I was expecting some patsy who wouldn't try to push a system to be announced as the new coach, but it's Dale Hunter. This should be interesting.

Pacioretty's hearing is this morning for the nasty headshot on Letang. I'm guessing 3 games.

Dale Hunter is unrivaled in building a legendary junior hockey program, but the jury's out on if he's a great coach as well. Certainly a fan-friendly hire.

Also, Paul Maurice is out in Carolina (again) in favour of Kirk Muller. Surprising as the Canes weren't doing *that* badly, all things considered. Only five points out of the playoffs and would be closer if Cam Ward was playing like Cam Ward.
