Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer

I think that this one will be a lot better than the first. While I liked the movie, I also wouldn't say it was anywhere near great but it's not as bad as people say it is either.

I think it's just a bit unfair that it was released within a month of one of the better comic book movies in Batman Begins. Just like this one will probably be linked to Spiderman 3, which from what I've heard (I haven't seen it yet) isn't a bad thing.

I don't get why people disliked the original so much, I found it to be thoroughly entertaining.

My biggest gripe was Dr. Doom. He wasn't very Doomie.

I have no problem with Julian McMahon playing him, because he did wonderfully... but the Doom character was handled so badly.

I enjoyed the movie though, and bought it for $2.99.

Rise of the Surfer looks much better though, as like Biggz said, the first movie was entirely about something that should have only taken 20 minutes.

The first movie was absolutely abismal. I hated it. The only good thing was Julian McMahon, who can do no wrong anyway.

... What the hell? Am I the only one that thinks that Jessica Alba looks like a cartoon?

Either way, I liked the first one and will probably see this. It looks good, to me at least.
