Pre-Show Notes

0% Public image. Probably from the large space between my last ppv. I begin our backstage meeting.

Me: Tonight will be our best show ever. If you guys go out there and give it all you've got, we will make it. This company will overthrow WWE one day. Our first match is so far, our best match of the year. Make this match better. Show tese people that Main Street Wrestling will not die!

MSW: New year, New Brawl.

Larry: Welcome to our first show of 2006! We got the biggest match to start off the show tonight. Then later on, we have a tables match between Mr. Simon and Shane Madison! What a brutal match Mr. Simon had last month against Konrad. Damn what a match. I hope Mr. Simon has enough to retain tonight! Hell Storm's music hits and here we go. Storm receives a mixed reaction from the crowd of six! Three people cheering, three people booing. Might have something to do with him being a tweener. Shane Madison comes out with Lust. Hell Storm storms down the aisle towards Shane Madison. No pun intended. Hell Storm takes the quick advantage and hits a suplex. He puts him in a sleeper hold. Shane Madison is fading, but the match hasn't even started yet. Madison is almost out. Lust comes from behind with her boot. She just smacked Hell Storm in the back of the head! Storm is out cold! Madison regains composure and drags Storm into the the ring. Bruno rings the bell and our match is officially under way. Shane covers, 1..2..No. What the hell? Lust just pulled Shane off. She seems to be telling him to inflict more pain upon him! Madison picks him up and gives him a samoan drop. He picks him up again, Death Valley Driver. Brain buster by Madison. Madison picks Storm up yet again and puts him in the tree of woe. Woah oh hoe, tree of woe, tree of woe! He face washes him. He goes outside the ring and pulls his neck back towards him. Streching him and streching him. He lets go and climbs back in the ring. He poses to the crowd and lets Hell Storm climb back to his feet. Lust tells him to turn around! Hell Storm goes for the Raining Fire! It's reversed into the Madison Stunner! 1...2...3! Madison wins it! He celebrates with the six people in the crowd and autographs their stuff. Storm isn't done yet! He launches off the ropes and into the crowd landing on Madison! They are both out cold!

A 64% overall Rating. A 40% Crowd Reaction. A 89% Match Quality.

As the backstage staff helps the two get back to the basement, we take a break for a small introduction of our sponsors and hand out toothpick boxes. Shane Madison's music hits and he comes out with Lust.

Lust: Did everyone see the power that was just displayed in that very ring!? The strength, the amazing ability! Tonight he's going to take it one step further, and win the MSW Heavyweight Championship! here's the mic Shane, take it away.

Shane Madison: This is the first time I have been given a chance to speak by that turd backstage named Aaron. Tonight is my night, and I will be the next champion, and I will not give up until I am holding the belt high above my head!

A 66%, maybe I should give Shane Madison a shot at speaking more often.

Larry: The next two competitors that we are about to see are new comers to MSW. The Post Man made impressive and bizzarre work of the now unemployed Master J. He enters with a FedEx box in arms, whilst throwing letters everywhere. I wonder what's in the box. He gets in the ring and pulls a mic out of the box. He starts to speak. His lips are moving but nothing is coming out. Anthony Bartlett Jr. comes out very sneaky. He gets up behind The Post Man and puts him in a rear naked choke! The Post Man is tapping out already!!! What's this? Bruno seems to be looking for his own mail. He finds it and gets back to watching the match. By now, The Post Man has reached the ropes. Bruno calls for a break and Bartlett lets go. Bartlett kicks and stomps a few times and begins to work The Post Man's neck. The Post Man is now trapped in a headlock. He gains momentum and brings the haymakers. The Post Man bounces off the ropes and hits him with a flying elbow. The Post Man goes up top! He's going for it, Going Postal! One, Two, Three!

A 43% Overall Rating. A 24% Crowd Reaction. A 69% Match Quality.

