I'm sorry to be a pain and probably ask a question that is asked too much but I have a MAC, hence I can't play EWR or TEW. Is there any way about this and if I have to buy a laptop, anyone know a decent cheap laptop for me to buy?

You can run 2 operating systems on your Mac and get Windows for the second one

I mean I did it on the old mac, then obviously I upgraded, I hear about Bootcamp a lot, is it any good?

Bootcamp is okay but you can't run both at once. If you have a copy of Windows look into Parallels as an alternative. It'll run a virtual windows desktop within Mac OS so no need to shut down when switching between the two.
