Superbrawl 2000

Tony- Hello fans of World Championship Wrestling, the night is upon us and what a night we have a head of are self’s. This is WCW Superbrawl 2000, the World heavyweight championship is on the line as the Crippler Chris Benoit will go head to head against the Nature Boy Ric Flair. The fight to save Hulkamania is on as DDP goes up against Hulk Hogan, Sting will battle Lex Luger, Goldberg and Jeff Jarrett will battle in a Last Man Standing match, The Franchise Shane Douglas and Booker T will battle it out, and the Tag Team championships will be on the line as Kronik and The Mamalukes will face each other.

Bobby- What a night it will be, I predict two title changes and a major bloodbath in the Jarrett Goldberg match up. Sting and Luger man o man I would hate to be in Luger’s shoes especially after the way Sting man handled Luger on Nitro, Tony this is going to be one amazing night in WCW.

Match 1

Mamalukes vs Kronik.

The first team out is the challengers to the Tag team titles Kronik, Adams and Clarke stand in the middle of the ring awaiting the arrival of The Mamalukes. The Mamalukes music hits over the PA system and out come The Bull and Vito, Vito and The Bull look at each other on the entrance way they unstrap the belts from their waist and charge to the ring, Vito goes up with Adams and The Bull goes up with Clarke, Adams knocks Vito to the ground as he enters the ring as does Clarke to The Bull, Adams whips Vito of the ropes and as he comes back nails him with a big boot, Clarke has The Bull high in the air and drops him to the outside over the top rope, Adams and Vito the two legal men, Adams grabs Vito and applies a side headlock putting on the pressure, Vito tries to battle out but is uncesseful as Adams lifts Vito up and slams him down for a backbreaker, he goes for the early pin 1...2 and a kick out, Clarke had The Bull on the outside as he whips him straight into the steps at ringside, Clarke goes over to The Bull lifts him up and drops him throat first on the guardrail. Kronik had most of the match to their advantage, Vito managed to make a tag to The Bull but he was beat down by Adams, Adams eventually tagged in Clarke who worked away on The Bull up until Vito charged the ring and made the save which in turn brought Adams to the ring. All four men battled away with Kronik always looking the stronger team.

Kronik and The Mamalukes going toe-toe but coming down the aisle is Dean Malenko and Perry Saturn, what the hell do the Revolution want, they have no part in this match up, Saturn grabs a chair from ringside and slams it across the back of Clarke The Bull takes full advantage and launches him self of the top rope with a leg drop, he goes down for the cover 1....2.....3 The Mamalukes have retained the Tag titles with help form The Revolution. All three teams stand still and look at each other with hard cold stares and suddenly The Revolution attack The Mamalukes Kronik get involved and we have a three way brawl.

MAMALUKES RETAIN

Tony- What the hell, Revolution just helped The Mamalukes retain their tag team titles, and then a massive three way brawl erupted what have The Revolution got to do with The Mamalukes and Kronik.

Bobby- I don’t know Tony but you can bet Kronik will have something to say about this tomorrow on Nitro.

Tony- Well up next will be Shane Douglas and Booker T as they go one on one.

Match 2

Shane Douglas vs Booker T.

The Music of The Franchise Shane Douglas hits and he makes his way down to the ring laughing and with a cocky looking grin across his face, along the way he shouts out that it’s time for Booker T to get his ass Franchised. Booker T comes out next and takes no time in entering the ring but is met by Douglas who quickly pounces on Booker T.

Douglas stomps and kicks at Booker’s head and jumps down on his head with a knee strike, Douglas picks up Booker and whips him of the ropes as he comes back he gives him a kick to the mid section and follows up with a DDT, and for the quick cover 1..2 and a kick out. Douglas picks up Booker and whips him into the corner he walks over to Booker and strikes him in the face with an elbow, and then proceed’s to chop away at the chest of Booker. Douglas lets out a Shane Douglas laugh but Booker T takes advantage of the moment with an elbow to the stomach of Douglas and then a kick followed by an axe handle smash to the back off Douglas which sends him to the ground.