Larry: A nice match and what a move off the top! We have the biggest threat for the title at the moment Konrad coming out next. Tonight, Konrad may have to prove he can still compete in a Championship match. Konrad gets a huge pop and flexes at the entrance to the basement. Hell Storm makes his way to the ring and will begin to battle it out. Storm tired from a match earlier looks absolutely exhausted. He gets an advantage on Konrad however, and tosses him out of the ring. He slingshots himself onto Konrad, but Konrad catches him. He is holding him up, and starts to run towards the apron. He smashes Storm off the apron! Storm screams in agony and flops around on the floor. Konrad tosses him back in the ring, and Egotrip! 1...2...3! Good night Hell Storm! Storm leaves the ring, in a surmountable amount of pain.

58% Overall Rating. 38% Crowd Reaction. 78% Match Quality.

After the match, Konrad stays in the ring to pose. Then on the television screen by the announce table, Mr. Simon appears.

Mr. Simon: Konrad, you are pathetic...PATHETIC!!! You...YOU!!! Could not beat me!!! Twice...Twice!!!! Two times I overcame! Now Shane Madison wants to try a shot at me!!! Shane!!! Shane!!! I challenge you to win a match without your slut Lust! If you lose, she leaves!!! SHE LEAVES!!!!! No interference....NO INTERFERENCE!!

A 57%, for a psycho interview.

Larry: That guy gives me the willies. What a weirdo. There you have it. A tables match, with the stipulation of having the very sexy Lust removed from MSW! Madison hits the ring without Lust this time. He patiently waits for Mr. Simon to come out of the basement. After a while, Madison gets sick of waiting and goes into the basement. He is ambushed by Mr. Simon! Simon hits a knee to the stomach, and this match is on! Bruno follows to the back, and the crowd goes too! Hold on, I have to follow them. Here we are back at the basement, as Simon still has the upper hand. Simon goes up on top of a furnace, and hits a 450 splash. There are no pinfalls remember that, the only way to win is put your opponent through a table. They make their way up the stairs to my house! Simon sets madison's fingers inside the basement door, and slams it shut! He could've broken his hand! Simon has clearly gained an advantage. Madison is on his knees in front of Simon. Madison pushes Simon down the stairs! Simon is out! Madison drags him to the ring. He goes up to the top rope and hits a big splash! Madison gets the table. He sets it up. It seems to be broken. Simon gets up and looks around...Madison has set up the table on the outside. Simon sees him and plays opossum. Simon is picked up and he punches Madison in the chest. Chop after chop. He picks up Madison and hits a belly to belly suplex. He grabs him in the Psycho Snap position. He climbs the top rope and Psycho Snap through the table on the outside!!! Through the table!!! My god!!! Bruno rings the bell and this is over!!! My god what a match!!!

A 60% overall. A 46% Crowd Reaction. A 75% Match Quality.

A 58% for the show.

At the Post-Show, Lust and Shane made two big announcements. They would be getting married, and Lust is pregnant with Shane's child! Lust will be taking time off for the next year. I announce our 1% gain in Public Image. I update them on the overness.

I hired a man named Shemus. He has no overness at all, but he is very talented. $13,000 will be well spent. I also hireMartyn Woods . He has 94 charisma, and for $5,000 I'm sure SOMEONE needs a manager. Hell Storm rips a bicep, way to go. I told him that lifting 3 teddy bears would hurt something. I told him to stick with two for now, but NO. He had to show off. Now he pays for 4 months. Birchall will have to face off against Shemus because of Storm's injury. We meet backstage yet again, for my wonderful speech.

Me: Tonight we've got a big night. This will be our best show yet! Everyone get out there and do it Main Street Wrestling style baby! High-flying, brutal, technical, everything everyone likes is right here! Now go show 'em!

Valentine's Greetings

Larry: Here we go, ready to kick off our monthly show here in Man Street Wrestling. The fourth show we've got, Valentine's Greetings! I, Laughing Larry, welcome you to...

He's interrupted by a strange evil England theme. An enormous man stands at the top of the basement stairs. He is followed by a rather skinny little turd, apparently his manager. An unruly drunk fan, chatterbox, shouts out "Hey! That's Paul Birchall! From England!"

They make their way to the ring and the manager grabs a mic.

Skinny little turd: I'm Martyn Woods!

