61yr old John Saunders has passed

Ok 2016, seriously go suck a fuck.  I LOVE this man.  He has done so much work across so many of the platforms/events at ESPN and has been phenomenal at every single one of them.  This morning, Live, Hannah Storm announced that he had passed ... 

... personally I loved him as he was the studio host for College Football but the biggest tell about him, was that he was that he was a founding member and top board member of the V Foundation.

I saw this about an hour or so ago and it was like a kick to the gut. So many years I watched this man cover my favorite level of any sport.

He seemed like a very good guy and sixty-one is no age for anyone to pass away. 

RIP to one of the main reasons I stuck with ESPN for so long.

John Saunders was the man.  The Sports Reporters is normally always on as I cook up my Sunday morning breakfast and I always would be sure to listen to the Parting Shots segment.
