This is SummerSlam's poster this year. As you can see it is just Smackdown! as RAW let Smackdown! have the honors. It has Brock Lesnar centered huge in the middle with Batista, Christian and Booker T below him. Above both of his shoulders is Muhammad Hassan and JBL. These are the six man that will fight in the Elimination Chamber Match with the World Heavyweight Title on the line.

With SummerSlam just a little more then two weeks away the card is shaping up pretty well. On the RAW side of things there has been already four matches signed. Those four matches are:

*John Cena © vs. Chris Jericho-WWE Heavyweight Title

*Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle

*Carlito © vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Chavo Guerrero-Intercontinental Title Ladder Match

*Edge vs. Matt Hardy

On the Smackdown! side three matches have been announced and also one match for Heat. They are:

*Batista © vs. Brock Lesnar vs. JBL vs. Christian vs. Booker T vs. Muhammad Hassan-World Heavyweight Title Elimination Chamber Match

*The Undertaker vs. Randy Orton-Casket Match

*Chris Benoit © vs. Doug Basham vs. Eddie Guerrero-United States Title

*MNM © vs. Nunzio and Vito-Tag Team Titles Heat Match

1. Single’s Match

Deuce Shade vs. Sylvain Grenier

This match was a decent one as Deuce Shade showed everyone that he was ready for the WWE. He competed good on Smackdown! in the Cruiserweight Open and once again he competed well. Grenier went for a Powerslam, but Shade fell threw and hit Grenier with the Shadey DDT to win the match.

Winner-Deuce Shade

2. Smackdown Rebound

At one part in the match OJ went for the Orlando Magic, but Lesnar reversed it into a Belly to Belly Suplex. Lesnar then picked up OJ and hit three consecutive three powerbombs on OJ. Lesnar then finished him off when he lifted him up and hit a sick F5 on OJ! Lesnar put OJ away at only 3:46 which was going to be hard to beat.

[After the match was over Brock took a mic and had something to say.]

Brock Lesnar: I know we had some troubles at the end, but I have someone who I accepted to be my manager once again. This time around we will work much better together. Come down here right now, PAUL HEYMAN!!!

[The ECW music hits and down walks Paul Heyman with a sadistic smile on his face. Heyman gets in the ring and he and Lesnar share a hug and then Heyman grabs the mic.]

Paul Heyman: I’m BAAAACCKKKKK!!!! Yup, Paul Heyman is back with Brock Lesnar!!! And all I have to say Lesnar got an amazing time and it will be the best. Lesnar then will come out last it the Elimination Chamber at SummerSlam and will beat Batista and the other men to become the World Heavyweight Champion!!!

2. RAW Rebound

Show was about to go for the F5, but Triple H fought out of it while Flair distracted the ref. Triple got to the ground and hit a low-blow. The ref turned around and didn’t see anything except for The Big Show on the ground. Right before Triple H covered, Danny Basham came in the ring and knocked down Triple H with a clothesline. Flair then came in the ring and got hit with a clothesline over the top rope. Danny then picked up Triple H and grabbed his throat with two hands. Danny lifted him up and hit the Double Handed Basham Bomb (Double Handed Chokeslam). Ric Flair then tripped up Danny and brought him out of the ring. They went at it outside the ring while The Big Show recovered and draped his arm on top of Triple H. Danny was beating down Flair outside the ring so he couldn’t break up the cover. The ref counted three and Danny Basham really won the match, but The Big Show made the cover.

Rene Dupree has been sidelined with an injury. Dupree hurt his shin during his match on Heat against CM Punk. If you look back at the tape, it looks as if Dupree doesn’t land to good on his shin when Punk hit the Pepsi Plunge. Now it seems that Punk might not be able to use the Pepsi Plunge because on its first try in the WWE he has injured someone. Dupree’s injury isn’t a major one though; he will be good to go in about a week. Dupree is supposed to return on August 14th.

Matt Hardy in Tag Action

Two weeks ago on RAW there was suppose to be a tag team match between Edge and Snitsky vs. Kane and Matt Hardy, but Matt didn’t show up until the end of the match. Now since Matt is back in the WWE he will be at RAW for the match. With Matt and Edge in the same ring in a match, we might be able to see a preview of SummerSlam this week on RAW.

On Heat Nick Dinsmore said that there was going to be a Six Man Tag Team Match between the Lords of the Ring and Natural Born Thrillers. Rob Conway and Stamboli have been having trouble and then Dinsmore came and saved Conway to get Lords of the Ring back. Then on Heat Dinsmore announced that Johnny Dorgan was the newest member of the Lords of the Ring so this match could happen.

The final grudge match between the Intercontinetal Title Match Challengers will end on RAW this week. Chavo Guerrero went 0-2 and both Shelton Benjamin and RVd are 1-0. Who will go undefeated and look strong going into SumemrSlam in just two weeks?

Lastly Chris Masters will have the Master Lock Challenge again. This time he will put up $30,000 on line for someone and try to break out of the Master Lock. Is it possible fore someone to break out of it or will Masters continue to show everyone that it is the best mover ever.

All this and more Monday 9/8 CT only on Spike TV.

Confirmed Matches/Events:

Tag Team Grudge Match: Kane and Matt Hardy vs. Gene Snitsky and Edge w/Lita

Six Man Tag Team Match: Lords of the Ring vs. Natural Born Thrillers

Grudge Match: Rob Van Dam vs. Shelton Benjamin

Master Lock Challenge: Chris Masters vs. ???

WWE RAW Results

August 8th, 2005

From Uncasville, CT

[The pyros hit and quickly after they finished out came the IC Champion, Carlito. Carlito walked down to the ring with the IC Belt on his shoulder and an apple in his hand. Carlito got in the ring and it was time for the Cabana. Carlito grabbed a mic and then sat down in his beach chair.]

1. Carlito’s Cabana

Carlito: Welcome everybody to the best Talk Show, Carlito’s Cabana with the best Talk Show Host, the Intercontinental Champion, Carlito!!! Now that’s cool! Here in Unassville or however you say it, Connecticut, that’s not cool! Now I didn’t even know that I was going to have the Cabana tonight on RAW until I showed up about an hour ago and Mr. Bischoff told me. He said I have to find a guest and that was definitely cool. So I was thinking, who should Carlito have as a guest and I thought, how about Matt Hardy and Edge! I mean their match for SummerSlam just got announced so that is who my guests are tonight on the Cabana. So coming out first on the Cabana is……MATT HARDY!!!!

[Matt’s music hits and he comes down with a thunderous charge as the crowd went nuts. Matt got in the ring and grabbed the mic right out of Carlito’s hand.]

Matt Hardy: Matt Hardy is here!!!

[Carlito snatches the mic back from Matt.]

Carlito: Taking my microphone, that’s not cool!

[Matt leans in and talks.]

Matt Hardy: Oh, you want to see something that is cool?

[Matt Hardy then punches Carlito in the face and the two starts brawling all over the ring until Edge comes running down. Edge gets in the ring and breaks the two up and then Carlito and Edge go after Matt on a double team. Finally ref’s and road agents ran down and split them up so the Talk Show could end as the escorted Matt out of the ring.]

Carlito: Man, what a loser that guy is. He is definitely not cool.

Edge: Finally, someone else who agrees with me that he is a loser. All he does is goes around and starts fights. That’s why at SummerSlam I will shut his ass up and beat his ass down!

Carlito: I am sure you will Edge and once you do beat his ass down, you will officially be cool!

2. We Got This One

[backstage the Natural Born Thrillers are walking towards the ring, but Jindrak stops them and tells them something.]

