The PdM titles are low to at most midcard titles. They are NOT treated as important (like most titles in lucha) with maybe the Extreme being in one main event as oppose to having the top Perros (Perro Aguayo Jr, Hector Garza, Damien and Halloween) against either El Consejo or Los Psycho Clowns always in main events.

For the sake of the game put the Extreme title as their main event, the Light Heavyweight as their midcard and Minis as their lower midcard but know in reality, no belt is worthy of being a main event title for Perros.
