Albums That Never End

We've all done it I'm sure.

One day you heard a song by [band Name Here] and decided you loved it enough to buy the album, and you listened to the album in full but that one song was still your favourite.

Skip forward a few months and you've listened to the album a few times and/or had a song come on shuffle and thought "actually this is good/better than that one song" and given the rest of the album a chance, a couple more songs stand out, and whilst the album is still great, it's still very much a "great song, good song" ratio.

I first heard of NeedToBreathe when "Shine On" was a song on WWE's Tribute To The Troops this past year. That song really grew on me, and after Youtubing them, I heard "More Time". Again, within a couple of listens, I liked it almost as much as "Shine On".

I decided to get hold of "The Heat," the band's second album. It only took a couple of plays through for me to fall in love with the album. Wanting more, I got "Daylight," their first album, to go with it. At first, I only liked one or two songs. I knew "Shine On" already, and "Don't Wait For Daylight" was growing on me.

Today, there's just as many songs from both albums that I adore equally.

Don't Wait For Daylight, Shine On, Quit, More Than, Haley and Over Now are all stand-out tracks from Daylight, then there's More Time, Streets Of Gold, Signature Of Divine, Again, Return, Looks Like Love, The Heat and Washed By The Water from The Heat.

These are off the top of my head, but I know for sure that I love the band. I like their sound. Youtube don't really give much away as far as determining how good they are live, so I'd like to get hold of a DVD if one has been released.

I honestly can't wait for the third album.
