  1. i heard they did age of empires for nintendo DS- if they did, you should get that cos AoE is pretty woot. ah, i see: i've been beaten to it.
  2. Mats Sundin penned that over many years after he began to notice that his teammates werent worth what they were being paid, regardless of how much they were being paid. then he woke up one day and realised that this "worth your dosh" condition was contagious.
  3. none whatsoever nah, just ppl saying how disappointing it was, and how they're really gearing up for next summer. they feel after the supertest they've got freddie more or less figured out.
  4. just watched the telecast, thought some of you would like to know. The One Day Player of the year is Mike Hussey there a four way tie in the initial counting involving Adam Gilchrist, Brett Lee and Andrew 'Roy' Symonds. Symonds was ineligible, the countback immediately discounted Lee, Gilly and Huss were tied on 3 vote games, but Hussy had more two vote games so gets the nod. The Test match player of the year, surprising absolutely no one was Shane Warne, with Ricky Ponting and Michael Hussey up there, but still a ways behind. They used some forumla that i cant remember to get an overall player of the year, and the Allan Border medallist is... Ricky Ponting. the night was also used to talk smack about the forthcoming ashes series, involving a video message from Phil Tufnell (sp?) who bagged out the aussies, then drank some booze. amazingly, he didnt drop the bottle. EDIT: sonofabitch. i typo'd border in the description.
  5. if you lose in a shootout, do you still get a point like you do for losing in OT?
