Heys guy need help trying to do 2 effects.

Blending the pictures into the background and making the picture the same color as the rest of the image.

Like the pwg gorilla im trying to do it with homicide in black and white.

What program are you using . if your using photoshop . you'll need to study up on using masks and etc to help the blending and adjustment layers can be used to make everything the same color as far as the pwg logo I really don't have any idea how to reproduce the effect. i tried doing a simple stroke but it was no go .

I agree if your using photoshop 2 you definetly need to upgrade . if photoshop is out of your price range you can try a demo of psp or you can try the freeware program called gimp . it's probably the closest freeware app that almost like Photoshop

He's not using Photoshop 2. It would be Elements 2 or one of the other stripped down packages.

Blending Options - Luminosity helps if you want to make the top layer have the same color as the background.
