Batman gets sort of "killed off", but actually becomes a New God and someone else takes over as Batman. Unfortunately, the writers haven't learned their lesson from the time Azrael took over as Batman, because the new Batman is going to be......Jason Todd!

Originally, the plan was for all the big name heroes to become New Gods and their sidekicks take over their roles, but the plan was scrapped and only Batman is going to be affected.

Yeah, smart idea, kill off Bruce Wayne just as The Dark Knight comes out in theaters.

DC is so fucking horrible. Their writing is mediocre at best, their continuity atrocious, and artwork sub-par. DiDio should be fired and Geoff Johns lynched. The only worthwhile writer in the entire company is Grant Morrison, and he's basically just spinning his wheels on Batman while waiting for Final Crisis. All-Star Superman is good, but six issues a year just isn't enough. Marvel's doing some stuff I disagree with, but at Secret Invasion is shaping up to be an interesting crossover, and there's still some good self-contained titles like Astonishing X-Men, Daredevil, and Immortal Iron Fist.

Has to be Rocky I, although Rocky IV is a guilty pleasure of mine if only for the total cheesiness of Rocky WINNING THE COLD WAR.

I still think Morrison is currently the most over rated writer around right now, Batman has been sub-par and it's only with the cross-over of comics it's jumped up a notch, it's not down to the writing at all though, it's all in the concept. All-Star Superman I really don't get the hype behind, it doesn't feel special at all either.

I'd rather kill Bruce Wayne than see him as a New God, I'd rather go without Batman than have anyone currently available to be him, the Bat family is big and good enough to survive without their 'key member' for a while, if Cap can manage it with his cast, Batman could EASILLY do it.

Dragged in the middle, but the opening was hilarious. Loved the "Box Network" executives.

Iron Fist has to be my character of the year. I've gone from not knowing who he is, to him probably being my favourite character currently (not of all time, but of right now if that makes sense), the comic and Danny Rand are both awesome.

Astonishing X-Men probably has to be series of the year, unless The Walkind Dead cranks out two or three great issues by the end of the year. When Joss Whedon's on his game, he shows why he's so well-paid and highly regarded.

Not to take away from any other comic, especially those two, but the best has been Iron Fist by a mile for me, it's taken a so-so character and turned him into the best character around without involving him with every other plot in its universe. It's consistently 8/10 at least, is almost always on time, always advances the plot, is developing/has developed some good minor characters and has a good flowing story, I've said it before and I'll say it again, Brubaker is the best man in comics right now and Iron Fist is the hottest franchise that you should be reading.

Get the original cut, ignore the remake (which is terrible), and ABSOLUTELY watch this in black and white. I'm a huge Night of the Living Dead, and watching the movie in black and white gives it almost a documentary quality that really ramps up the claustrophobia and psychological tension.

Beat Portal today. I was laughing so hard during the final battle that I accidentally died. Valve needs to make more Portal stuff STAT.

Also, they're coming out with a mini-Weighted Companion Cube. I can't wait to buy one.

Played TF2 for eight hours straight. I've still got my sniper skills from TFC. Notched the "Grey Matter" achievement within two hours, and I've got almost 400 kills, probably around 80% with sniper. Proudest moment: on 2Fort, nailed a headshot on an airborne solider while scoring Dominations on the opposing two snipers.

I'd still be playing but my head hurts and I feel like I'm going to throw up.

I think it's plausible that Scofield would survive past five minutes in Sona. He's got quite a reputation, and has probably done enough to not be jail bait for awhile.

Like, after a certain point the only way I would buy a non-The Spirit DC comic book was if the Secret Six were in it. So naturally they break up and Knockout gets offed for Let's Kill Off Yet More Characters: The MINISERIES. It's retarded. I'm considering buying Booster Gold because it's supposed to be good and theoretically I should purchase a Booster Gold comic on principle, but. Yeah.

The Walking Dead is the best comic book being regularly published today. There is no arguing with this fact.
