On the other hand, Anyone responsible for the organising of, or performing the act of hit retribution that takes place against players who did not perform the hit should be thrown out of the league indefinately. And the team should forfeit standings points.

I disagree TOTALLY. A player shouldn't be suspended because other players are softcocks.

So Janssen gets suspended for three games..and the real loser is: Ray Emery. The hit itself? Maybe a game. Maybe. It wasn't THAT late at all, you don't get to count real-time seconds against a slow-motion replay and say its late. (I'm not referring to anything anyone here said necessarily, just putting my opinion out there) It was definately worse than Emery's lovetap with his stick. Everybody's complaining that some people get suspended, others don't - and they want some consistency. First I'd like to see some consistency amongst those who DO get suspensions.

Wow, so those field placings were like, super awesome? I have a crook back, result of being crunched both in aussie rules football and being landed on by a bigger kid when I was young..but with our hockey team's goalie rotation, games were scarce for me. So in this game for me, I head out to play and needless to say, i'm a bit stiff. We were 2-0 down early, came back to tie it up 2-2, and I allow the game winning goal in the last 5 minutes on a shot that goes merely a foot to my side because my back just wouldn't let my leg go out. It was like a dream sequence thingy - It was slow motion, I kept reaching with my leg and it just kept..not moving. After the game I collapsed to the grass in the team meeting, crying from the disappointment and pain.