Booker took a hold of the match up and in general kicked the ass of Shane Douglas, Booker took the match to the outside but Douglas took advantage of the situation and nailed Booker with a chair shot that again gave him the upper hand.

Douglas with the chair sends it crashing down over the back of Booker, Douglas picks up Booker and slams him into the steps at ringside, Douglas places the ring steps and brings Booker up onto the steps, Douglas lifts Booker up and turns him upside down for a piledriver straight onto the steps, Douglas has busted open Booker T, Douglas goes under the ring and searches out a table, Douglas comes to the middle of the ring and sets table up, Booker comes into the ring but Douglas meets him with a kick to the mid section, Douglas sets up Booker for the Franchiser but Booker gives Douglas an elbow forcing him to release the hold, Booker with a kick to mid section and looks for the Scissors kick but Douglas moves out of the way and quickly rolls to the outside, Douglas kneels down and looks to have fetched something form under the ring he taunts Booker into coming over, Booker makes his way to the outside but is instantly met with a shot to the head from Douglas who is holding a led pipe. Douglas rolls Booker into the ring and signals for the end, but wait coming running down the aisle is Terry Funk, Douglas is unaware as Funk rolls into the ring and proceeds with a beating onto Douglas, Funk rolls Douglas onto the table and gets him up for a piledriver, Funk has put Douglas straight through the table with a devastating piledriver, Booker goes for the cover 1...2...3. The returning Funk has helped Booker T defeat Shane Douglas.

Booker T and Terry Funk shake hands and hug, they raise each others arms over the fallen body of Shane Douglas.

BOOKER T WON

Bobby- He’s back Tony, Terry Funk is back and it looks like he is far from over with Shane Douglas.

Tony- Well we all knew Funk was out injured after Shane Douglas layed him out on Nitro a few weeks putting him through a table backstage, and we knew he was due to return to WCW but I thought that was going to be a least another few weeks away, but he’s back and he took out Douglas.

Tony- Well coming up next is Sting and Lex Luger.

Bobby- All I can say is rest in peace Luger this may very well be the last time you ever set foot in a ring.

Match 3

Sting vs Lex Luger.

Luger is the first man down to the ring, he is patched up with plasters over his fore head obviously from the beating Sting gave him, after leaving him in a pool of his own blood Luger looks unsurprisingly worse for ware, Sting makes his way out with baseball bat in hand as he enters the ring Luger backs away into his corner with a timid look on his face, Luger looks like he is fearing for his life.

Sting turns his back to take of his coat and place down the bat, as he does so Luger comes charging in on Sting and takes him down with an axe handle smash, Luger furiously stomps away at Sting as he lies on the canvas, Luger picks up Sting and slams his head of the turnbuckle, he again grabs Stings head but as he goes to slam it down Sting blocks the move and gives Luger a swipe of the arm to the stomach followed by a kick and a punch to the head and another kick , Sting takes a hold of Luger and whips him into the corner and Sting follows with a Stinger Splash, Luger drops to the canvas and rolls to the outside. Sting follows Luger to the outside and lays a stomping on him, Sting picks up Luger and drops him throat first onto the guardrail, Sting grabs hold of Luger and whips him straight of the ring post, Luger collapses in a heap on the floor.

For the whole match Sting really took it to Luger, looking like he would have no problem in ending his career right now. Sting took the match back into the ring and beat down Luger.

Sting whips Luger of the ropes and sends him down with a clothesline, Sting picks up Luger and whips him over to the corner, Sting incoming with a Stinger splash, Sting walks back and tries for another but Luger pulls the ref in front of him. Luger goes to punch Sting but Sting ducks around the back around of Luger and sets him up for the Deathdrop. Sting turns Luger over and sets him up for the Scorpion Deathlock, Luger on his stomach looking in pain reaches out for the ropes and drags himself closer, Luger spots the baseball bat in the corner and just about manages to grab hold of it, Sting lets go of the hols as the ref is still out and can not make the call. Sting goes to pick Luger up but is hit with the baseball across the head, Sting falls to the floor and Luger takes a second to get his breath back, Luger wakes the ref and he comes to, Luger sets Sting up for the Torture Rack, Sting is unconscious and the ref calls for the match to end he has awarded Luger the victory over Sting.