Mark Jindrak: Let’s go boys! Let’s get another so soon enough we will be on the top of the WWE and also so I can score again with Christy!

Sean O’ Haire: Yea we are gonna be on top! Also you better get some more with Christy!

Johnny Stamboli: Let’s do it and get another win!

3. Six Man Tag Team Match

Lords of the Ring vs. Natural Born Thrillers

This was a decent Six Man Match, but it was kind of to short. Stamboli and Conway really just brawled around the outside of the ring the whole time just leaving it a Tag Team Match. Dorgan actually worked very well with Dinsmore, but blew some spots. Coming down to the end of the match Jindrak just hit a Superkick on Dorgan, but Dinsmore then hit a German Suplex on Jindrak. So now the only two men in the ring were the two legal men, Dinsmore and O’ Haire. Dinsmore went for a German Suplex, but O’ Haire blocked it by kicking his foot backwards nailing Dinsmore with a low blow and the ref didn’t see it since he was trying to break up Conway and Stamboli. The ref then got back in the ring and saw Dinsmore was down. O’ Haire then picked up Dinsmore and hit the Cruel Intentions. O’ Haire covered Dinsmore with his feet on the ropes without the ref seeing to pick up the victory for the NBT.

Winners-Natural Born Thrillers

67.5%

4. The Stipulation Is

[backstage is Kurt Angle standing by with Todd Grishman.]

Todd Grisham: Um, Kurt you requested this interview as you had something to announce that Eric Bischoff made. And what exactly do you have to announce?

Kurt Angle: I requested for this interview because I gave Eric Bischoff the best idea for mine and Shawn Michaels’ match at SummerSlam. Instead of having another boring single’s match, we are going to finish this feud up with a 2 out of 3 Falls Match. That means we came on fighting until one person in the match, who is going to be me, has two pinfall or submission combination. At SummerSlam you will see Kurt Angle beat HBK for the last time and show HBK that I am the better wrestler. WOO!!! It’s true, it’s DAMN TRUE!!!

5. Highlight Reel Later Tonight

[The camera pans over into Eric Bischoff’s office where he is talking on his cell phone when Chris Jericho walks in.]

Eric Bischoff: Yes, yea I know about the title. Yup, after SummerSlam it will start. I know, now I gotta go and talk to the soon to be crowned WWE Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho.

[bischoff hangs up and Jericho has a weird look on his face.]

Chris Jericho: Who the hell was that and what title after SummerSlam?

Eric Bischoff: Don’t worry about. You will find out. So what do you want? Me to put Cena in a match? A Handicap Match? Anything for you Chris.

Chris Jericho: No, all I want is to have the Highlight Reel tonight on RAW. I will let Cena be tonight, but next week I have a good idea. How about this, you know what you did for the Batista and Triple H hype before WrestleMania with Pick Your Poison, well I was wondering if we can do that?

Eric Bischoff: Sure! You get to pick Cena’s opponent and Cena gets to pick your opponent.

Chris Jericho: No I was just wondering if I can only pick his opponent.

Eric Bischoff: Okay now your talking. You got it Chris. And with the Highlight Reel you will have Triple H with Ric Flair and The Big Show with Danny Basham and at some point in the interview you have to tell both men that…

6. John Cena’s Rap]/b]

[Down came John Cena charging to the ring holding his title up high. Cena then got in the ring and grabbed a mic.]

John Cena: The Champ is HERE!!!! [Cheap Pop] I said THE CHAMP IS HEEEERRREEE!!!!!! [Huge Pop] Now everyone in the Chain Gang get on your feet and make some noise here in Uncasville, Connecticut!!!! [Another Huge Pop] Okay, I just heard Chris Jericho and Eric Bischoff talking before and they are trying to get me injured before SummerSlam just putting me in a Pick Your Poison Match, but during the Commercial Break I was talking to Vince McMahon. And Mr. McMahon thought it was unfair too so he told me to come out here and tell everyone and you Chris Jericho and you Eric Bischoff that both of us have a Pick Your Poison Match next week on RAW!!! Now I have a little rap for Chris Jericho with only two weeks away from SummerSlam when I whoop his ass all over the MCI Center in Washington, D.C.!!!! [Huge Pop] Okay here it is:

At SummerSlam Chris Jericho is gettin an ass beating

Right from the start until the match ends with ding, ding, ding

John Cena will still be Champion

Next time Jericho sees me he will run

Yea, that’s right, he be afraid of me

On his album the only song I heard of is Enemy

I got two hot songs its The Time is Now and Running Game

I know I have more, but I don’t wanna go crazy on my Fame

Now no need of thinking of beating me so don’t have a plan

Remember don’t fuck with John Cena cuz I’m a BAD, BAD MAN

[A huge Cena chant starts up and then Cena quiets the crowd down.]

John Cena: Just remember Jericho, YOU WANT SOME, COME GET SOME!!!!

8. Grudge Match

Rob Van Dam vs. Shelton Benjamin

This was just an amazing match. Both men wouldn’t give up without getting a win. Both men fought for about seventeen minutes until there was finally a winner. Early in the match both men were even exchanging moves back and forth. Benjamin took advantage after he hit two consecutive Northern Lights Suplex’s. Benjamin then nailed RVD with a Superkick. At this point Benjamin was in total control and was going up high. Benjamin went for a 450 Splash, but RVD got his knees up to turn things around. Benjamin was down and RVD went in the corner and hoped up and then hit the Split-Legged Moonsault. RVD covered, but Benjamin somehow got his foot on the rope. RVD then went up high again, but Benjamin started to get up so RVD couldn’t go for the Frog Splash. Instead, RVD waited until Benjamin was up and then flew at him with a Top Rope Flying Kick, but Benjamin dodged it and then turned around and grabbed RVD and hit a T-Bone Suplex. Benjamin rolled up RVD and picked up a huge victory out of nowhere.

Winner-Shelton Benjamin

9. Lords of the Ring Talking

[backstage are the Lords of the Ring talking near their locker room.]

Nick Dinsmore: I can’t believe they cheated again to win! They are just ridiculous! And Conway you have to stay focused on the match!

Rob Conway: Sorry I just wanna beat Stamboli so bad.

Johnny Dorgan: It’s my fault, I got pinned.

Nick Dinsmore: No Dorgan you did a good job.

[All of a sudden Eric Bischoff walks up to the three men.]

Eric Bischoff: So Conway you want Stamboli so bad and Dinsmore and Dorgan you want revenge on O’ Haire and Jindrak. Well you got it! Next week on RAW it will be Rob Conway against Johnny Stamboli in a No DQ match! And at Sunday Night Heat, the night of SummerSlam, RAW will also have a match and it will be Mark Jindrak and Sean O’ Haire defending their titles against Nick Dinsmore and Johnny Dorgan! How do you like that?

Lords of the Ring: Thank you Bischoff!

10. I’m Fine With It

[The camera pans over to Shawn Michaels who is standing by with Toddy Grisham.]

Todd Grisham: A little bit earlier tonight on RAW, Kurt Angle said that he and Eric Bischoff agreed on your final match with him at SummerSlam will be a 2 out of 3 Falls Match. What do you think of that stipulation?

Shawn Michaels: Todd, I am fine with it! This just makes it much better! I mean now Angle has to beat me twice to win or I have to beat him twice to win. And there is a slim chance that he will beat me twice in one match. Now just listen to this, The Icon, The Main Event, The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels vs. The Olympic Hero, The Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle in a 2 out of 3 Falls Match!!! It really doesn’t get any better then that.

