Kinda of ironic the fact that Oasis split was announced by Bloc Party, doesn't it ?

I don't see them coming back, unless Liam fancies carrying on his own.

To be honest they haven't been the real Oasis since Bonehead and Guigsy left, they were the ones who managed to get Liam and Noel to co-exist, since then it's been patchy at best.

Am I the only one who liked the third album? OK It wasn't in the class of their first two but it's still better than 90% of other bands ever came up with.

Bar a couple of tracks they have seriously not been worth the effort since then though.

It's a decent album, but you can tell from its loudness, aggressiveness and length per track that the band were on so many drugs.