LUGER WON

Tony- Luger getting a shocking victory over Sting, Sting was very easily the better man in the contest and looked like Luger would be heading out on a stretcher, but Luger managed to take the advantage nailing Sting with his baseball bat.

The next match this could very well easily be the end of Jeff Jarrett as he goes toe-to-toe with the monster Goldberg in a Last man standing match.

Match 4

Goldberg vs Jeff Jarrett. Last man standing

The nWo music plays and we see Jarrett make his way down with the trademark guitar in hand, the thumping music of Goldberg plays and out he comes through the sparks and straight into the ring, Jarrett throws a few punches to Goldberg and whips him of the ropes as he comes back he sends a knee to Goldberg that sends Goldberg to his knees, Jarrett runs of the ropes and dropkicks Goldberg in the head, Jarrett rolls to the outside and grabs his guitar he quickly rolls back to the ring as Goldberg gets to his feet, and Jarrett swings the guitar and nails Goldberg with it, Goldberg is down and the ref starts counting, 1..2..3..4.. And Goldberg manages to get to his feet, Jarrett looks shocked and with a determined look on his face charges at Goldberg but Goldberg stops him in his tracks and grabs him around the throat and lifts him up with a chokeslam, Jarrett is down and the ref is counting 1...2...3 Jarrett staggers to his feet as Goldberg rolls to the outside and takes hold of a chair, Goldberg gets into the ring and lifts the chair up above his head but Jarrett nails him with a low blow and grabs the chair and nails the chair across Goldberg’s head and strikes him again and a third but Goldberg is still standing, Jarrett drops the chair and lands a DDT onto Goldberg straight onto the chair, the ref begins the count 1..2..3..4..5 Goldberg starts making his way to his feet and Jarrett again looks shocked as Goldberg shakes of the affects of the DDT. Goldberg grabs Jarrett and swings him of the ropes and with a mule kick, Jarrett is down and the ref begins to count 1..2..3..4..5..6 but Jarrett gets to his feet and Goldberg kicks him to the mid section and then chucks Jarrett out through the middle ropes.

The match carried on as a back and forth contest between the two competitors, at one point Jarrett really started taking advantage but never managed to keep Goldberg down, Goldberg fell to the floor twice but on both accounts got up at the count of six, Jarrett became more and more infuriated and took a load of weapons from under the ring including a chair, a led pipe and a table. Jarrett set up the table in the corner turnbuckle.