Todd Grisham: Well Shawn, after your match with Angle, if you win or lose what’s next in your wrestling career?

Shawn Michaels: Well I will probably want to face Hulk Hogan. I have never got the chance and I just want to face him once in a nice friendly match. Then after that I will up for one more title run.

11. Master Lock Challenge

[When we got back from break Chris Masters was already in the ring with a mic in his hand.]

Chris Masters: $30,000 is on the line! Someone respect the greatest move ever, the Master Lock. No one can break out of it! No one!

[All of a sudden some generic music plays and down walks someone.]

CM Punk: My name is CM Punk and I am here to win the $30,000 and break your stupid Master Lock!

65.4%

Chris Masters vs. CM Punk

Punk didn’t put up the greatest fight, but he did fight. Punk hit some nice strong moves early and went for the Pepsi Twist to try and tire down Masters, but he reversed it into a Neck Breaker. Masters then picked up Punk and locked in the Master Lock. Punk was about to break out of it, but then Masters locked it in tighter and then shook Punk around until the ref saw Punk was done.

Winner-Chris Masters

12. Highlight Reel is Next

[backstage in Evolution’s locker room Triple H and Ric Flair are talking.]

Triple H: Naitch, why do you think Bischoff wants us and the fat guy and baldy to be on the Highlight Reel.

Ric Flair I don’t know, maybe to announce a match at SummerSlam between you and Danny?

Triple H: Naitch that would be great.

Ric Flair But Hunter, remember what you said. After SummerSlam we go out looking for new members.

Triple H: Yea I know Flair. Now let’s go. The Highlight Reel is next.

13. Highlight Reel

[When we get back from break the countdown is just starting and Jericho comes down to the ring. He gets in the ring and grabs a mic.]

Chris Jericho: Welcome everybody to RAW…IS……JERICHO!!! Now ladies, gentlemen, Jerichohaulics of all ages, I can’t believe what John Cena said earlier as did Vince. I have to be in a Pick Your Poison Match too. That’s just unfair. And then Cena says that he is much popular with his songs in his one album when Fozzy has three hit albums! Now who cares about Cena, now onto the Highlight Reel. Out first two guests is a 500 Pound Monster with his new friend you can say, I guess. The Big Show with Danny Basham!!!

[The Big Show’s theme song hits and down both men walk to the ring. They get in the ring and Show grabs a mic while Danny sits down.]

Chris Jericho: Umm, Show, you can sit down. [show just stands stood] Sit down in the chair. [show still stands there] Okay you can stand.

The Big Show: Jericho shut your ass up! All I want is Triple H in the ring one on one!

Chris Jericho: Well here is Triple H with Ric Flair!

[Down comes both men slowly and come in on the other side of the ring staying away from The Big Show. Triple H then grabs a mic.]

Triple H: Yea right Show, like that is ever gonna happen.

Chris Jericho: Well actually it is because we are having the Highlight Reel tonight for me to tell you that at SummerSlam it will be Triple H facing The Big Show and next week on RAW there will be a rematch between Ric Flair and Danny Basham! That’s what the Atoyllah of Rock and Rollah was sent out here for.

Triple H: What that can’t be! That’s impossible!

[The Big Show then runs and Big Boot’s Triple H over the top rope and Danny Basham runs and clotheslines Ric Flair over the top rope. Both men run up the ramp and then Danny and Show trap Jericho. Show lifts up Chris and then tosses him out of the ring and then Show picks up the mic.]

The Big Show: Next week on RAW Danny Basham will beat Ric Flair and in two weeks at SummerSlam I will beat Triple H. Also at SummerSlam, John Cena will beat the living shit out of Chris Jericho!

14. Tag Team Grudge Match

Kane and Matt Hardy vs. Gene Snitsky and Edge w/Lita

This was great tag team action this match and it was a great way to finish up RAW. The whole match Matt Hardy and Edge really brawled around the ring until the end when both men were the legal men. Matt Hardy was beating Edge’s ass down until Lita got on the apron and slapped Matt. That made Matt tag in Kane and then go chase after Lita. Edge got up and chased after Matt all around the arena so the match really turned into a Single’s Match between Snitsky and Kane. Kane just dominated Snitsky when this happened. Kane hit some nice hard punched and a Flying Clothesline of the Top Rope. Kane then picked up Snitsky and hit a Chokeslam for the win.

Winners-Kane and Matt Hardy

Who’s the Number One Contender

This week on Smackdown! a huge Tag Team Match has been signed. It will be The Undertaker teaming with former enemy, Heidenreich to face Randy Orton and Chris Kanyon. Taker and Orton will be squaring off in a Casket Match at SummerSlam while Heidenreich and Kanyon have just started a mini feud on Velocity. This should be one hell of a Tag Team Match.

Last week on Smackdown! there was a 10 Man Cruiserweight Open to crown the Number One Contender to Juventud Guerrera’s Cruiserweight Title and the winner of the Open would face Juvi at SummerSlam, but the Open ended in a Double Pinfall. Juvi interfered in the match and nailed both men with his belt and then it ended up in a Double Pin. This week on Smackdown! London and Kazarian will battle it out to see who will face Juvi at SummerSlam.

Last week on Smackdown! it was announced that MNM will defend their Tag Team Titles on Sunday Night Heat, the night of SummerSlam against Nunzio and Vito. This week Vito will square off against Nitro and then next week on Smackdown! it will be Nunzio vs. Mercury. The reason this is happening so that everyone knows their opponents well.

All this and more Thursday 8/7 CT only on UPN.

Confirmed Matches/Events:

Tag Team Grudge Match: The Undertaker and Heidenreich vs. Randy Orton and Chris Kanyon

Number One Contender’s Match for the Cruiserweight Title: Paul London vs. Frankie Kazarian

Grudge Match: Johnny Nitro w/Joey Mercury and Melina vs. Vito w/Nunzio

WWE Smackdown! Results

August 11th, 2005

Taped from Rochester, NY

[smackdown’s! pyros hit and the crowd goes crazy. A short clip shows to start off Smackdown! showing Brock Lesnar getting the best time in Beat the Clock. When the clip ends down comes Christian for the Peep Show.]

1. Peep Show

Christian: Tonight is a special tonight for Smackdown! Tonight I, Christian will be bringing back the Peep Show to Smackdown! All my peeps our outraged right now! Now I am not gonna keep on talking, I am just gonna get right to the point. Tonight on Smackdown! we have four of the guests that will be in the Elimination Chamber in just 10 days, 5 including me. The person that won’t be on the Peep Show is JBL because he says he is too good for my show. I mean I am Captain Charisma, you don’t put down the Peep Show like that. Now our first guest I would like to represent to the show is Booker T!

[booker T’s music hits and he comes down to the ring by himself, without his wife Sharmell. Booker T gets in the ring and grabs a mic, but before he could speak, Christian had something else to say.]

Christian: To make the Peep Show a better then it is, instead of interviewing one person at a time I will interview two! So our second guest is Muhammad Hassan!

[Down walks Hassan with Daivari right behind him. Both men get in the ring and Hassan gets a mic.]

Muhammad Hassan: In 10 days at SummerSlam everyone will witness I, Muhammad Hassan will be the first ever Arab-American Champion! And me a Daivari will be on the top of the WWE!

Booker T: Yo dawg! What are you talking about man! No way you are coming out of the Elimination Chamber, a match you never been in before as champion! It will be me, Booker T new champion!

Christian: Woah! Guys calm down! We came to talk in front of all my peeps not fight. Now everyone knows, including my peeps that Christian will be finally crowned champion as SummerSlam comes to a close. But just to make sure nothing breaks out right now I am going to bring in out next guest. He is Brock Lesnar!!!

