Where have they been all my life?

I mean I've always known "Don't Want To Know If You Are Lonely" which is all very well and good but my friend let me hear "Zen Arcade" last night and it was amazing.

So yeah...what other amazing stuff am I missing out on?

Zen Arcade is one of the best albums of the 80s, plain and simple. New Day Rising has one of my favorite songs of all-time from them, The Girl Who Lives on Heaven Hill. That's actually the song that turned me into a fan.

Depending on your tastes, Metal Circus is pretty fucking good. It's a lot less melodic than you'd be accustomed to with their music, it's emphasizes the hardcore sound more than anything. Everything Falls Apart is their first studio album, which is also when they were still focusing on a harder edged style than their later efforts. If you go for this album, get Everything Falls Apart And More which is a re-issue with some singles and rarities.