Jarrett takes hold of a chair and blasts it over Goldberg’s head, Jarrett whips Goldberg over to the table and goes in charging after him but Goldberg lands a clothesline on Jarrett, Goldberg moves across to the far corner and squats down stalking Jarrett waiting for him to get to his feet, and he does so and Goldberg with a SPEAR. My god Goldberg speared Jarrett through the table surely this over. The ref begins the count 1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8 is this it but now Jarrett has got to his feet, I can’t believe it how did Jarrett survive that spear through the table. Goldberg looks mythed and Jarrett looks like a train wreck, Goldberg goes over to Jarrett but Jarrett gives him a kick sending him to retreat and then THE STROKE and onto a conveniently placed chair, will Goldberg survive, the ref with the count 1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8.. But Goldberg gets to his feet and Jarrett is furious he has given his all at Goldberg but he can’t keep him down, Goldberg is looking invincible. Jarrett goes top the outside and brings out another table he slides it into the ring and fetches out a second table and slides the second one into the ring, Goldberg grabs a chair and nails Jarrett over the head and Jarrett falls to the outside, Jarrett is struggling to get to his feet holding onto the guardrail, Jarrett goes back under the ring and finds out a ladder, Goldberg back in the ring has set up a table and has placed the second table on top we have stacked tables in the middle of the ring, Jarrett gets into the ring with the ladder but Goldberg nails him, Goldberg props the ladder up in the corner and signals to the tables, he sends Jarrett over to the ladder and props him up on the ladder, Goldberg climbs the other side of the ladder and manages to drag Jarrett to the top, Goldberg signals it looks as if he is going to push the ladder through the tables with Jarrett on top my god Goldberg will destroy him, but before Goldberg can dismount Jarrett lands a couple of punches on him and looks to set him up with a SUPERPLEX oh my god Jarrett has just SUPERPLEXED Goldberg through the two stacked tables, the ref starts with the count. 1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8.. Surely this is the end 9..10 Jarrett has just defeated Goldberg in a Last Man Standing match my god Jarrett has destroyed Goldberg. Jarrett turns around and launches him self of the ladder and lands an elbow drop on Goldberg, what is he doing the match is over, but Jarrett with a hard pushed moment for motivation picks up Goldberg and with THE STROKE. The damn match is over get the ref in there to stop Jarrett.

JARRETT WON

Tony- I can’t believe it Jeff Jarrett has not only beat Goldberg in a Last man standing match but he has destroyed him, Jarrett just man handled Goldberg.

Bobby- Many people including me Tony saw this as the end for Jarrett, but he has shocked us, he has just taken out one of the most feared men in WCW.

Hogan Interview

Brother its time for Page to fear Hulkamania, up next the fans of WCW will see Hulkamania running wild all over Diamond Dalla Page’s so what ya gonna do brother what ya gonna do when Hulkamania runs wild over you. 89%

Match 5

Diamond Dallas Page vs Hulk Hogan.

Page is the first man into the ring he receives a large amounts of boos from the crowd but as Hogan comes out they erupt for the immortal Hulk Hogan.

As Hogan enters the ring Page immediately attacks Hogan with some stiff looking rights and lefts, Page grabs Hogan and slams his head of the turnbuckle and again and again, Page whips Hogan of the ropes and with a clothesline, Page looks at Hogan and drops down with an elbow drop, and follows up with a second elbow drop, Page picks up Hogan and whips him of the ropes again and ends a boot to the face of Hogan. Page picks up Hogan and goes for a punch but Hogan blocks the punch and sends one of his own straight to Page, Hogan again with a second punch and whips Page of the ropes and sends a big boot to Pages face, Hogan rally’s up the crowd and Page quickly rolls to the outside avoiding any more confrontation. Page rolls back into the ring and ties up with Hogan, Page hooks up around the back of Hogan and lifts him up with a backdrop, Page then takes Hogan into a headlock and whips him of the ropes and as he comes back takes him in a sleeper hold, Hogan manages to power out of the hold and spins Page around and kicks him in the mid section and a DDT. Hogan goes for the cover 1..2 and a kick out.

Hogan took the advantage throughout the match and managed to hold Page at bay, Hogan was a powerhouse and really made sure that Page didn’t get any offence in, but Page managed to power back and gave a cheap shot to Hogan allowing him to take advantage of the match.

Page sets Hogan up on the turnbuckle and sends him of with a Superplex, Page goes for the cover 1..2. and a kick out from Hogan, Page waits for Hogan to get to his feet and DIAMOND CUTTER, Page has just layed out Hogan surely this is the end, Page goes down for the cover and 1...2... and no a kick out from Hogan, Hogan has just powered out of the pin fall, Page looks shocked he goes to punch Hogan but it gets blocked, Hogan sends back a punch followed by a second and a whip of the ropes followed by a big boot, Hogan signals for the legdrop, he runs of the ropes and comes crashing down on Page with a Legdrop of Doom. Hogan goes for the cover 1....2....3 yes Hogan wins, Hogan gets the pinfall on Page, it is all over Page is down and out. Hogan is celebrating with the crowd he winds up his arm and does his ear sign to the crowd, Hogan starts posing but Page gets to his feet and gives Hogan a Diamond Cutter.

