Vocal Highlighted Music

Yes, this is another one of those recommend me some music type topics. What I'm looking for is more along the lines of either songs or bands where the vocals are the focus. Not screaming vocals but things like StainD, Brand New, Godsmack (though there is a bit of screaming), or even going so far as the cushy rock (that I love) such as Matchbox 20 and Three Doors Down. Any help from our resident musical experts would be great.

Shinedown. Brent Smith has one of the best voices out there right now IMO.

If you like Godsmack, no doubt you'll like Alice In Chains. Godsmack are a near rip off of AIC.

Temple Of The Dog too, theres some great vocal displays on that album especially Say Hello 2 Heaven and their most famous, Hunger Strike, which sees Chris Cornell & Eddie Vedder vocal-duelling through it.

Also give Black Stone Cherry a shot, they're a bit more sSouthern Rock styled, but still a good voice.
