  1. Kinda sad to see you go, but totally understand. I've always been a fan of your work. Your 2004 mod is among the hands down best mods for TEW13.
  2. If you are going to be that fussy it might be time to shell out some cash and actually commission a logo from an artist. That way you can nit-pick 'till your heart's content, instead of shitting all over something someone has taken the time to do for you free of charge.
  3. I like these A LOT. Forever ago, someone, and I cant remember who, attempted retro B&W cuts that looked awesome, save for the fact they were on the KYKY background. The cuts and the KYKY clashed wayyyy too much. Keeping with the original background was a good idea. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more of these!
  4. Double post much?! I sure do....
  5. Would it be possible to get the original(s), please?
  6. Apparently, he's able to walk way better now (Still needs a cane and uses a Wheelchair for long distances, but still), and still wanting to get back in the ring at least one last time, even if it looks unlikely. Last I heard aside from that he works for Dragon Gate designing their merch. And from what I gather hes trying to focus on his music career as well. ~PhreaK
  7. I'm going to try to not sound like to much of an idiot here... but when I click on the rectangle button and I choose the size of the pic I want to edit I should have it be (example) 360x360, instead of the height 360 and the width 270?? Is that what you're saying? And then I can scale the picture to what it should be (150x150)?? I Just gave it a try with the Goldust picture and here's the old pic... And the new pic... Sure it looks better, but the frustrating thing about it is if the height of the pic that I want to copy is say 360 and I need to get the width to be 360 but the picture isn't that wide. Then it will look all distorted. So if I bring the height down from 360 then it will cut off some of the face, know what I'm saying?? So that part is where I'm lost. But I Think I understand what you're saying, and any help is greatly appreciated. So if you wouldn't mind to just elaborate just a bit more then I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance Yes, you can see how much better that looks now. Now the problem your facing, what you want to do in a case where your box CANT be similarly proportioned is, is scale it manually. To do this HOLD CTRL and drag the little corner of the box. and your going to want your longest length to be 150 and the other noticablly smaller. So for example you have a picture 300 tall and 350 wide. So instead of scaling it to exaclty 150x150 and have it looking distorted as all get out, you scale it down manually to a with of 150 and i think the height works out to about 129. And presto still in proportion albiet slightly smaller. Hope that helps. Any further questions I'd be happy to help with. EDIT: Sorry I didnt address your question dirctly, but the same thing applies. Pictures get distorted when one of the dimensions gets overscaled. ~PhreaK
  8. You need to make sure your selection box is as long as it is tall. so it should be 360x360 for example before scaling, rather then 480x200. Hope that helps a little. ~PhreaK
  9. Have you downloaded all of Jimmy Shakers pic packs? Im pretty sure he's got most of them covered. Also Boshy I believe has been cutting in that background, hes got a thread over at GDS somewheres. Should be on the first page in the Mods section. ~PhreaK
  10. There is an "EDIT" button for a reason. No need to double post for a simple correction. Also, the pics you need im sure can be found in TheWho's photobucket: HERE
  11. I like your cuts CC, they're clean, which is good. The only thing I can say is you need to be careful how you resize, as they all look pretty distorted. One thing I can suggest is make your selection box as long as it is tall. So select it to be 300X300 before scaling, not 654X182, as when scaled down it dosent distort the image. Other then that, great work, keep it up. ~Phreak
  12. The link is broken, but yes they are two different people. Gronda XXX or Groon XXX is the original Gronda who was released from AAA. And much like LA Park, was not allowed to use the name outside of AAA. Hence the name change. And the wrestler now known as just Gronda, is AAA's new version. Much the same way they have/had a new La Parka. Hope that helps to clear up some of the confusion. Awesome pics as always Lobo. ~PhreaK
  13. Flash, you are the man, those are perfect. Thank you! ~PhreaK
  14. Hey guys, just wanted to request a couple pictures ive had a helluva time finding. First and foremost a picture of former florida indy worker Mike Sullivan, preferably with his face paint. and also former Zero-1/UFO worker, Jason the Legend. Pictures can be cut or uncut, i can cut them myself if need be, kyky or whichever background, im not really picky. Any help, as always, is greatly appreciated. Many thanks. ~PhreaK
  15. Im almost positive that that is the first Tiger Mask, Saturo Sayama (sp?). Though there is still a chance i am mistaken. ~PhreaK
  16. Well, im gonna say its not so much a problem with your DVD playing abilities so much as it is a problem with paint.... try downloading THIS , that'll hopefully solve all of your problems. ~PhreaK
  17. Kirkland, for you my friend --> Master Shake: So what your telling me is, is that you can watch movies in Paint? Im not sure i follow what you are saying. Do you pause before you print screen? Or just try to take the capture while the dvd is going? Im going to go ahead and suggest as well downloading Gimp as it is a far superior product to MS Paint and FREE. Not being able to properly cap your screen is mind boggling. EDIT: Shake, reading your post again it looks like you might be hitting the ol print screen with the DVD running. Try pausing it first, trying to time it with a good pose is going to suck, believe me it does. And then print screen with the DVD paused and open. ~PhreaK
  18. Hmm, thats interesting. I use WMP myself. From there i just saved it in regular-assed paint, opened up gimp and went along my merry cutting way. Curious still, maybe it has something to do with your version of either paint and/or WMP? What OS you working with? I've got shitty Vista. ~PhreaK I'm using XP and have tried it before. I'll give it a shot tomorrow, I guess, and see if it will let me print screen the pictures. Yeah man, give it another go. You use paint for cutting as well? Maybe try pasting it straight into gimp or another program? Good luck, hope it works out for you. Let me know what happens. ~PhreaK
  19. Say, what program do you use to watch DVDs? I use Windows Media Player, and whenever I do print screens, it won't paste correctly in Paint. It just makes a black box... Hmm, thats interesting. 20. Master Shake, you are the man! Although I didnt use the sub par YouTube cuts, you've given me inspiration to dig up my Rise and Fall DVD (truely never thought of that) and i've since cut a fairly decent Dreamer pic, although its still not great, its better then the sketchyness of youtube. I'll re-edit this post with my cut here in a few. Oh and btw, no need to rip the dvd, i didnt. As long as you can watch the dvd just pause and hit the print screen button. Thats what I did. But again, thanks for all your help and effort EDIT: Heres what i came up with --> ~PhreaK
  21. Okay folks, so after a long and unsuccessful scour of the internetz, i am in dire need of a pic of a young tommy dreamer. Im talking green, or i guess any colour suspenders. The pic dosent have to be cut, i can do that myself if need be. I just need it to be decent. And if by chance its already cut, any background will do. Thanks, ~PhreaK
  22. Not to stir up shit and or controversy, but merely to help those genuinely interested in learning on their own: Bobinc has a GREAT tutorial on pic cutting, including links to GIMP, screenshots of exactly what it is thats going on, and some advanced cutting tips for the skilled. It can be found HERE And remember, like anything in life that you may suck at, all it takes is a little patients and practice and you'll do just fine. It really is ridiculously easy, even if time consuming. PhreaK
  23. Okay, so im at a total loss. I have yet to come up with a banner for the Jimmy Hart run XWF. Ive scoured the Stats forum, and the Dome, and the internet in general. It seems all the links ive come across were broken. Any help you fine folks can lend in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. ~PhreaK
