X-Box 360 problem

I can't seem to connect to x-box live anymore. Whenever I try running tests, it tells me that X-Box Live fails. I called up their help center, but the guy was pretty much useless. Now I turn to you guys. Please help, I can't live without my Halo 3 Multiplayer.

I'm no expert, but you're going to need to give more information here. Just saying that it says it's not working doesn't really give anyone an idea of what might be going wrong.

I tried running the tests for connectivity and everything passed except X-Box Live, which failed. I just tried it now and it works, but I'm afraid of it happening again. Hopefully it doesn't though.

How long has it been going on? It could have just been a problem with Xbox Live that resolved itself.
