I know its kind of terrible, but I was hoping to get some feedback as to what to do better for my next one. The main cut seems like it sticks out too much, but I wasn't sure what to do. Either way its my first time and I was hoping to see what I have to do to improve for the next.

first thing . you need a better background , for a first it's ok though

The edges of the the top pic(with the belt) needs to be blended better . use and eraser if need be with a big soft brush with the opacity turned down a bit.

the main cut has some problems especially around the hair but other than that it's good.

A better background would make this better

I wasn't exactly positive on how I should do the background so I just went with a basic black. I'm not exactly positive on how to do a decent background so if anybody has any pointers on that then that would be fantastic

I think adding a tilted "Rated R" logo into the back being covered by the other pictures would be a bit better.

Did you do the cuts yourself?

since you are starting out , play with the clouds filter and gradients set to difference mode . then throw in some different brushes and blend in some stocks and such.

Well, the first thing you want to do is learn to make your own cuts. PSDs are generally lazy and frowned upon.
