The way I do CMLL in my game is to create 3 companies. CMLL Mexico City, CMLL Guadalajara, & CMLL Puebla. Put them in an alliance as permanent members. The women are rarely ever in Puebla, the minis in Guadalajara, plus the openers in Mexico City don't go to either of the other cities as they have their own locals. Puebla & Guadalajara have their own promoters and bookers, they pay fees to Paco Alonso for the talent.

Lucha Libre Elite isn't worth adding as it's basically a branch of CMLL. They basically use CMLL's roster, and buildings sans a few indy luchadors. They just started branching into other buildings, I'd hold off on adding them.

Cage, Hijo del Rey, Blake, Mundo, Rey Misterio Jr., & Ricardo should all be gone. Marisela Pena Roldan (Antonio's sister, Joaquin's wife, & Dorian's mother) should be owner, she handles the money. Joaquin is the on screen authority and public relations owner. Dorian is the one who is most hands on with the talent and should be listed as booker. If not adding Marisela, put Joaquin as owner.
