I can't wait for the full version of the game and to try out scientists and leaders (not to mention the campaign mode). Its so much fun as the scout. In 3 straight games I went 12-0, 13-1, 12-1 in Team Deathmatch:)

I checked for a topic but didn't see one. Has anyone been keeping tabs on this game? I downloaded the multiplayer demo yesterday and I'm having an absolute blast playing it as the scout (I have yet to try the soldier class). I think this is a day one buy for me.

I never expected the US to medal let alone to take Canada to OT in the gold medal game.

Fuck, but that was a damn good game. edit: On another note, now crosby has two things that ovechkin doesn't

Tie game baby!

I'm looking forward to this.

Seriously, the Colts and Bengals both earned the right to rest their starters. Its too bad if your team got affected by it but that's the way it is. You can only control the games you play. If you want to get in the playoffs, then win enough so you don't have to depend on others to win or lose (and don't complain when that doesn't happen). The league is bad enough with some of the ridiculous shit it pulls but to even contemplate putting a rule in for this kind of situation is fucking pathetic and only rewards those who didn't do enough on their own to flat out get in the playoffs.

Machida was impressive. It was one of the first times he's look truly tested and he managed to come out victorious. Despite Shogun receiving praise, Machida still never actually looked hurt at any point and still makes people wonder how this guy can be stopped outside of a decision. He had the moments of exploding on Shogun as well, which is damn impressive to me. It's no surprise that some will shit on the guy though, just like they did early on in the UFC. I personally thought he looked really good out there and I don't see how you could say that's not an awesome win for him, when he was clearly tested and still managed to come out victorious, which to me is an awesome win. Not every 'awesome' fight has to be an explosive knockout. Did you see his rib cage and how he kept switching stances? I'd say he was plenty hurt by Shogun. He may have flurries but he didn't really do any real damage with them. Shogun also had his flurries. Quite frankly, Shogun out struck Machida, executed his game plan to a T while Machida did not, Shogun was the aggressor and pushed the pace, and Shogun landed many more strikes. Impressive was Machida's fight against Rashad. This was not. I really do think the judges screwed this one up. Rounds 1 and 2 may have been close but no way I would have given both of them to Machida (one maybe but not two). Just about every MMA website/analyst I've seen on the web gave the fight to Shogun. But whatever, I want to see the rematch. -

I don't know how you can say that was an awesome win for Machida. He was not impressive at all (regardless of my feelings about the decision). -

Machida did very little damage compared to what Shogun did to him. The only round I saw giving Machida was round 3. Other than Shogun did much more damage and was more aggressive. Machida just danced around and got the crap kicked out of his legs and ribs. -

I like fights where judges don't get involved:) -

That was probably the most direct kick to the balls I've ever seen in MMA. -

I'm loving this game.

I'm not saying they were but you can't deny he cost them games by himself. He had more games in 2008 where he threw more ints then TDs then he had games where he threw more TDs then ints. Not to mention coming to camp late, not really bothering to learn the play book, keeping himself seperated from teammates etc

Brett Favre needs to go away and never be heard from again imo. Enough with the false retirement bullshit. He's just an attention whore who is just mad that the Packers didn't continue to beg him to come back. He's going to sabotage the Vikings just like he did the Jets.

I can't wait to play this freaking game.

It sucks if you try to do them on the harder difficulties. I basically find it impossible to submit the computer with the shine (since the characters you need to do the submissions with don't have high str) on the harder difficulties.
