  1. I too have the feeling that Kobes is moving to the Clippers.
  2. Yea but when they get found out(they always do) then they would be fucked.
  3. ...and on the opposite end of that argument, I'm sure that if Carlos was saddened/hurt by Paxton's comments(as aluded to in Midget's scenerio) he would find something that would make him happy again with the extra 27 million he would be making
  4. Because he is the most influential baseball player of all-time.
  5. I agree completely with this, Jeopardy has done well enough over the years to build a niche audience so I see no reason why they would need to rig the game.
  6. No Syco was right, nobody cares that you hate EA games.
  7. The fact that Ruth is even in this vote sickens me
  8. I called my local EB Games and asked they said 4:30 today for pre-orders and tomorrow for others. This posed a problem for me as I didn't pre-order. Luckily my smoove talking skillz came into play and I am getting it today at 4:30, so suck it all of you.
  9. I've played about every ESPN game and the only one I can safely say that was better than it's EA counter-part was ESPN College Hoops. Then again I am convinced that March Madness is the black sheep of the EA Sports family so that's not saying much.
  10. Funny you should mention Ranieri because in my game(now 2009) he manages the Australian National Side!
  11. I wasn't implying that he couldn't or shouldn't make the movie, I just don't agree with his opinions.
  12. If people didn't care before Moore, they wouldn't care after. Let's not give him too much credit, he's not THAT influential.
  13. I am in as "The Real Gods of Fuc" the damn k got cut off :ohwell:
  14. The how does he speak for all of Flint, shouldn't he have more poor people talking about it since it's their plight and not his?
  15. It was brought up when somebody on page 2 commented about Moore asking congressmen/women to send their kids to war and then asking why Moore never volunteered during Vietnam. All you had to do was read the thread to figure that out. I was just elaborating on that thought. And now back to a previous point. Somebody said that the reason Michael Moore is a millionaire is because he went to college. If Flint, Michigan is as run down as Moore shows, and if we are lead to believe that the interview with the mom who said that almost all cannot afford to pay for their kids to go to college(ie. why she pimped the military on her now dead son) then how in the hell did Moore make it to college? *EDIT* Which is what Michael Moore is doing the entire film correct? Holding an opinion on things he's never been involved with? In otherwords I just need to grab a camcorder, film myself saying what I've been saying, and that would make it valid? Or is it different somehow? Also I finish by saying that I have "the right" as you put it to do alot of things, this is guaranteed to be by a beautiful little document written almost 230 years ago, you mayhave read about it in school I think.
  16. Well I am only 17, so technically I can't volunteer assclown. And to top it off, I was thinking of doing so, but I'm sure you took that into consideration before posting eh? *EDIT part 1* What the hell does wrestling have anything to do with this thread? *EDIT part 2* I love how Moore actually cut out his segment with Rep. Kennedy when he asks him to help recruit members sons or daughters. If he had left it in then we would all know that Kennedy agreed to do so, saying something to the effect of "especially those of whom who supported the war."
  17. I'm in the 08/09 season and am currently with Stuttgart in Germany. I also manage the Turkish national side. We upset a few teams on the way to the Euro Cup finals, where we lost to Belgium on an injury time goal. To solve my anger problems I went out and spent Stuttgart's entire 55 million transfer fund, mostly on young players. Paid 15 mil for Rungratsamee, who was God for me while I was at Deportivo, and paid 23 mil for Kasper Schmeichel, ok so I overpaid alot, but sue me I have a soft spot for the kid, who I also brought to Deportivo. I'm convinced that I currently have the best strikeforce in all of Europe, if not the world. The trio of Kuranyi, Rungratsamee, and Nihat is AMAZING. This makes my 4 club side, as I started with Deportivo, moved on to Middlesbrough after winning 3 consecutive Spanish titles, then moved back to Barca, before getting fired for the first time in my career. The bastard board gave me 33 million for transfers despite the club having well over 150 million dollars available, so I issued an ultimatum and got canned. Worked out though because Turkey approached me two days later. Also an interesting note, 2 former assistant managers and 3 different coaches from my days in Deportivo all now manage teams in the major leagues.
  18. No way, this is shocking and terrible news. I always enjoyed Marlon's work. RIP Marlon hopefully you are in a better place.
  19. If the children of Flint are so horribly off then how did Moore manage to get so rich(by their standards)?
  20. Judging by your avitar there's an unbiased answer if I've ever seen one.
  21. How I missed this quote I have no idea. If this quote is in context to the movie Fahrenheit 9/11 then I must say that he really isn't criticizing America. He is criticising everything Bush. How he operated in the private sector, and how he now operates as President. As for the second part...I consider myself a patriotic person, and I very much dislike Bush. I know a lot of people I would consider patriotic and they all dislike him either. So where you heard anyone come up witht that irrational notion is beyond me.
  22. Ok, so let's say that John Kerry is elected president. The forces will still stay in Iraq even if he is. At that point do you apply for the Army because Kerry is pres? It doesn't matter who is president if your premise is correct, because a "disgrace" will continue to be a "disgrace" no matter if Kerry or Bush is president. But I'd like to move on to a new question. So let's say Kerry wins, only problem is that in his 4 year term, the military recruitment levels keep going down. After his term is done, would you consider the lack of soldiers his fault or would you still place it back on Bush?
  23. So what you are saying is that none of the American board members should volunteer because of the "iraq disgrace".
  24. That still doesn't stop him from volunteering after the pullout. He could have volunteered for the National Guard even, but he didn't.