HOGAN WON

Tony- Well Hulkamania still lives on, but Page made sure he got in the last word, Hogan won the match fair, he took down Page for the One. Two. Three, but Page got up and took Hogan down with a Diamond Cutter.

The music of WCW commissioner Jesse Ventura plays over the PA System and he stands at the entrance ramp and has a mic in hand, as he is about to speak nWo member Kevin Nash comes out and attacks Ventura, Nash gives a beat down on Ventura and finishes him of with a Jacknife Powerbomb. 86%

Tony- What the hell was that for Nash has just taken out are commissioner, why the hell did he do that, he has got some answers to give us.

Folks it’s time for the main event, the Crippler Chris Benoit will go up against the Dirtiest player in the game, The Nature Boy Ric Flair, and the world heavyweight title is on the line.

Main Event

Chris Benoit vs Ric Flair. Heavyweight championship

The Nature Boy is the first man out and down to the ring he steps in to the ring and disrobes and starts doing his usual strut.

Benoit comes out with the title straped around his waist after finally getting it back from Flair on Thunder, Benoit enters the ring as he and Flair have a staredown.

Benoit immedieatley strikes Flair sending him down to the canvas, Benoit drops his elbow onto Flair's back and follows with a second elbow drop, Benoit runs the ropes and as he comes back gives Flair a devestating dropkick to the face, Benoit goes for the quick cover 1.. and a kick out from Flair. Benoir picks up Flair and uses a snap suplex on the Nature Boy and again goes for the quick cover 1... and a kick out again. Benoit picks up Flair and sends him to the corner and starts with the chopping and gets a woooh from the crowd, Flair strikes back with his own chops and then a kick between the legs to send Benoit crashing to the canvas, Flair picks up Benoit and lifts him in the air for a suplex, Flair sends a knee down onto Benoits leg and then follows up with some quick stomping onto the leg of Chris Benoit.

Flair carried on with the advantage for some time looking like he was superior to Benoit in the ring, Flair used a couple of cheap shots on Benoit to make sure he got no chance of turning the tide, but Benoit did just that and started to take the match in his favour, starting to look like a heavyweight champion.

Benoit goes for the German Suplex on Flair, but Flair blocks the move and back heels Benoit between the legs Flair follows up with a poke to the eyes and then takes Benoit down with a DDT, and for the cover 1..2 and a kick out, Flair sends Benoit to corner and starts chopping away at him, as Flair goes for one more chop Benoit grabs hold of Flairs arm and takes him down and applies the Crippler Crossface, Flair is looking in agony will he tap, he is raising his hand but Flair just manages to grab hold of the ropes and Benoit has to break the Crossface. As Flair gets to his feet he applies the German Suplex and sends Flair up and down with three consecutive German Suplex’s Benoit gives the throat cut sign and climbs the turnbuckle, but coming down the aisle is a Rick Steiner what the hell, Steiner attacks Benoit and as Benoit falls to the floor Flair blind sides the ref and Steiner enters the ring and lays down Benoit with a Bulldog, Steiner leaves the ring and Flair applies the figure four leg lock. Benoit taps and we have anew Heavyweight champion Flair has made Benoit tap out to the Figure Four Leglock. Steiner jumps back in the ring and he and Flair stomp away at Benoit as Flair holds onto his Heavyweight title.

FLAIR WON THE NEW WCW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION

Tony- Well WCW has a new heavyweight champion, Ric Flair has defeated Chris Benoit to become the WCW heavyweight champion, he had done it again another honour on his long list , but what a big part Rick Steiner played in all of that, he had no right in being involved in this match, he had screwed Chris Benoit out of retaining his heavyweight title.

Bobby- They had a plan all along Tony, who do you think it was that saved Flair from the beating on Thunder when he jumped into that car, it was Rick Steiner all along.

