In the movie she STUDIED the language.  Maybe why she was having her reaction from the epilespy something in her brain clicked and she said them there words.  Who knows.  But all I know is until you prove that they exist you are a liar and I dont like people who lie.

and in the movie the guy got off free, in real life he and the parents got put in jail for the murder of their daughter. The movie was nothing like real thing, they changed things around so people would go and see it. In real life the exorcisms was nearly a 3 year thing and he did the ritual every single day. Yet nobody has proved that she had epilepsy, show me where you found that and you'll prove me wrong. Until then I'll still belive what I wish.
