Lesbian kiss... discuss.

I'm totally shocked that I prefer the Timbaland stuff to most of the rest of it. It's brilliant. Only gave it a few listens and from them I'd say it doesn't even come close to Debut, Homogenic, Medulla or Vespertine, sadly. It's better than Post though.

The start of Joy Division's 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' is remarkably similar to Led Zeppelin's 'The Song Remains the Same'.
And 'The Cutter' by Echo & The Bunnymen was ripped off BIG TIME by the Killers... listen to the second half of this and you'll see what I mean;

They're from my town. I see them in Woolworths. HARDCORE.

No, but it's a common problem. I, on the other hand, managed to order two Leeds tickets by accident. I don't know how.
-
As others said, Aphex Twin & Boards of Canada.
Ozric Tentacles too! And the Sigur Ros album 'Von'.

Got mine. 4th year running NIN, Interpol, KOL and Biffy. Hurrah.

Volta are good. And I can't believe you didn't like them live. Was it their own show? I've heard nothing but bad things from people who've seen them at fests or supporting- but their show was the best thing I've ever seen (bar Radiohead).
They're an excellent band, but there can't be an arguement for or against it, because it's all subjective to what you like. But I love them.

Rooney. They had "Blue Side" and the self-titled album released around...I'd like to say 2002, and not a damn bit of material since.
Quarashi. I remember they had a fucking awesome song called "Mr. Jinx" out plus "Stick 'Em Up" and then I think they broke up.
Secret Machines. I haven't heard shit from them since "Nowhere Again" came out.

EDIT: I got well and truly beaten to the pie chart joke. Damn you all.

I ordered it but I did it at the same time as a CD that's not out till next month- so I probably won't get it till then.
However, this is exciting;
-
I was really disappointed with it.
It was okay- but I'd be in no hurry to see it again, whereas I've seen SOTD about a dozen times and I'm still not bored.

Yeah, he did. It's not him... but he looks really, really like him.
I miss Joe Scully

Hell no, go back a couple of decades and I'd agree with you, go back another couple of decades and America would be champion, fast forward back to now, America is number one again. In fact, the only REALLY good band Britain has produced in years is the Kaiser Chiefs to my recollection.

Damn right she is.
Harold: What brings you here, Mishka?
Mishka: Plane.
Ha.

Nah, there was another who lived with Harold and Madge for a few weeks.
And Lolly, when she left the show 5 years ago, had blonde curly hair and was about 4 years old.