Tony- Well we have to go, what a night WCW has a new world champion, be sure to tune into Nitro tomorrow night to see the aftermath of Superbrawl 2000.

Thursday Thunder

2nd March 2000

Tennay-Hello and welcome to WCW Thunder im Mike Tennay and as always along side me is Bobby “The Brain” Hennan, what a night we have ahead for you as we will see Ric Flair defend his Heavyweight Title in a rematch against Chris Benoit, he defeated Lex Luger and Rick Steiner in a handicap match after Sting came out and attacked Luger, leaving it down to Steiner and Benoit and Benoit took the match home with a Crippler Crossface.

Bobby- Yes but Mike we have already found this out Chris Benoit is not in the same league as Ric Flair, we knew that at Superbrawl and we will see it again tonight Flair will defeat Benoit.

Tennay- And also what about what happened on the end of Nitro we saw Jeff Jarrett take out Nash accidentally in a title match costing Nash the match and the title, and as soon as Nash took to his feet he Jacknifed Jarrett thus leaving a big question mark over the future of the nWo.

Bobby- But we have heard and seen for are self’s the nWo backstage talking to each other including Nash and Jarrett, they saw what happened and realised the mistakes they made, in my eyes the nWo is as stronger as ever.

Tennay- That is not something I agree with but we shall wait and see.

Commissioner Nash

The camera cuts to the back and we shown a door open with the nWo initials on the front, inside is all the members of the nWo.

Nash- Listen up boys, Nitro we had a misunderstanding Jeff we’ve talked and are cool about everything. So that brings me to tonight as the leader of the nWo and commissioner of WCW I have decided the nWo needs representing in the ring so tonight it will be Hulk Hogan one on one with Jeff Jarrett.

Jarrett- Hold on a damn minute Nash, who the hell do you think you are, telling me who im wrestling, you have no authority in WCW, you are not the commissioner of WCW and you suck as leader of the nWo, you know what, you want someone to represent the nWo then you wrestler Hogan tonight.

Jarrett storms out of the room as Nash, Scott Steiner, Scott Hall all look at each other puzzled.

Nash- Damn what’s eating him. 77%

Tennay- Well all’s not well in the nWo camp, it looks as if Jarrett has had enough of Nash telling him what to do, and I suppose after the brutal match he had with Goldberg at Superbrawl why would he want to wrestle, maybe Nash wants to punish Jarrett for costing him the title match on Nitro.

Bobby- You know something Tennay you speculate to much, Jarrett and Nash aren’t seeing eye to eye at the moment so what big deal it happens all the time, look at us I can’t stand you but here I am every Thursday carrying you, the nWo are stronger than ever I bet your money on it..

Tennay- Well up next is The Revolution going up against The Mamalukes and the Tag titles are on the line.

Match 1

Revolution vs Mamalukes.

Tag Team Title Match

Malenko tags in Saturn, Saturn goes straight to work on Johnny The Bull as he drops him to the floor with a stiff looking clothesline, Saturn whips The Bull to the corner and follows up with a running squash, The Bull falls to the floor and Saturn starts chocking him out, Vito runs in a axe handles Saturn, Malenko jumps straight at Vito and then drops him down with a drop toe hold, and then chucks him to the outside, Saturn takes Johnny The Bull to the middle of the ring and here it comes DEATH VALLEY DRIVER it’s all over it has to be, Saturn goes down for the cover we are about to have new tag champs 1....2.... no what the... it’s Kronik Adams pulled the ref from making the count, the ref calls the DQ, Adams starts on Saturn and chucks him to the outside. Kronik stand tall in the ring looking at The Mamalukes and The Revolution, suddenly The Revolution storm the ring and attack Kronik then The Mamalukes follow suit and attach The Revolution all three teams are battling each other it’s a massive three way brawl. The Referees and WCW officials come storming out and into the ring to try and stop the mayhem.

Tennay- Well Kronik making sure that the Revolution don’t take the titles and again just like at Superbrawl we saw the three teams take on each other.

