I just came over here to post about this. What a tremendous game. Although I'm Australian I do support South Africa in the cricket (no idea why) and I've never been so interested in a game. When I heard the Aussie total I almost didn't tune in for the chase, but I'm so glad I did.

Easily the finest game of one day cricket I've ever seen.

I was hoping for that late wicket so it went down to the last few balls with one wicket left and it happend, extremely exciting.

I remember going to bed and Aus had just bought up 300 with 10 overs to go and thinking "wow! They might make 400!" I had no idea.

This is where ODI's are going, soon a score of 300 is going to be about par for victory. Than it will move up to 325, than 350...SA and Aus are just ahead of their time.
