  1. Achievement Hunter has a method that will let you win very easily and is very easy to understand: Easy Wins in Caravan
  2. If you can pass a gun check, I believe the Gun Runners guy at the 188 outpost has some, along with the arms merchant near the top part. Gun Runners(near one of the entrances to freeside) has quite a few as well, and the Van Graffs at Silver Rush in Freeside have them for energy weapons. I know I've come across a lot more, so I'll add to this post or reply later when I recall them. Ah, fallout wiki has a place of all the vendors:
  3. I use my debit card all the time for points, though it is a Visa debit card. Could always try it.
  4. Yeah, it's recommended at 6 feet away from the sensor if single player, and that's assuming you're not tall. If it's multiplayer, then add another 2 feet.
  5. So, in short, there should be a special power supply cable that came with Kinect, that you'll plug the USB end into a USB port in your older 360, and the other chord should plug into an outlet. If you have the new dashboard update that came out Monday, then you should be good to go once you calibrate everything.
  6. You can be the nicest and have a lot of karma and Goodsprings may hate you because you did something wrong to them, or you can be the evilest son of a bitch and the Legion or Powdergangers may hate you for things you've done to them. Karma and rep are unrelated to a degree.
  7. Typical Ruki complaining about everything Xbox
  8. Lame, those were fun songs to do every once in a while. Did you get the pro-cymbals or just the game?
  9. HORRIBLE not having Let There Be Rock(considering it was the song they used to advertise it for Rock Band 2), Anyway You Want It, and HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FUCKING HORRIBLE that Spoonman is not in there.
  10. If it's in Seattle it is possible, though we were in the redzone 7(?) times, and only scored once yesterday.
  11. I always see Ruki's facebook picture on IGN articles at the bottom where they show how many people like IGN on facebook. As for the game, I'll pick it up later for sure. Just don't have the money right now to get this, RB3, and Black Ops in November.
  12. Anyone else getting this tomorrow/this week? I traded in some games and was able to pay it off(getting the keyboard bundle), so I'm gonna try and pick it up at midnight tonight. Just wondering if some of yous would wanna start a band >>
  13. Eventually I will get around to holding someone's hand and getting married to them over Xbox Live for achievements. Just a lot of other games to play right now...
  14. When I first started I was using Veronica(or whatever the chick's name from Outpost 188 is), but now I'm using Cass and ED-E. A little self serving yes, but I'm gonna dump him once I find a more lethal robot >> And I'm experiencing less freezing after the title update came out Thursday/Friday, and really I only had 3 freezes happen, all on the same day.
  15. Wonderful wonderful game, though I'm level 22ish and I still can't do much damage against the deathclaws near the rock quarry near Sloan >_< Still, lot of exploring, the factions are nice, and some awesome weapons and moments! My favorite though is using boxing gloves to KO an enemy and throwing dynamite on him to kill him >>
  16. Yeah, the karma is still lopsided, but everything else is great. Such a fun game, already 20 hours in <<
  17. Yeah, in that case I agree. I brought up the Ray Lewis tumbling into the quarterback as an example, as that was a close game and the refs babying the QB really hurt their chances. I almost cryed fowl when I saw our Punter get knocked out by a Bears player, but when I looked at the slow-mo I saw that he ran into the elbow of a defensive player, thankfully no flagrant flags were thrown. I also agree with someone on ESPN that said that they hope this doesn't turn into refs throwing flags all the time against defensive players for making a good hit.
  18. It is not killing football to take out the big helmet to helmet hits(which, out of the plays in question, only a few of them were borderline severe), as that causes concussions and soon you won't have players in the league. You have to realize that people who do make a life out of football are going to be sore enough as it is when they get old, and if they have multiple concussions over the course of a career(note: not someone who just played in high school and some college), then they're going to have long term neurological defects for the rest of their life. I think I heard it best said that you can fix some and most muscle/bone damage(even if you have to replace it), but you can't fix neurological problems. That said, I do believe the NFL doesn't know what they want to do in terms of player safety. I remember a few weeks ago Ray Lewis got a lot of flags thrown his way for running into the quarterback, including one where he couldn't stop his own momentum and just sorta tumbled into him lazily. I do believe quarterbacks get WAY too much protection(I understand team owners push for this since they can make the team revenue if they're in the top quarterbacks), and some of it is just retarded. Hell, I'm a homer for the Seahawks, yet I've seen Matt Hasselbeck keep the offense at the field over the years by feigning some injury or pretending to get hit hard. Hits like the Robinson/Jackson one are totally fine, and there are other ways to hurt and injure the other team without resorting to blatant helmet hits that may cause long term damage down the road. I heard on ESPN that the only reason it's getting so much attention is because of how many there were, and if it was just one or two the league or media wouldn't have said anything about it. I'm sure in a few weeks things will be back to "normal."
  19. Sorry Drags, totally spaced out playing my game what with New Vegas and other games coming out. I'll make sure I get mine in tonight or tomorrow.
  20. This month has been a good month for gaming, but horrible on my wallet. 160 on games so far(and that's because I got to use 20 dollars worth of promo credit on New Vegas), and another 130 when Rock Band 3 comes out next week, not to mention 40 dollars worth of MS points and getting a new controller. I'm actually waiting on a lot of games(DJ Hero 2, Naruto, Fable 3, Star Wars: Force Unleashed 2) to get later as I want to make my money last.
  21. After thinking about it, Fantasy league would be way too much of a headache to get up and running. You could do a draft in a thread, but by the time it was completed a lot of people would lose interest. Perhaps people who are unhappy with their current team can switch in the offseason, and hopefully a draft will help.
  22. MPH's idea is good, especially if you know a song only uses one bass pedal. I can ask my friend some good beginner-intermediate songs to learn for drums, though he has a double-beater(it's like having two bass drums but not!).
  23. Seeing as I have no job and life, I'd be willing to take over, or help with the new one if we do a fantasy draft(which would be pretty fun actually, if we could get everyone on or leave a list.)
  24. There was another video on AOTS that showed a much older kid(probably middle school) who was crying and saying "I CAN'T BELIEVE WE LOST TO OAKLAND."
