I said 'one of' not 'the worst.' Regardless, that's besides the point. If I'm not mistaken, this is John Tobias' company. Mortal Kombat John Tobias, who has spent the last decade developing fighting titles, and the last few he's done have been average (MK3) to bad (MK4) to downright awful (Tao Feng). So if his team can't properly put together a game in his signature genre, how the hell are they going to successfully put together a wrestling game? I'm not saying it's impossible, but the odds are not in its favor. Tobias is a good story writer, I'll give him that, but in terms of video game development, I think he was the weak link in the Boon/Tobias partnership. Tossing this team the WWE license makes absolutely no sense to me... I think the end result will provide some new features never seen in a wrestling video game (good online experience, maybe injuries during story mode?), but I think it will all be stuff that sounds great but poorly executed.