Team Package speak

The Music of Ric Flair hits over the PA system and out comes the three members of Team Package along side Miss Elizabeth.

Flair with the belt around his waist holds down the ropes for Elizabeth to enter, Luger and Steiner follow suit and take to the ring.

Bigelow picks up Funk and goes for a standing clothesline but Funk ducks and the ref gets taken down, Funk gives Bigelow a kick to the stomach and with a DDT, Funk has take the big man down, but incomes Shane Douglas he spins Funk around and nails him with a FRANCHISER, Bigelow crawls over on top of Funk and the ref struggles to make the count1......2.........3 he got it, Bigelow pinned Terry Funk. Hall with a strike to the mid section of Sid as he is backed away in the corner, Hall with a few quick kicks to the knees of Sid, Hall whips Sid to the opposite corner and goes charging in after him but Sid gets up a boot and strikes Hall in the face, Sid then follows up with a devastating clothesline, Sid goes down for the pinfall 1....2....and a kick out from Hall, Sid throws Hall to the outside and stands on the ring apron waiting for Hall to get to his feet, Hall eventually gets to his feet and Sid jumps of the ring apron and tries to connect with an axe handle but Hall doges and gets in a two fisted strike on the mid section of Sid, Hall then whips Sid into the guardrail and slides back into the ring, Sid recovers and enters the ring but is kicked down by Hall and then Hall goes for a powerslam but Sid brings down a massive forearm onto Hall and then Sid whips Hall of the ropes and as he comes back sends him down with a massive big boot, Sid props up Hall and signal for the end, he takes Hall high in the air and finishes him off with a POWERBOMB, Sid with the cover 1.......2.......3 yes Sid retains his United States Championship with an impressive win over Scott Hall. Sid raises his arm to the crowd and the ref goes for the belt, as the ref enters the ring Hall snatches the belt of him and throws him down to the ring, Sid turns around and Hall nails Sid straight in the head with his United States Title.

Sting makes his way over to Luger and Ric Flair and Rick Steiner jump out on him they beat him down, Luger puts on what looks like Brass Knuckles and slams his fist into Stings stomach, Sting drops to the floor but Flair and Steiner pick him back up and Luger nails the Knuckles into the head of Sting knocking him down to the floor.

The camera cuts over to Mean Gene who has Shane Douglas with him.

The camera has followed Nash as he walks backstage, Nash walks into the nWo locker room where the only man there is Jeff Jarrett.

Ric Flair vs Chris Benoit.

World Heavyweight championship match

Benoit with a chop to Flair followed by a second chop and then with a DDT, Benoit for the cover 1...2 and Flair kicks out, Benoit takes Flair back down with a snap suplex and then with three quick elbow drops and then Benoit takes the leg of Flair and elbow drops down on his leg, Benoit picks up Flair and slams his head of the turnbuckle and then whips him to the other side of the ring, Benoit goes charging at Flair but Flair gets in an elbow and then clotheslines Benoit to the floor, Flair grabs Benoit’s leg and looks for the Figure Four Leglock but Benoit kicks Flair and sends him flying out of the hold and into the ref. The Dog Faced Gremlin comes running down the aisle with a chair and slides into the ring and cracks it over the head of Benoit, Steiner drops the chair and DDT,S Benoit onto it, Steiner slides out of the ring and ducks out of sight, Flair applies the Figure Four Leglock the ref comes too and raises Benoit’s hand he drops it once and again for a second time, and the ref raises Benoit’s hand for a third time and he lets go Benoit’s hand hits the floor and the ref calls for the bell, Flair has retained the title and all thanks to Rick Steiner, The Dog Faced Gremlin has done the damage. Steiner rolls back into the ring and grabs the chair and slams it down over Benoit’s back and then across his legs, Steiner drops the chair and sets up Benoit for the Bulldog straight onto the chair, Benoit is out cold Steiner has taken him down and knocked him out cold, we need medical attention for Benoit.
