This is my first attempt, so I hope it was a good one!

It's not. IMO.

There's no background to speak of.

The effect on the two cuts is really bad, and the Jericho cut looks a little rough around the edges.

The font is awful and the text is blurry which makes it even worse.

The title belt is barely visible behind the text.

Personally I don't think the way you've joined the two words of the title (No and Surrender) works particularly well either.

I ALMOST like the effect on the wrestlers (is it 'painting' or something?)

Unfortunately with that being the best thing about the image it means it's not too great at all. The text is horrible I'm afraid.

Are these any better?

I really am trying to get decent enough at these to use a lot of graphics in my diary, so any tips you can give would be appreciated.
