So, I finally got the box set for Christmas, and I've been watching the 1st series again and I've fallen in love with it all over again, some damn funny stuff in there...

"I went to Canada, it's like a winder wonderland, it was like that place... whats that book where they're all behind the wardrobe?"

"Anne Frank?"

"Thats it! Narnia!"

Just a brilliant comedy I think, anybody else a fan of it?

I watched a few episodes and found it quite funny, might have to get the DVD now.

It's a bit like a Ricky Gervais-style comedy. Not an actual "lol" sitcom, but still quite funny.

I still prefer Green Wing.

To be fair I find it funnier than The Office, it doesn't have that cringe factor comedy that The Office has. It's more observational comedy and obviously not a mockumentary style, the only real similarity to it is they're both set in an Office enviroment, but Smoking Room never leaves the one room.
