have higher but I don't search for fights with CAF's anymore.

I just tried counter clockwise in a ranked match got a sub that I probably wouldn't have if I was button mashing.

Hmm, I was just going off my experience of trying to submit the CPU and it never worked when I did it counter clockwise. I'll have to try it against a human.

From my experience its only clockwise. Which sucks for me because I'm a lefty and would prefer to be able to spin it counter clockwise.

My preferred method is the button mashing. But your character needs to have a high str for it to work. So if you have low str but high sub offense, you need to rotate the right stick.

Man I love countering people's slams into a guillotine choke for a submission victory. It is so freaking satisfying.

No connection problem, the fight just stopped and it starting saving data. I think the only two ways to get an arm bar is from mount or with BJJ open guard where you catch a punch.

Finally got into the fucking hall of fame. I ended up going 31-1 with 100k plus cred.

I love playing this game against other people who know what they are doing and who aren't a dcer or spammer.

I like to stand up but I have absolutely no problems taking someone down to the ground and GnPing them or subbing them.

Actually I can escape or execute submissions better when I hit multiple buttons.

In my 20 so submissions online and however many I've gotten in single player, I've never once used the Shine to submit someone. I always tap the face buttons. With my CAF's I can submit people no problem tapping the buttons, but I don't have that option when trying the classic fights where you have to win by submission.

I hate the submission victory classic fights because I can't submit the computer at all with "the shine". Maybe if I turned down the difficulty I could.

My heavyweight's OV is 89

For my heavyweight, I got my str up first to max then started building the other two, then I maxed them out and let me str go down to 95.

I do think there should be a cap on overall if there is a CAF league. Anything higher than 94 (highest in the game) imo is stupid.

Nope, in my last career on expert I only got one KO of the night. It was my retirement fight against Frank Mir. I KOed him in the first round halfway through with a left hook. It ended up getting me both KO of the night and fight of the night to give me the "Dude, where's my bonus check?" achievement. But then again, it is very very very rare for a fight of mine to go past the first round.

Is anyone else's fights constantly going to the ground? I'm like 24-2 and I have 17 submissions and 7 tkos all coming from the ground. either my opponent takes the fight to the ground where I then turn the tables on them or they go crazy and use up their stamina so I take them down for the easy submission.

Against the muy tai clinch I try to wait until he throws a regular knee instead of a whip knee (then flick the right stick down to catch it and take the person down) and block the head knee otherwise.
