USC & Oklahoma for the Title. The way it should be.
-
-
OK, I just thought about this. As we all know, USC, Oklahoma and Auburn are vying for the two national title spots. And I think a lot of us believe that USC will be one of those two. But let's just say, for the sake of saying it happened, that BOTH Oklahoma and Auburn lose tonight. If you were the BCS who would you have play USC in the national title game?

Chauncey carried the Champs last night. That horrible third quarter killed them and still almost won. Dice's injury scares me. But also, San Antonio a great team. Manu played off the charts last night and Tim Duncan was his great self (atleast he's on my fantasy team)
I cant get why Dickau keeps getting traded. Is it that teams really want him that bad? I thought he'd be a good pro by now

Im sure Denver is thrilled they drafted him instead of Dwayne Wade

Word out of Detroit is that the Tigers offered Carl Pavano a 4-year, $40 million dollar deal

Barry Bonds did steroids. Look at my shock.
How could he not know? So he just puts anything into his body thats given to him. Come on. Barry Bonds is alot things, stupid is not one of them. BUSTED!
correct me if I'm wrong but Bonds and Sheffield got some kind of cream or something. You can pass that by for a balm. Giambi was getting something injected into his ass.

This is a tad shocking. It was considered that Butch Davis was a lock for this job cuz Urban <3 ND and ND <3 Urban. But its a smart move, Florida is the easier job to turn around and its a better climate, easier to get players. Notre Dame needs to realize that they don't get what they want anymore just because they are Notre Dame. That Golden Dome bullshit dont fly anymore.
As for ND, I got a hankerin we may see Jon Gruden there

I read somewhere that if this is confirmed by giambi, that the yanks can terminate his contract due to some clause that states the use of illegal drugs means a player is not keeping himself in first-class shape

Couch wouldn't be a good fit in Chiacgo. He wants to start again and the Bears have Sexy Rexy

Best ever is the Jingle Bell Rock
But two stations in the market here have been playing wall-to-wall Christmas music since after Halloween

William H. Macy anybody?

Damn...Ray Allen is looking more and more like the runawaty MVP every night. He dropped 38 on Utah last night to help his team stay in first with 9 of those coming in overtime.
Seattle is for real...for now. I don't think this team will be able to stay healthy for the entire season, someone will go down.

That job is pretty much Urban Meyer's. Meyer has an escape clause in his contract thae he can leave for Notre Dame, Michigan or Ohio State with no penalty. Meyer was an assistant at Notre Dame under Bob Davie.

This is the shoe that baseball has been dreading, that is about to drop.
But how good could these steroids be cuz, Jeremy Giambi sucks

The Meeting:
Bettman: We want a salary cap.
Goodenow: No.
Bettman: Fuck you, see you in 3 months

Im sitting watching The Sopranos and Im remembering what a really great actor Joe Pantoliano is. He's been very underrated forever. Who's some of your favorite, but underrated actors

The fact the Pistons are 7-7 with all the drama so far is good. Just in the first month, Larry Brown's hip surgery, Ben Wallace's brother dies, the crap at the Palace, the Pistons playing Charlotte with 8 guys. The 'Stons survived. Ben is now back. Delfino (who looked great last night) is now back. McDyess looks like he's getting into great form now. This team will now finally get to gel. Plus, Smush Parker is an added bonus and Darko looks like he's starting to develop. Look for big things from the Champs
As for the Grizz, I see Mike Fratello as just a stop gap. I see the Czar coaching for the rest of the year and Mussellman taking over in 05-06

so the Pirates trade a overpaid, but decent catcher and now they want a crappy overpiad catcher? If Colorado wasn't taking up 8 million of the contract, this deal would be murder. The Yankees are out of the Randy Johnson sweepstakes for now, but for good reason. Listen to this ridiculous proposal of what Arizona wanted from the Yankees, straight up for Johnson:
Javier Vazquez
Tom Gordon
top prospect Eric Duncan
top prospect Chien-Ming "Tiger" Wang
$12 million-$20 million cash
And for the Yankees to trade for one of the following ten pitchers to include in the trade:
Oakland's Tim Hudson
Oakland's Barry Zito
Florida's A.J. Burnett
Detroit's Jeremy Bonderman
Toronto's Ted Lilly
Los Angeles' Edwin Jackson
Tampa Bay's Scott Kazmir
Colorado's Shawn Chacon
Colorado's Jason Jennings
Texas' Kenny Rogers
Ain't that a bit steep for just one person???
C'Mon, let the Unit finish his career with a team with a chance.
(hahahaha I said unit...)
I don't buy that rumor. If it is true though, Arizona is fucking stupid.

The champ now Katie (I assume I'm half way into the show) could start a run of her own as she looked quite sharp