[Lesnar’s music hits, but he is nowhere to be found until you see someone running through the crowd and hops the barricade. It is Brock Lesnar and he slides in the ring. He clotheslines Christian, but then Booker T, Hassan and Daivari start punching away at him. Lesnar finally throws everyone of him and picks up Christian and tosses him out of the ring. Hassan gets up and charges at Lesnar, but Lesnar bends down and flips Hassan out of the ring. Lesnar then waited for Booker T to get up and when he did he hit a hard clothesline on Booker T making him fly over the top rope to the outside. Lesnar then picks up Daivari and delivers the F-5 to him. Daivari then rolled out of the ring and then the World Heavyweight Champion, Batista’s music hit. Batista ran down to the ring and slid in the ring. Both Batista and Lesnar went punch for punch until Lesnar finally knocked down Batista with a clothesline. Batista got up and Lesnar charged at him, but Batista saw it coming and picked up Lesnar and nailed him with a Spinebuster. Lesnar was out in the middle of the ring and then Batista picked up his title and taunted in Lesnar’s face.]

2. Number One Contender’s Match for the Cruiserweight Title

Paul London vs. Frankie Kazarian

This was a very good match, but it easily could have been better. Early in the match both men were moving quick hitting face paced moves. As the match moved on though the intensity calmed down a bit and London was in total control. London just hit a Tornado DDT. London then picked up Kazarian and hit a Northern Lights Suplex. London then went up high and went for the 450 Splash and to put way Kazarian, but Kazarian got his knees up. Kazarian got up and then hit a Springboard Leg Drop. Kazarian then waited for London to get up and went for the Wave of the Future, but London hit a few elbows to get out of it. Kazarian then charged at London, but he ducked. London then turned around and nailed Kazarian with a Super Kick making Kazarian fly out of the ring over the top rope. Kazarain was down on the outside and London was going to risk his body. London bounced off the opposite side ropes and then came back. He jumped up onto the top rope and bounced on it and flew off to the outside nailing Kazarian with a Springboard Shooting Star Press. Both men were down and out and the ref started the 10 Count. 1…2…3…4…5…Still no movement…6…7…8…London rolls onto his back, but Kazarian is still down and out…9…10!!! Another draw, but this time on a Double Countout!

3. Main Event Tonight

[The camera pans into Teddy Long’s office where he is talking to Orlando Jordan.]

Teddy Long: So what is it what you want Jordan?

Orlando Jordan: A rematch for MY United States Title! It’s no fair I should get a rematch!

Teddy Long: Well playa, first off it isn’t your lost the title to Benoit in a fair match at The Great American Bash and second I agree with you that you should get a rematch.

Orlando Jordan: So it will be me against Benoit at SummerSlam?!

Teddy Long: Now that’s where you are wrong playa. The match for SummerSlam right now is Benoit against Doug Basham and Eddie Guerrero. Now if you want to be in the match you got beat someone and earn, you feel me because it isn’t in your contract playa that you automatically get a rematch, but I am giving you a chance.

Orlando Jordan: Alright Long, who will I be facing?

Teddy Long: Well playa, since you turned on JBL at The Great American Bash and both of you guys want revenge on each other, you two will fight it out in the Main Event on Smackdown! tonight! Now can you feel me?!

Orlando Jordan: Oh yea Long I can feel you and I won’t be losing this match because later on tonight I will show you Orlando Jordan will be back on track as I have something new apart of me!

4. Our Title

[The camera then pans over to Steve Romero standing by with Muhammad Hassan and Daivari.]

Steve Romero: A little earlier before both of you got attacked on Christian’s Peep Show by Brock Lesnar. What are your thoughts on his attack?

Muhammad Hassan: You know what, I like his attack because he shows that he wants the title bad and will do anything just like taking out his opponents. He might think he is going to win the title though, but he is not. After SummerSlam it will be our Title! It will be mine and Daivari’s! We will be on top and I will go down in the record books for the first ever champion being Arab-American! Now everyone is saying I can’t do it and I won’t win the title, the reason they are saying that is because these people are a disgrace. Always putting down me, the Arab-American! Why do they always have to boo me, just because I am Arab-American! Why don’t they boo people like Chris Benoit, I mean he is Canadian! All these peoples are a bunch of disgraces. And at SummerSlam our time will come and the glory will be on us and finally we will have justice!

6. Grudge Match

Johnny Nitro w/Joey Mercury and Melina vs. Vito w/Nunzio

This was actually a decent match. No one thought that Vito would put up a good fight, but surprisingly he did. The two really just brawled the whole match and Mercury kept on trying to distract Vito so Nunzio had enough. Nunzio ran over and took down Mercury on the outside. The two brawled outside of the ring while Nitro was setting up for the Super Cool Kick on Vito, but when Vito turned around he saw it coming and ducked it. Vito then kicked Nitro in the gut and hit an Implant DDT. Vito covered, but Melina pulled the ref out of the ring. Vito then started to get distracted by Melina and the ref tried to break up the argument. The argument came to an end when Nitro got up and hit a low-blow on Vito without the ref seeing. Nitro then rolled up Vito and picked up a cheap victory.

9. Tag Team Grudge Match

The Undertaker and Heidenreich vs. Randy Orton and Chris Kanyon

This was a pretty weird tag team match with the totally different partners, but it still turned out to be pretty good. Orton and Taker were in the ring with each other for the same time only twice. The first time was real early in the match when Taker was dominating Kanyon and Kanyon quickly tagged in Orton, but Orton got scared and tagged Kanyon right back in. Taker then hit a Big Boot and tagged in Heidenreich at that point. Coming to the end of the match Kanyon was once again in against Taker. This time Kanyon was looking good and just hit the Flatliner on The Undertaker and went to tag in Orton. Orton came in and started stomping away at Taker. Orton then picked up The Undertaker and went for the O-Zone, but Taker stopped it and hit a Chokeslam on Orton. Taker then tagged in Heidenreich and he ran right towards Kanyon and lifted up and threw him over the ropes into the ring. Heidenreich then picked up Kanyon and nailed him with the Shoulder Breaker. Heidenreich then went and finished up Orton when he picked him up and hit a Swinging Sidewalk Slam on him to pin Orton and pick up the win for him and Taker.

JBL: You know what, Orlando Jordan is one huge son of a bitch! Leaving me…A Wrestling God and now he thinks he can beat me! Who cares if he has something new apart of him? Orlando Jordan won’t be able to beat me!

Steve Romero: Well not thinking of Orlando Jordan, you have to face five other men in the Elimination Chamber in 10 Days. What do you think of the Elimination Chamber Match?

Paul Heyman: Hey I am not a little bitch! I am his agent.

Brock Lesnar: Paul calm down! Now Batista if you keep on talking I’m gonna have to bring the Pain to you!

Batista: Then bring the PAIN!!!

[Lesnar drops down and rolls out of the ring and runs up the ramp. Batista drops the Title and the mic and both men go back and forth with punches until Lesnar drops Batista with a clothesline. Orlando Jordan w/Tyrece Banks vs. JBL

This was a very good match with Orlando Jordan in it and it was the match of the night. Early in the match OJ dominated JBL showing that he really didn’t need him. Jordan started JBL with the Jordan Shuffle and then he picked him up and put JBL on his shoulder and hit a Running Over the Shoulder Powerslam. JBL then started to come back and it was JBL’s turn now. Coming down to the end of the match the two were even. Jordan then went for the Blackout, but JBL reversed it into a DDT. Jordan got up and then got treated with a Big Boot. JBL then stalked OJ with a Clothesline from Hell, but then out came Brock Lesnar who came down and distracted JBL. Batista then came running down and attacked Lesnar from behind. The two started brawling on the outside of the ring. The ref then went out and broke it up while Tre got in the ring and hit JBL with a huge low blow. Jordan then got up and nailed JBL with the Black Ice.