Martyn Woods: If you haven't realized by now, this enormous beast beside me is Paul Birchall! From the much better country of England. He's here for a reason. That reason? To wreck Main Street Wrestling. To destroy it! To put this sodden place out of commision! To hold the title and climb atop the wrestling buisness!

Only a 59%...hmmm.

Paul Birchall vs. Shemus.

Shemus is making his way out from the basement. A sweet 0% crowd reaction for this one. He seems to be screaming something. "It's not a skert! It's a kilt!" He comes out to bagpipes and Birchall wastes no time. He kamikaze's through the ropes, and slams into Shemus. He picks him up and hits a big powerslam. He rolls Shemus into the ring and stomps him away. Birchall throws him into the corner. Wow what strength this man has! Martyn is encouraging him on the sidelines, and Birchall is dominating. He picks Shemus up, and military press. A good quality of a match 74%.He doesn't drop him yet. He starts to lift him like a barbell! He backs up to the ropes. He lets him go! What a sickening thud. Birchall rolls him into the ring and he hooks up Shemus, C4!!! 1...2...3! Birchall very impressive in his MSW debut! Overall a 34%

Konrad vs. Mr. Simon

Konrad's music hits and out he comes to many cheers from the 6 people in attendance. The crowd is actually into this with a 34%. Konrad and Simon lock up into a brutal match full of chairs and weapons of all sorts. Simon goes for the Psycho Snap but Shane Madison runs out and pushes Simon off the top. Madison picks up the belt, and smacks Simon and Konrad with it. He grabs the belt and walks away with it to many cheers. Overall, a 57%. Good quality, 74%.

I then come out to announce an impromtu Hardcore Triple Threat Match for the MSW Heavyweight Championship, as our Main Event.

Anthony Bartlett Jr. vs. The Post Man

3 Minute Challenge.

The Post Man runs to the ring with the post bag throwing letters everywhere. Larry instructs the timekeeper (Jeremy) to start the clock. Bartlett seems to be stalling. A camera has caught up with him and Bartlett is hiding behind a tree in my backyard. Son-of-a-bitch. Post Man catches up with him and smacks his head off the tree. He runs him back to the ring with 1:29 left on the clock. The Post Man wants to Go Postao, but Bartlett pushes him off. .30 seconds left to go. Bartlett is in control, he goes into the ropes and is met by a huge heel kick. 10 seconds to go, and The Post Man climbs to the top. Going Postal!!! 5 seconds left. 1...2...No! Time expires, Times expires! Bartlett has overcome! He didn't lose! Finally a tie for Bartlett!

50% Overall, 34% crowd, 70% quality.

Shane Madison comes out to many cheers and he's holding the championship.

Shane: Tonight! Is the the night I become champion! All of you can feel it. I can feel it. Now that my bitch, Lust, is gone, it is time for Shane to shine. From now on, I will be known as Shinning Shane Madison. The bright and shinning star of MSW. Tonight is my night to shine. Nobody wants to see Mr. Simon with the title any longer. In my triple threat match tonight, I will take what is rightfully mine....

62% for Shane being on his own.

Konrad's music hits and he makes his way out to the ring. He gets in Konrad's face and they trash talk each other. Konrad slaps him and they brawl around. Then Simon's music hits and they both stop. The stare at the basement entrance waiting for Simon. He appears and is a wild wind of speed rushing toward the ring. The two stars in the ring attack Simon and begin to double team him. They suplex him and double clothesline him. Konad picks him up and Shane goes up top for The Doomsday Device, but Simon counters into an electric chair drop. Madison flys off the top with a missile dropkick. The crowd really into this one 45%. A great technical display by all three of these superstars. 73%. Overall its a great Heavyweight match with lots of double teaming and Simon being dominated. A 59% overall match. Konrad powerbombs Simon and Madison goes up top. He hits a big elbow. Konrad picks him up and goes for the Egotrip. Madison with a surprise! Madison Stunner on Konrad. 1...2...3! New Champion! New Champion!!!! Shane Madison is our new Champion!!!!

A 54 for the show...poop.

At the after show party, again the mail was passed out. Nothing for me for some odd reason. I have had to put the following on the "cannot pay" list. Because I'm very low on money.

