Dawson Fantasy '08

I know it's early but I decided to start work on the website for my dad's fantasy football competition next year (further explanation in link). Thoughts, comments and whatnot are appreciated.

That's a great simple layout with there not being a lot to fault about it, good colour scheme and nicely organised (and not too over-crowded). I actually looked at it for a few minutes to try and find something wrong with it, just so I had more to say about it. One really small problem I have with it is that the background fades into that full saturation red which can look a little much, but that's hardly anything. Should look fantastic with the dropdown navigation bar. Do you design these things professionally? Because it looks like it could be an official FIFA or BBC Sport site or something..

I don't do them professionally, really, no. I've done the one fantasy football website for my dad (find it here) and one small site for someone else but that's it. I do plan to study web design at uni, though, so hopefully I'll end up doing them professionally one day.

That's the blog thing isn't it? I haven't come across it really but I'm sure I could do something for it.

I think the new one's a big improvement on the older site, which is also ok.

The biggest problem I find with designing sites like this is that they look much better when you put the actual content on them, because they look plain without it, if you know what I mean.