Breaking News: World Wrestling Entertainment Signs Two Wrestlers; Resigns Chavo; Dupree Returns

? Reported by Jacob Baron of Wrestleview.com

? On Monday, August 15, 2005 at 8:52 AM EST

---

World Wrestling Entertainment has come to agreements in signing two former WWE members to brand new contracts. It seems as if the WWE likes bringing back a lot of former talent. All the WWE fans should be very happy with these two guys coming back to the WWE and leaving ROH.

-Spanky

user posted image

-James Gibson (Jamie Noble)

user posted image

It is most likely that both Spanky and Gibson will be heading to Smackdown! once again to be in the Cruiserweight Division. Gibson will go under the name James Gibson and not be Jamie Noble anymore. These two men might tag together, but it is also possible that Spanky tags with London. Don’t expect either of them in action until after SummerSlam, probably not until early September.

Chavo Guerrero had resigned with the WWE. His contract was running up and he talked it out to resign for another year in the WWE. Chavo has a huge match at SummerSlam trying to become the Intercontinental Champion.

Rene Dupree is back and ready for some action as his shin is all healed up after he got injured by CM Punk on Heat when Punk hit the Pepsi Plunge. The WWE has banned the Pepsi Plunge, but anyway Dupree is back, but it looks like as he will be wrestling on Heat like usual anyway.

Pick Your Poison

There is only six days until SummerSlam and this is the last RAW before the big event. This week on RAW we have five huge matches. The first two matches have to do with the WWE Heavyweight Champion, John Cena and the Number One Contender, Chris Jericho. They will both be having a match against someone who their opponent picks. So Jericho will pick Cena’s opponent and Cena will pick Jericho’s opponent. This is called Pick Your Poison just to get them hyped up for their match at SummerSlam.

Last week on RAW, the Highlight Reel was held and Chris Jericho had The Big Show, Danny Basham, Triple H, and Ric Flair on the show. During the show Jericho said that he held the Highlight Reel tonight to tell The Big Show and Triple H that they would be fighting at SummerSlam to become the Number One Contender for the WWE Heavyweight Title. Jericho then told Danny and Flair that they would have a rematch against each other on RAW.

A few weeks back Bischoff announced a Four Way Match between Carlito, RVD, Shelton Benjamin, and Chavo Guerrero for Carlito’s IC Title at SummerSlam. Bischoff then said that RVD, Shelton and Chavo would all face each other in single’s matches. That happened and Chavo went 0-2, RVD went 1-1 and Benjamin went 2-0. Now it came down to the tag team match with RVD teaming with Shelton Benjamin facing Carlito and Chavo Guerrero.

Also last week on RAW it was announced that the Natural Born Thrillers would be defending their World Tag Team Titles against Nick Dinsmore and Johnny Dorgan of the Lords of the Ring on Sunday Night Heat, the night before SummerSlam. Also announced was that Conway and Stamboli would fight once again, but this time it would be a No DQ match.

It has also been said that Vince McMahon and Eric Bischoff has an announcement to make and it will involve a title on RAW.

All this and more Monday 9/8 CT only on Spike TV.

Pick Your Poison Match: John Cena vs. ???

Pick Your Poison Match: Chris Jericho vs. ???

Grudge Match: Danny Basham vs. Ric Flair

2. Pick Your Poison Match

Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels

This match was just purely amazing. It was a great way to kick off RAW and it was a great choice from John Cena. Shawn Michaels really wanted this match, but Jericho wouldn’t lose. Both men pushed each other to the end of the line. Early in the match HBK was pumped up and was really dominating Jericho. HBK hit a Belly to Back Suplex and then stalked Jericho and waited for him to get up. When Jericho did HBK charged with a Flying Forearm, but Jericho ducked and rolled up HBK with the tights, but HBK was still able to kick out. Coming down to the end of the match Jericho was now in control, but HBK wasn’t giving up. Jericho then hit his Bulldog and was setting for the Lionsault. He went for it, but HBK rolled out of the way, but Jericho was able to land on his feet. Jericho then charged at HBK with a Jumping Forearm, but HBK ducked and Jericho nailed the ref. Jericho didn’t care and turned around and Superkicked HBK. Jericho then went out of the ring and grabbed a chair. Cena saw it and got up from the announcer table and starting running down the ramp, but he was too late to stop Jericho nailing HBK. Jericho then charged at Cena with a Chairshot, but Cena ducked it and then lifted up Jericho and hit the FU. The ref started getting up and starting counting the 10 Count. At 7 Jericho crawled over and rolled up HBK and Jericho got his feet on the ropes, but HBK still somehow kicked out. HBK got up and then hit a Tear Drop Suplex and set up for the Sweet Chin Music. When Jericho got up he went for it, but Jericho ducked it and then quickly hit The Breakdown on HBK. Jericho then rolled up Michaels with a handful of tights and his feet on the ropes without the ref seeing any of them and the ref counted three. Cena then slide in the ring and Jericho quickly rolled out and headed up the ramp. Jericho stole won and Cena just was pissed.

[When we get back from break both Eric Bischoff and Vince McMahon is in the ring. Eric has a mic and starts talking.]

Now, the Women’s Championship has been around for almost 60 Years counting the NWA days, but it has also been around for about 23 Years with the WWE. Fabulous Moolah won the first ever Women’s Title on September 18, 1956 in Baltimore. Maryland when she beat Judy Grable in NWA. Fabulous Moolah was also the first Women’s Champion in the WWE when she brought it over to the WWE after the WWE withdrew from the NWA. Fabulous Moolah held the most Women’s Championship Title’s with 9 Title Reigns. Trish Stratus who is our current champion is close behind Moolah with 6 but it will stop from there. It will stop because the Women’s Title will be retired tonight here on RAW. Trish was supposed to return a month ago, but never did so no women’s matches happened so what we did was just got rid of it. The Women’s Championship was held by a lot of dominate women like Chyna, Ivory, Jacquline, Lita, and many more. But tonight this title is dead!!!

Vince McMahon: Yup that’s right! Your heard Bischoff! Now more Women’s Title Matches!!! But you will see a new title on RAW soon!!! Starting on the RAW after SummerSlam there will be a 16 Man Tournament to crown the first ever Television Champion!!! So the first night of RAW after SummerSlam there will be 4 Tournament First Round Matches. Then the second week of RAW after SummerSlam there will be the other 4 Matches for the First Round. The third RAW following SummerSlam will be the 4 Second Round Matches. That will take us to the last RAW before Unforgiven where the final two semi-final matches will be fought. Then at Unforgiven two men that are still left from the 16 Man Tournament will face each other and try to become the first ever Television Champion!!! Some people that will be involved in this tournament are: Kane, Gene Snitsky, Chris Masters, Tajiri, Rene Dupree, CM Punk, and 10 other competitors! So good luck to everyone because any could be in it so be ready because I know everyone wants to try and become the first ever TV Champion!!!

5. Tag Champs Meet Tag Opponents

[The camera pans backstage where the World Tag Team Champions, Natural Born Thrillers of Mark Jindrak and Sean O’ Haire are walking with their Tag Titles on their shoulders talking to each other when their opponents, Lords of the Ring of Nick Dinsmore and Johnny Dorgan approach them.]

