There's no option for it, but I also don't have the thing online (I never have played with it online by the way) so maybe the freezing is from something else?

Got the game today. Only complaint is the constant walking, makes the game take forever. But other than that, this is amazing.

Apparently firmware 2.01 which came out today fixes the freezing problem. Apparently it happens in a lot of games.

Well fuck, I has just assassinated a guy and was getting ready to drop into the Bureau when it froze, so I have to go re-do the entire thing. This freezing problem really blows.

Edit: Having looked into it, found out it occurs if you have a second controller on. So if you want to do it deliberately you can try.
