Ring the Alarm.

So, I just heard "Ring the Alarm" from the B-Day CD from Beyonce and I'm stunned. Beyonce sounds like she's really went from generic R&B artist to solid songstress and an angry track is exactly what she needed to do. The beat is incredible (even if it's ripped a little bit from T.I.'s King album) and Beyonce's intense choruswork just makes the song amazingly great.

So, am I really going crazy or is this song awesome?

I don't like the song that much. Maybe because I'm not used to her new style. Deja Vu was straight, not my type of song. Still good to see Jay Z rapping, can't wait until his album drops. Beyonce seems different these days... maybe it's because of her losing weight or Destiny's Child being over.

Hahaha Reily.

Seriously though, this single.. isn't up to the standard her other ones were. Too bad she's ripping off Britney now.

I actually like most of the single choices from Beyonce but this one just grates me. Probably because you expect something cool to happen everytime that drum hits, but instead it's just some generic R&B shit. I liked Deja Vu though, the production on that one was almost as ace as Crazy In Love.
