  1. I could care less. The Simpsons has been largely shit for close to six seasons now.

    couldn't*

This does seem the time to stop it. Hasn't been decent for years, and $500,000 to read sub-par writing is excessive.

  2. My favourite Diagnosis Murder season is when they decided to make one ongoing storyline throughout it, which started with Mark Sloane going to jail, and bombs and conservative talk show hosts soon getting involved. It got horribly convulated in the end, it stopped making any semblance of sense. So awesome.

  3. Add me to Skummy's Homes Under The Hammer Hate Club. Not only are they promoting property development (which I hate and wished people wouldn't do), but it is presented by those two muppets, who I can only presume are estate agents doing a little extra work on the days off, as they are both extremely smarmy and hateable and deserve their homes to collapse on them. There is also not much point to it. Some people buy a crappy house, they have a little interview with them saying what they want to do, they come back to the couple 6 months later having done what they said they would. Whoop-de-fucking-do.

The Wright Stuff, To Buy Or Not To Buy, more recently Trisha, The Politics Show on a Wednesday, Neighbours are the programs for me. I've exhausted all of Diagnosis Murder after 4 years of seeing daytime TV fairly regularly. They should put Monk back on in the murder mystery slot.

  4. The song is a Peeping Tom track that they used to do live, but yeah a studio version featuring Dan The Automator makes it equally cool.

Yesssss. I've been waiting for new Patton since Anonymous came out. >_>

He has already released a film score this year, and is going to release an album featuring '50 & '60s Italian pop songs with a full orchestra later this year. With Crudo coming out next year you don't have to wait that long.

  5. I don't really stay. Unless the people I'm with want to stay for some reason, I've always just left when the credits start.

To be honest, I just don't see it as that big of a thing to miss so I don't really want to sit there for 15 minutes waiting for a 30 second spot that I can read about online later. Or in the case of Iron Man, essentially knowing what it was prior to even seeing the movie.

15 minutes of ending credits huh? Wow. I would love to know what movie had a quarter of an hours worth of credits at the end of the film.

The extended editions of the Lord of the Ring films have long credits. It lists every member of the LOTR fan club or something.

  6. Tonight's episode was so awesome. I'm glad ginger Jenny went as she annoyed and angered me greatly with her bullying tactics. Amazing how she pretended to have never heard about Kosher before.

I thought Claire would have been the other one to go. Honestly they were all in contention to leave, but I'm glad Michael (that is probably not his name, but it is the one I can think of at this time, the half Jewish guy who was with ginger Jenny) didn't go. I was worried as I heard that the two people who went this week were the two who attempted to bribe. He reminds me a lot of the guy who won last year.

    Still Raef to win though.

  7. Boo to you YI.

I've seen the episode twice now and it probably made me laugh more the second time than the first. Without a doubt Peep Show is the funniest thing on TV and has been for quite a while now.

  8. I don't stay for the movie credits in general. If I want to see who an played a certain character I'll look out for that, then go. The only time I stay is when the people I'm with want to watch the aforementioned little twirly bits they put in nowadays.

On going to the cinema on your own. I've never done it, but its not weird. You don't exactly talk much during the movie anyway. Yeah sure its nice to come out of Iron Man quoting The Big Lebowski with your chums, but I could've lived without doing it.

  9. Apparently Paramore are self confirmed on the Main Stage.

Hooray for the sound of fapping from thousands of men drowning out the mediocre power-pop.

I thought they split up when they realised they were shit.