Nick Dinsmore: You better say good-bye to your titles because in 6 days they will be ours.

Mark Jindrak: Oh really……………………EUGENE!!!

[Jindrak and O’ Haire laugh]

Nick Dinsmore: Shut up!!! Because next Conway will beat Stamboli and then we will beat you in 6 days.

Mark Jindrak: So you are saying that Conway will actually win? You’re funny, but not as funny as before. How come you aren’t stumbling over your words or talking slow anymore………………EUGENE!!!

[Dinsmore had enough and tackled Jindrak to the ground. Dorgan and O’ Haire tried to break the two up, but then Dorgan and O’ Haire went at it and the four men just brawled all over backstage.]

6. No DQ Grudge Match

Rob Conway vs. Johnny Stamboli

This was just another great match here on RAW. This was the best match between the two after this being their third match against each other. Conway got involved with some weapons early as he just couldn’t lose this match. Conway hit Stamboli with 3 consecutive chair shots and then picked him up and went for the Swinging Neckbreaker, but Stamboli moved out of the way somehow and was able to pick up the chair and nail Conway with 3 consecutive chair shots. Stamboli picked up Conway and then went for the Sitout Sidewalk Slam, but Conway somehow reversed it into a DDT. After that no more weapons were used and the rest of the match the two just brawled. Coming down to the end of the match their was a chair lying in the middle of the ring and Stamboli went for the Sitout Sidewalk Slam on Conway on it, but Conway fought out of it and out of nowhere nailed Stamboli with the Swinging Neckbreaker onto the chair. Conway then rolled up Stamboli and finally beat him.

7. It’s my Title, Dude

[When we get back from break, Rob Van Dam is standing by with Maria.]

Maria: Rob, not that long ago you returned back here in the WWE with a knee brace on and you were a guest on Carlito’s Cabana and you got attacked. Now your knee is much better and you will be facing Carlito along with Chavo Guerrero and Shelton Benjamin in 6 days at SummerSlam for the IC Title in a Ladder match. For tonight you will have to team with Shelton Benjamin to face Carlito and Chavo. What are your thoughts for tonight?

Rob Van Dam: This tag team match should be pretty cool because maybe I will team up with Benjamin during the Four Man Match to beat down Chavo or Carlito. You never dude.

Maria: Well now onto your match at SummerSlam. You think you will win the IC Title?

Rob Van Dam: Hey Maria! I trained really hard to return to the ring and I just didn’t return to fight matches, but I returned to win gold! So I will win some at SummerSlam because the IC Title, it’s my title dude!!!

[benjamin then walks up to RVD.]

Shelton Benjamin: Oh! So it’s your title! So we will just have to wait and see who will win this match at SummerSlam. Remember, try not to injure your knee again Rob, but anyway your ready for our match next?

[RVD has a weird look on his face as Benjamin was just trash talking and then being nice and ready for the match and he nods.]

Chavo Guerrero: Let’s go our match is next!

Carlito: Screaming at Carlito when you know I am going to beat you at SummerSlam……That’s Not Cool!!!

Chavo Guerrero: I don’t care what’s cool or what you say because I will be next IC Champion, but also our tag match is next and I wanna win this match to so let’s go!!!

Carlito: Okay calm down man! Talking back to Carlito…

Chavo Guerrero: That is Cool!!!

9. Tag Team Grudge Match

Rob Van Dam and Shelton Benjamin vs. Carlito and Chavo Guerrero

This was probably the worst match of the night, but it’s hard to call it bad because it still was a very good match. The whole match RVD and Benjamin worked great together while Carlito wouldn’t let Chavo tag him in. Carlito just stood on the apron and when Chavo came near he jumped down. Coming down to the end of the match RVD was in for about ten minutes straight just dominating Chavo. RVD just hit a Spinning Crescent Kick and was going up high. While RVD was on the top rope looking for the Frog Splash on Chavo, Benjamin held RVD’s feet so he couldn’t jump and it also counted as a blind tag. Finally Benjamin shoved RVD off the top and Chavo got up. Chavo got to his corner and grabbed Carlito and flipped him over the ropes into the ring for the tag. Benjamin still wasn’t done with RVD though. RVD tried fighting out, but Benjamin was able to hit the T-Bone Suplex on him. Benjamin then left the ring so Carlito was able to pin RVD for the win. It doesn’t seem as Benjamin turned, it’s just that he got sick of RVD not tagging him in.

Ric Flair: I’m a 16 time World Heavyweight Champion, it’s not a big match. WOOOOOO!!!!

Todd Grisham: Well the last time you faced him…

Ric Flair: Yea he might of beat me, but I was just playing around with the kid.

Triple H: Keep talking and we will beat you! Now tonight Ric Flair will easily beat Danny Basham and then in 6 days at SummerSlam I will beat The Big Show. So at Unforgiven I will be crowned Champion once again! I know this will happen because I am here with a…

11. Grudge Match

Ric Flair vs. Danny Basham

Another very good match this one was. Danny Basham once again pushed Ric Flair to the end of the line. Flair was dominating pretty well in the beginning, but after he missed a Knee Drop on Danny, Basham took control for about the rest of the match until Flair finally calmed him down and locked him in the Figure Four Leglock. After a bit Danny turned over to reverse the pain and then eventually broke the hold. Danny then nailed Flair with a Springboard Bulldog when Flair got up. Danny then was stalking Flair with the Double Handed Basham Bomb, but all of a sudden Triple H’s music hits and Danny gets distracted and looks up the ramp, but no one is there. Flair then recovered and rolled up Danny with a huge handful of tights without the ref seeing and this aloud Flair to win the match.

Edge: Yea! I want to say that Matt Hardy is a huge asshole! He got fired from the WWE! Why does he have to keep coming back and attacking me! And then for some reason Vince resigns him! Edge: What are you talking about! Lita isn’t going anywhere!

[All of a sudden Edge and Lita are gone from the titantron.]

Matt Hardy: I guess they ran away because they were scared! Well I won’t do anything to Lita, but I won’t be done with Edge! I will continue to kick his ass so hard until he tells me I am better then him!

Chris Jericho: I am going to have to do this again! Welcome everybody to RAW…IS……JERICHO!!!!! Now all the boys, girls and Jerichohaulics of all ages witnessed me earlier tonight beat Shawn Michaels in this very ring!!! Now I am not gonna have a stupid rap like John Cena about my opponent I will just tell you all! John Cena will face a former enemy of his and he is Kurt Angle!!!

[Angle makes his way down to the ring and grabs a mic.]

Kurt Angle: I will show everyone that I am better then HBK when I beat John Cena tonight in this very ring! So Cena get your ass down here!

[Cena’s music hits and he has a huge pop from the crowd. Cena has a mic in his hand already and starts talking on the ramp.]

John Cena: So I have to face the Olympic Gold Hero! Okay, Kurt remember No Way Out 2005 when I whooped your ass to become the Number One Contender and then soon went on to win the title!!! And Chris remember Vengeance 2002 when I kicked your ass and beat you when I was still a rookie!! Well I am gonna do it to Kurt tonight and Chris at SummerSlam!!!

