If you upload the data Ill try and tinker with it. Cant say Im the best expert on ewr runtime errors but im sort tech savy so I might beable to find something out. Also been following the forums for years so I might be able to crack it.

From what I can what I can tell just back up your data if you havent already done so and then re-install ewr.

Will you be releasing a data set with just the big 3 with all the staff and that done? Or you going to hold off until its complete? I know I'd play a game with just the big 3 in it if all the staff and what not was done.

When this is fully done I will be all over this.

Any chance someone could re-up these? Myself and a friend of mine are going to try and tackle TEW once and for all. I have the 05 version of the angle pack but would like the 08 version since thats the lastest version of TEW I have. Cheers.

I always wanted an accurate scenaro for this time period. Is this close to a finished product once you do the next update or is their still lots of work to be done?

Has anyone ever made a scenario that starts off i think it was september 1993 when paul heyman took the reigns of ECW? I think it would be cool to start a game right before that september show they did thats mentioned in the Rise and Fall of ECW dvd. If anyone has one could the provide a link? Cheers guys.

No I don't but I'll check it out later if no one re-ups the 2002 one. The people pack from his actual thread seems to work. I figured the link would be dead who knew. The link on bobnic does not provide you with a working set though.

I've downloaded Genaldi's 2002 scenario and everything worked except the people pic pack. Says it won't open because its empty so I'm not sure whats up with that. If someone has this I'd really apreciate an upload, looking to start my game within the next couple days. Cheers.

I think if Heyman really wanted to do MMA, that he would just open up a MMA company rather than a wrestling company with a focus on an mma style but thank you for the suggestion. In my mind he is dieing but really all that happens is he is delted from the game so if you wanted to use the data you could say he is in a coma. The offical writeup will be that he dies though.

So I'm working on a scenario where Vince has a heart attack and dies (or something in that nature, basically he dies). He dies a month before Mania and Triple H and Steph want to continue on as planned. Linda and Shane want Mania to become a memorial show for Vince. They butt heads and things get heated and when all is said and done Linda and Shane sell their stock to Paul Heyman and Eric Bishoff/Hulk Hogan (I know not the most creative idea and Bish and Hogans contracts dont expire until oct but for my purpose they get to weasle their way out of their tna deal). So in the agreement after selling their stock it also states they cant start produciing shows until the day after Mania as to not compltley screw over Triple H and Steph by luring away talent.In the meantime there will also be a fantasy style type draft between the 3 parties involving all WWE talent. Bishoff and Hogan are re-opening WCW, mainly because they would already have a partial fan base and they claim they want to make a WCW into what it should have been instead of what it was and not be known as that farce WWE tried to do with the invasion. Heyman however is a forward thinker and instead of re-opening ECW like many thought he would do he wants to try and create something new and unique. So here is where I need your help. I need a promotion name that sounds unique and a new focus for him as he has stated in the past that hardcore wrestling isnt the big thing anymore. Any help is apreciated.

Well I simply un-installed the game and re-installed to get back to the all the defaults, but an ewr like angle pack would be apreciated if such a thing exists.

Awhile back someone had posted for tew 05 an angle pack that mimmicked the one of EWR. I was wondering if there was such a thing for TEW 08 to help me transition into easier. When I tried playing a long time ago I downloaded way to many and imported them all and now I have over 1000 angles and its just too overwhelming for me. I'm also not sure how to just get back to teh default angle data and what have you as I'm sure that would also solve my issues. Any help is apreciated, really wanting to dive into the c-verse.

I'm not being a jackass. I'm just saying it should be moved to the proper area. This section is supposed to be for Adam Ryland made games. Also straight up advertising for a game in the same spot that is designated for Adam's games is pretty distastful. Despite what you might think I hope the game does take off. In fact I will even try it out if it does, especially if it stays free. Competition is a good thing.

This should get moved to coin-op. It's a digrace to Adam leaving it in here. We don't even allow people to sell their licenses on TEW here which promotes his product. Certainly advertising competition isn't the best thing either.

So aside from these 2 pretty screenshots, do you have any actual gameplay we can try? Or any date set on when this game will be released? We would all love the simplicity of EWR with some of the TEW features, but we have seen this a million times before. It takes two seconds to put together a flashy graphic. I will be impressed when there is actually a small sample of gameplay we can try let alone a finshed product. TEW is just too time consuming for me so i is not my cup of tea so I hope something comes of this but I serioulsy have my doubts.

Well it is true that just because two people hang out once and awhile or what have you, doesn't mean they should have a firned relationship in the game.

So am I too assume that anything in real life that has hapaned, hasn't in this scenario? Like the nWo angle and things like that. I'm looking to get an ewr game going and I don't want to play an old year or the current one so this is perfect. It's between this or Altern-8. Cheers.

I was combing over the last stats update thread and didn't see any made. I know Bill used to make split data once and awhile where teh brands were all their own company? Yeah they have already been hit by the injury bug sadly. Can't wait to watch their home opener though, I love baseball. Its a shame I don't have the time to get to their home opener.