I began to eat and I noticed the unruly drunk at the party. I called Konrad over to escort the drunk out of my house. As Konrad hauled chatterbox out the door he presented me an interesting oppurtunity. He said if I let him scout some talent for me, then he will stop drinking. Sounded fair enough to me. I hired him. He agreed that I should put those people out for a while. Then he handed me my overness updates.

I awoke with a swift kick to the ribs. Sophie seems to like to wake me that way.

Sophie: What are you doing! The show starts in 30 minutes! There are 3 people here already!

Me: WHOA!!! 3 People!!! Wow bring out the bells! Throw a par...

I was bruttally smacked in the face and she left. I guess 3 is better than none.

Sophie: And by the way, we only have 5 wrestlers on the can pay list you idiot.

Chatterbox: I think you should put Bartlett on there. He's a good athlete and only $5,000.

Me: Holy shit where did you come from!?

Chatterbox: The closet, geez calm down.

Me: Ok, good answer...but why does my butt hurt, and where are your pants? Better yet, WHERE ARE MY PANTS!!?

Chatterbox: You were sweating all night, I took your pants off for you and you fell off the bed onto your arse. Push Birchall please.

Me: Ok, good explanation. I'll just keep telling myself that...

March Madison

Larry: Welcome to another edition of Main Street Wrestling. Tonight, we have the most brutal title match in store for everyone. It is a barbed wire match. Our first match however is The Beast of Paul Birchall vs. The Post Man.

Paul Birchall vs. The Post Man.

Birchall walks out and waits for his oppenent. The Post Man comes out in a makeshift UPS truck. Dressed in brown postal gear. Its actually a golf cart. Geez what am I paying that guy to afford one of those? Birchall and The Post Man stare each other down. The Post Man reaches into the post bag and pulls out a letter. He observes it for a while and looks puzzled. He holds it up to Birchall's face seeing if its his. Birchall looks around and slugs The Post Man. Birchall stomps away and stomps away. He lifts him up and sets up for it. C4!!!! 1...2...3! Birchall, another impressive win.

54% overall. 34% Crowd Reaction. 75% Quality.

Shane Madison coms out next to his music and confetti.

Shining Shane Madison: Last month, I shined brighter than anyone else. I won the Main Street Wrestling Championship. But tonight is the night to prove myself again. The most brutal match in MSW history. A barbed wire match. Look at the screen on your left. This is me winning the title.

The video of last month shows Madison hitting the Madison Stunner on Konrad. He goes for the three 1...2...the video cuts off.

On the screen is a sinister looking character. He is holding a knife to someone's neck. They both have masks. The person with the knife unveils the victim. It is Lust! He starts to speak.

Mystery Man: Do you see this women Shane? This used to be your women. Oh wait, isn't she your pregnant wife now? Ah, yes she is. Do you know where I am Shane? Of course you don't. You know me though. You double crossed me not once, not twice, but three times back in Alberta Canada. We used to be tag team partners. We used to be atop the wrestling world. hen you got this contract to come here for twice the money. You left me to be destroyed and lose the tag titles in Canada! Here I am now. Back for revenge. You still don't remember me do you? You will remember when I am done with you. You will remember.

A 65% for this segment.

Anthony Bartlett Jr. vs. Shining Shane Madison

Bartlett hits the ring after that strange segment, and gets the quick upper hand on our champion. Madison gets pounded into the ground and is thrown over top the ropes. He gets hit with a flying cross body out of the ring. He rolls Madison into the ring and covers. 1...2...no. Madison kicks out and looks out of breath. Madison starts to brawl with Bartlett, and hits him with a clothesline. Madison goes for the Madison Stunner, but the lights go out. (Our first night show, it's a bunch of spotlights I borrowed from my neighbors) The lights shut off. I think it must be a malfunction. There is a faint laugh coming from the basement. A fog starts to cover the ring. In a flash, there is a fire set with the words 'I'm coming' in the grass. The crew, Bruno, Me, and Sophie, rush out to put it out with some water. Madison seems freaked out and Bartlett goes for a roll-up, one two no! adison picks him and Madison Stunner! 1...2...3! Madison stands up and stares at the now burned out fire. Proving he is a force here.

