Man, that movie was great. I especially liked the part at the end where she asked them to double team her, and they did, and then she was left an exhausted, quivering mass of broken flesh.

That double powerbomb looked vicious.

Yeah, it has to be about the MIT Blackjack team. They had a movie made about them but I don't remember the title. In real life, the money did not get to them and though they were found out for card counting (which is "illegal" in casinos) they went on to live prosperous lives, as far as I know. Andy Bloch was a part of the MIT team and he's rich now and plays poker for a living.

I'd be more interested in something based more on poker. Rounders was great, but the movie focused mainly on underground and otherwise illegal (limit wise) games. I mean, would it be so hard to transform Tin Cup into a poker movie? Instead of golf, it's poker. They go to the World Series, or World Poker Finals, or something like that. Hell, golf has four major championships, just look at all the big tournaments in the US. WPT, WSOP, etc. They go on the road, racking up cash, play in a satellite, etc.

Although I'd probably remove the romance aspect from it. Some how "Tin Holes" wouldn't really work... :shifty:

Sounds a lot like the History Channel special Breaking Vegas. From memory they are making it into a movie which is called Bringing Down The House, although IMDB doesn't seem to bring up any info on it.

Shade and The Cincinnati Kid are two good ones.