14. Pick Your Poison Match

John Cena vs. Kurt Angle

This match was amazing, but it could have been better, but it still was the match of the night. Cena started off the match hot nailing Angle with hard right punches and clothesline and all sorts of slams. Later in the match the two were even until Angle took control when he hit a nice German Suplex. Angle then quickly locked in the Figure Four Leglock and Cena almost got pinned three times. Finally Cena reversed it and broke the lock. Angle stayed in control thought and nailed Cena with a Belly to Belly Suplex. Angle then lifted up Cena and placed him in the corner. Angle nailed Cena with a sick Belly to Belly Suplex off the top rope. Angle quickly went to cover, but Cena somehow kicked out. Angle then went and locked in the Ankle Lock, but Cena quickly rolled out of it. Angle got right back to Cena though and locked in the Ankle Lock again, but this time Angle fell to the mat so it would be harder for Cena to break out of it. Angle had it locked in for at least a minute before Cena got close enough to the ropes to reach out and get a rope break, but then Angle got up and brought Cena back in the middle of the ring and dropped down again. Cena wasn’t even close to the ropes and had to tap, but Cena tried to roll out of it and it worked. Cena recovered and got up and nailed Angle with The Throwback. Angle got up pretty quickly, but then got hit with a Swinging Fisherman Buster. Cena then got up and bounced off the ropes and nailed Angle with the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena went to cover, but Angle kicked out. Cena then said it was over and lifted up Angle. He lifted him up to his shoulders and was ready to hit the FU until Jericho ran from the commentary booth and slid in the ring. Jericho then pretending like he was a field goal kicker and really nailed Cena in the family jewels. The ref called for the bell for DQ, but Jericho wasn’t done yet. Cena dropped to the ground and then Jericho locked in the Walls of Jericho. All of a sudden HBK ran down to the ring and Angle rolled out of the ring, but Jericho didn’t see HBK and Michaels nailed the Sweet Chin Music on Jericho while he had the Walls of Jericho in. Jericho then rolled out of the ring and HBK helped up Cena and then RAW faded away.

3 Days Until the Slam

With only 3 Days until SummerSlam when Smackdown! will hold their first ever Elimination Chamber, Teddy Long has announcement that involves each person in the Chamber. We asked if we can have any hints on what the announcement would be, but all Long said you would have to wait and find out, but his announcement will open the show because it affects the show.

Last week on Velocity Juventud Guerrera defeated Funaki in the Main Event to defend his Cruiserweight Title. There is still no word on who the Number One Contender is for Juvi’s title, but this week on Smackdown Juvi’s partners of Super Crazy and Psychosis will team up to face Funaki and a partner of his choice. The hint on his partner is that he feuded with all three men from Mexicool before.

Finally Joey Mercury will face off against Nunzio. On Sunday Night Heat MNM will defend their Tag Titles against Nunzio and Vito. Last week Nitro beat Vito, now let’s see if MNM could go 2-0 in Single’s Matches or will Nunzio tie it up at 1-1?

All this and more Thursday 8/7 CT only on UPN.

WWE Smackdown! Results

August 18th, 2005

Taped from Kansas City, MO

[smackdown’s! pyros hit and the crowd goes crazy. A short clip shows to start off Smackdown! Orlando Jordan beat JBL in the Main Event last week on Smackdown! After the clip ends down comes the GM of Smackdown!, Teddy Long.]

1. Triple Main Event TONIGHT

Teddy Long: Holla! Holla! Holla! Tonight! Smackdown! will be having a Triple Main Event! Yup! You heard right playa’s, that’s THREE huge Main Event Matches! All those matches will include the six men that will be in the Elimination Chamber in 3 days, now can you feel me?! So right now I would like to call down the World Heavyweight Champion, BATISTA!!!

[batista’s music hits and down walks the World Heavyweight Champ all ready to fight. Batista gets in the ring and looks at Long.]

Teddy Long: Now playa, everyone knows you are a dominate champion and you are one because you put all those other playa’s away real simple. Now you know come the Elimination Chamber, it won’t be that easy. I know your entering 5th playa, but everyone will be going after you. So what I did tonight is you will have the first match against Christian in the first part of the Triple Main Event, now can you feel me playa?! I picked first for you because you should be able to scout your opponents since you’re the champion. Now how do you like that playa?

Batista: Your talking to ME!!! I ain't hear a word you said! Come on, you gotta slow down when you talk man! All I know is I am facing Christian and all I know is that I am going to kick his ass right now!!!

Teddy Long: Okay playa! Talk bad to the GM, I was just trying to help you out. Anyway part 2 of the Triple Main Event will be Booker T facing Muhammad Hassan and part 3 will be JBL facing Brock Lesnar! Now can you feel me?!

Batista: Again! You’re talking to ME!!! I told you, you have to slow down when you talk. 2. Part 1 of Triple Main Event Matches

Batista vs. Christian

This was a pretty decent match, but it could have been better. Batista really kicked Christian’s ass like he said. Early in the match Batista wouldn’t let Christian have any offense or defense. Batista just totally dominated. Christian finally hit a low blow behind the ref’s back to gain some control. After the low blow Christian went for the Unprettier, but Batista just shoved Christian into the ropes and Christian came back and got nailed with a Spinebuster. Batista covered, but right before the ref counted three Batista lifted Christian’s shoulder up. Batista then waited for Christian to get up and when he did he almost took his head off with one of the hardest clotheslines ever. Christian flew back and did a half backflip almost landing on his head. Batista then shook the ropes and made the signal the end was near once he pointed his thumbs down. Batista lifted up Christian and nailed him with the Batista Bomb. Batista covered and picked up an easy victory over Christian.

Josh Matthews: Well actually they quit from The Cabinet.

Eddie Guerrero: I don’t care man! Those two men don’t mean anything! This match isn’t an Elimination Match so all I have to worry about is Chris Benoit man. Once I pin him I will be US Champion holmes! You know after SummerSlam ESE, that’s my TITLE!!!

[The camera pans over to Teddy Long’s office where he is sitting down doing some work when Paul London comes in his office.]

Teddy Long: What’s up playa?! What do you want Paul?

Paul London: You know Mr. Long, I was a great Cruiserweight Champion until these stupid Mexicool’s came in and Juvi luckily took away my Cruiserweight Title at The Great American Bash. So don’t you think just screw Frankie Kazarian because like he says he is the future and I am the present so I should face Juvi in three days at SummerSlam.

Teddy Long: You know, your right…

[All of a sudden Frankie Kazarian barges into Long’s office.]

Frankie Kazarian: Come on! I should get this title shot at SummerSlam! Whoa!!! What the hell is London doing in here?!

Teddy Long: You know playa’s since you tied in the Cruiserweight Open and also in the match last week it seems as if you guys are even so at SummerSlam it will be Juventud Guerrera defending his Cruiserweight Title against Paul London and Frankie Kazarian in a Triple Threat Elimination Match!!! Now can you feel me?!

Joey Mercury w/Johnny Nitro and Melina vs. Nunzio w/Vito

This was a very good match here and it was better then the Vito vs. Nitro match last week. Both matches were still good so that means that the Tag Team Title match should be even better. Early in the match Mercury was very cocky and soon it got to him and Nunzio starting beating down Mercury, but later in the match Mercury was serious and was in control of Nunzio. Mercury then hit a Neckbreaker and then took Nunzio into the corner. Mercury was going for a Hurricanrana, but Nunzio didn’t let it happen and instead Nunzio somehow powerbombed Mercury from the second rope. Nunzio then waited on the second rope for Mercury to get up and when he did Nunzio nailed Mercury with the Sicilian Slice. Nunzio then covered and picked up the victory to make it 1-1 going into the Tag Title Match.

Paul Heyman: Do you know who this man is?! He is Brock Lesnar!!! JBL is nothing compared to Brock Lesnar. None of these guys are! The only person who can come close to beating Brock which they won’t is Batista!

Steve Romero: So you are saying that you are going to beat JBL tonight?