56% Overall. 43% Crowd, 74% Quality.

Konrad vs. Paul Birchall

Konrad comes out to his pop. The crowd really loves this guy. He seems to have an idea. He grabs a chair and announces this will be a hardcore bout. Birchall hits the ring quick and they brawl. This should be good. Birchall gets the upperhand by finessing Konrad out of a lock-up. He hits a kick to the mid-section and a hip toss. He picks him up for a powerbomb, but Konrad turns it into a DDT. 1...2..no. Birchall gets up and reverses an irish whip into the corner. He charges Konrad and gets hit with an elbow. Birchall charges again but is hit with a big boot. Birchall staggers to his feet. EGOTRIP! 1...2...NO! How did Birchall kick out?! Konrad sends Birchall into the ropes and hits him with a sleeper on the way back. Birchall is fading fast. Bruno holds his hand up once. It falls. Bruno holds it up again. It falls. Birchall looks out cold. Bruno hold it up, it fa..no! Birchall is alive! He is gaining momentum and gets a punch to the ribs in. Birchall flys off the ropes with a clothesline. He sets him up, C4!!! 1...2...3!!! Birchall wins again! Birchall is 3-0!

57% Overall, 39% Crowd Reaction, 76% Match Quality.

Mr. Simon shows up on screen now.

Mr. Simon: Oh yes, Shane. You now have a stalker. A stalker. It is not me. But I do wish to meet him. Tonight, in this brutal, brutal match. We will face off. I will win, I will win, Me...ME!!! Tonight is my night to rise...rise ABOVE AGAIN!!!

A 49% for this...This CRAP!!

Mr. Simon vs. Shining Shane Madison

I set up the barbed wire with help from everyone except Simon and Madison. I announce the staff and wrestlers will be at ringside to watch the most brutal MSW match yet. Simon's music hits and he climbs into the ring using a ladder I set up. Madison comes to out to many cheers and raises the belt high above his head. Madison rushes to the ring and climbs the ladder and hits Simon with a quick clothesline. They brawl and get into it real quick. Simon gains the advantage and hits a suplex onto the wire! It quickly pierces the skin of Madison on his chest! Simon hits Madisn with a boot. Madisn trips Simon and his head gets stuck to the barbed wire! They are both bloodied now. They brawl and cover each other in blood. Simon puts Madison's face into the wire and drags Madison's face through it. Simon rips his hair out and hits a dominator move on the wire. Madison is coughing up blood now. Simon hits a forward suplex and covers. 1...2..No. He picks him up and goes for the Psycho Snap, it's reversed into the Madison Stunner! 1...2...3!!!! Madison is out cold and so is Simon. What a match. The lights go out again and I can't see anything! The lights are back on and there is blood spelled out in the words '2 more months'

A 53% Overall, A 48% Crowd Reaction, A 58% Quality.

A 55% Overall show...damnit.

Post Man is back to action. I'm down to $26,000 this month. My PI has risen to 9%. (Plays the Jeffersons theme song) Everyone was buzzing about the Mystery Man asking me who it was. No one knew except me. Of course, I refused to reveal to anyone.

They punch each other ruthlessly and do not stop. Birchall clotheslines Konrad and lays him out. Birchall picks him up and hits a powerbomb. 1...2...No. irchall poses and lets Konrad get up. Konrad hits a bulldog and goes for a cover. 1..2..No. Birchall pounces on Konrad and hits him with a big fist. Konrad goes for the Egotrip, but it's reversed into a spinebuster. He irish whips Konrad but it's reversed, but Birchall hits the C4 out of nowhere! 1...2...3! Birchall wins it. 4-0 is Birchall!

After they pick Bartlett's body off the mat, Shane Madison makes his way out to the ring.

Shane Madison: Shining Shane Madison once again proved his championship capabilities. It was the most brutal match I've ever competed in. But I'm here to address two things. One, the match tonight with Paul Birchall. Two, the mystery man with my wife. The first thing I want to address is the mystery man. He has my wife. I'm sure that next month I will be seeing him. Boy when I do, I will rip him OPEN! NOBODY TOUCHES MY WIFE!!! NOBODY!!!! Don't worry Lust I'm going to save you. Next is Paul Birch...

Mystery Man: Hello Shane. Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt Lust. She'll be my little flower for the the next month. But when I see you at Psycho's Ward on May 21st, I will show you no mercy. I will leave you bloodied and battered and strewn across that ring.

Shane Madison: Strewn???

Mystery Man: That's right STREWN! I will not give up until I destroy you Shane!!! Never!!! Never!!!

Shane Madison vs. Anthony Bartlett Jr.

With that, Bartlett rushes to the ring and hits a clothesline. He hits another, and a big right hand. He gets thrown into the corner and Bartlett stomps away. He picks him up and climbs the turnbuckle. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10! Bartlett builds momentum for this 58% bout and throws Madison into the other corner. Madison looks like he's in pain. Bartlett goes for a suplex but it's reversed. Madison slams Bartlett into the mat. Madison picks Bartlett up and body slams him. Bartlett is in trouble. Tiger Driver by Madison. Nice move for this 71% quality. He gets set-up. Madison Stunner! 1...2...3. It's over. Our champion wins again.

The Post Man vs. Konrad

The Post Man comes out to his UPS golf kart and his brown shorts. He throws letters all over the place. The letters are quickly grabbed by fans in this 34% crowd reaction. Konrad comes out next and they lock-up. Post Man hits a neckbreaker. 1...No. Just the one count. konrad gets up quick and takes Post Man down. He pounds him and hits a couple crossfaces. He throws hm into the corner. Face wash, and some stomps. Konrad pulls him up to the top rope. Konrad climbs it with him. Super Suplex! Konrad goes for a cover. 1...2..No. He kicks out. Konrad takes a letter and starts to shove it down Post Man's throat. Post Man coughs and and gags. He picks him up into a samon drop position. Post Man reverses it into a DDT and cover, 1...2...No. No dice on that one. Post Man picks him and gets greeted by a kick to the stomach. Another kick. Konrad goes for the Egotrip. He got it. Oh man this is over. One...Two...Thr....NOO! How did Post Man kick out of that?! Konrad can't believe it and picks him up to go for it again. Post Man reverses into a TKO. He goes up to the top. GOING POSTAL!!! 1...2...3!!!! It's over! Post Man wins it.

52% Overall, with a nice quality of a match with 71%

Shane Madison © vs. Paul Birchall w/ Martyn Woods

The crowd is on their feet for this submission match. 43% is the best I could hope for. I finally hit the 61% mark overall. Birchall comes out to pops from the crowd. Odd, he is a heel. The champ is out and he gets a huge pop from all 13 people. One is chatterbox, the unruly drunk, he thinks this should be my best match yet. He said the quality should be around 80%, which would be my best pairing of guys. Madison starts out on a big momentum streak hitting all sorts of moves. He mounts Birchall and pounds away. Madison gets him into Stunner position, but the screen turns on. Lust is seen crying for Madison to save her. The Mystery Man shows up and he slaps Lust. Just as he is about to go look for Lust he is grabbed by Birchall. Birchall begins to punish Madison and hits a backbreaker. He gets a DDT in. He picks him up and rams his face into the mat. Birchall goes up top. 450 splash! 1...2...No. The champ doesn't want to lose that easily. He fights back to his feet and he hits a suplex. He gets a scoop slam in and tries for the Madison Stunner. It's blocked and Birchall hits a big boot. Birchall locks in the Armbar! Madison is trying to get to the ropes. 5 seconds later he taps. Bruno rings the bell! Birchall's our new champion! Birchall's our champion! Birchall goes to 5-0 and is our 3rd champion!

A 58%for the whole show...not bad I guess.

Post Show News

After I completely repayed the loan, I have 2,300 dollars left. I will be using four wrestlers in the next show. The Post Man, Konrad, Anthony Bartlett Jr., and Paul Birchall. That is 26,000 dollars. My staff is 16,000. I will lose 2,000 dollars. The debut of Mystery Man will be postponed until money comes rolling in. Nonetheless, here's the card for Psycho's Ward May 21st.