Paul Heyman: Do you listen when I talk. Brock isn’t gonna beat JBL tonight, he is gonna demolish him tonight!!!

Steve Romero: What about at SummerSlam in the Elimination Chamber?

Paul Heyman: What about it?! Everyone knows Brock Lesnar is going to win and be on top of the WWE once again!!! Tonight Brock will unleash the pain on JBL and at SummerSlam he will unleash the pain to all four other guys!!!

8. Part 2 of Triple Main Event Matches

Booker T w/Sharmell vs. Muhammad Hassan w/Daivari

This was a very good match and it was the match of the night, but it could have been much better if it didn’t end the way it did. Early in the match both men were pumped and they hit move after move. Finally Booker hit a nice High Kick to the face of Hassan to take control. Later in the match Booker was still in control and just hit Hassan with another High Kick. Booker T then went for the Scissors Kick, but Hassan moved out of the way, but Booker T still did some damage when he nailed Hassan with a Modified Super Kick. Booker then went up high and then Daivari started yelling at Hassan to watch out. Hassan got up before Booker T could do anything big. Booker then flew going for a Double Axehandle of the top rope, but Hassan reversed because on the way down Hassan nailed Booker in the gut with a dropkick. Both men were down and got up about at the 6 count. Hassan charged at Booker with a clothesline, but he ducked and then both men turned around and Booker T nailed Hassan with the Book End. Booker was still hurting, but he still wasn’t finished as he slowly climbed up the turnbuckle. Daivari saw that Hassan was in trouble and grabbed a chair and ran towards Booker T. Sharmell tried to stop Daivari, but he just pushed her down. Daivari then got on the apron and nailed Booker T with the chair for the ref to call for the DQ. Booker fell to the mat and then Hassan recovered and locked in the Camel Clutch. Daivari picked up Sharmell and forced her watch Booker T suffer in pain.

And this match won’t be any normal match, but it would be a match in The Undertaker’s favor when the two face of in a Casket Match. Will The Undertaker beat Orton again or will the Legend Killer be able to close the lid on The Undertaker at SummerSlam?

Josh Matthews: That should be a brutal battle, but don’t forget about the huge Fatal Four Way Match for the United States Title. Chris Benoit will be defending his title against Doug Basham, Eddie Guerrero and former US Champ, Orlando Jordan. It looks as if Jordan have the advantage since getting his new manager, Tyrece Banks, but will Benoit be able to fight of three men to retain at SummerSlam?

Steve Romero: That is right, but you can’t forget about the Triple Threat Elimination Match for the Cruiserweight Title. Juventud Guerrera will be defending his title against former Champion, Paul London and Frankie “The Future” Kazarian. Will Juvi be able to fight off two other men, will London be able to recapture his title or will the Future be now for Kazarian at SummerSlam?

Josh Matthews: And also don’t forget to watch Sunday Night Heat at 7/6 CT this Sunday Night to see MNM defending their Tag Team Titles against the up and coming team of Nunzio and Vito.

Steve Romero: That is it from us. Don’t forget to watch Sunday Night Heat and order SummerSlam only on PPV!

Josh Matthews: Call your local listings to order SummerSlam because you don’t want to miss this night! Now we will send it over to the RAW side of things where Todd Grisham and The Coach talk about the RAW matches.

[A taped segment between Todd Grisham and The Coach has been cut to announce each match for SummerSlam on the RAW side.]

Todd Grisham: The first match is the WWE Heavyweight Title Match. It will be John Cena defending his WWE Heavyweight Title against the so called “King of the World” Chris Jericho. Cena and Jericho have been battling for quite some time now and Jericho wants the title off of Cena as does Eric Bischoff. Will Cena be able to fight of Chris Jericho and upset him and Bischoff or will Jericho be back on top of the WWE as will Bischoff be happy once again at SummerSlam?

The Coach: That is right Todd, but the other huge rematch that will be happening tonight is Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle. This will be the third time they are going at it as the series is tied up at one. This match won’t be a standard match like the other two have been. This match will be a long grueling 2 Out of 3 Falls Match. Will The Heartbreak Kid show Angle that he is The Icon or will Angle show why HBK should have not messed with the Olympic Hero at SummerSlam?

Todd Grisham: That should be a brutal battle, but don’t forget about the Number One Contender’s Fight between The Big Show and Triple H. Danny Basham will be in Show’s corner while Flair is in The Game’s. All four of these men have been feuded for quite some time now and now it is time to see who the better team is. Will The Big Show shows that he is better then The Game or will Triple H be back and going for the WWE Heavyweight Title at SummerSlam?

The Coach: That is right, but you can’t forget about the huge Fatal Four Way Ladder Match for the Intercontinental Title. It will be Carlito defending against Rob Van Dam, Shelton Benjamin and Chavo Guerrero. All four men have been battling it out for the past few weeks, but at SummerSlam is when it will matter. Will Carlito be able to fight of the three men, or will one of his opponents come up with the IC Title at SummerSlam?

Todd Grisham: That was big a huge match, but one of the biggest matches that will ever happen is Matt Hardy vs. Edge. Hardy was fired, but was brought back to fight Edge. Lita cheated on Matt with Edge and now Matt came back to get revenge on both of them. If Matt loses he will be gone from the WWE forever, but if he wins he could do whatever he wants. So will Edge put Matt back out of the WWE again or will Matt get his revenge on both Edge and Lita at SummerSlam?

The Coach: And also don’t forget to watch Sunday Night Heat at 7/6 CT this Sunday Night to see the Natural Born Thrillers defending their World Tag Team Titles against the new Lords of the Rings of Nick Dinsmore and Johnny Dorgan.

Josh Matthews: That is it from us. Don’t forget to watch Sunday Night Heat and order SummerSlam only on PPV! Call your local listings to order SummerSlam because you don’t want to miss this night!

16. Part 3 of Triple Main Event Matches

Brock Lesnar w/Paul Heyman vs. JBL

This was not the best choice for the main event. The crowd really didn’t know who to cheer for. Mostly both men got booed and there wasn’t many cheers. Early in the match Lesnar was just totally dominating JBL, but then later Lesnar went for a hard clothesline on JBL, but he ducked it and Lesnar nailed the ref. JBL then nailed Lesnar with a low blow to take control. JBL had to win this match so he went outside the ring and grabbed a chair. He shoved Heyman down so he couldn’t stop him, but right before he hit Lesnar, Batista’s music hit, but he was nowhere in site until he came running through the crowd and slide in the ring and speared down JBL. He then got up and speared Lesnar when he got up. Batista wasn’t done though as he hit the Batista Bomb on JBL. Batista then picked up Lesnar and hit a Spinebuster on him. Batista then left the ring and headed up the ramp. The ref recovered and started the 10 count, but Lesnar got up at 8 followed by JBL, JBL charged at Lesnar with the Clothesline from Hell, but he ducked it and Lesnar came back and nailed JBL with the F-5. Lesnar then pinned JBL to win the match. After the match Lesnar taunted to Batista showing that the belt will be around his waist.

0. Dark Match

Tony Stradlin defeated Chet the Jet in an okay Dark Match. Not too much to say about this match except that Stradlin won the match with a nice powerbomb on Chet the Jet.

1. Single’s Match

Shannon Moore vs. The Idol

This match wasn’t the best match, but the WWE is starting to try and get The Idol on WWE TV. He isn’t too bad, but he isn’t that well known. Anyway with the match Moore won the squash like match when he nailed The Idol with a Tornado DDT and then went on the Second Rope and hit a Leg Drop to pick up the victory.

2. Smackdown Rebound
