  18. -Goal - Paul Koncheskey (can't remember who against. Just edges Rafael's left foot volley against Arsenal) -Match - Arsenal 4, Liverpool 4 - Great match and great display by Arseshavin. -Moment - Man United drawing against Arsenal to win third straight chmapionship to equal Liverpool's long standing record -Comeback - Man United 5-2 Spurs (In all leagues I'd say Matt Jansen's comeback to the game for Wrexham) -Player - Wayne Rooney (since Januray been the best in the league and awesome for England. Jagielka second and Gerrard/Vidic tied for third) -Manager - Ferguson is constantly winning things so another title doesn't get him this but 4 in a row next year will. 3rdd for me is Moyes, 2nd Hodgeson and 1st goes to Pulis. He kept Stoke up, mission impossible acheived. (Honourable mention to Phil Brown who despite awlful ending did keep Hull up) -Facepalm moment of the season - Alan Shearer just pipping Robbie Keane and Rafa's rant Team of the Year (4-3-3) GK: Edwin VAN DER SAR - Manchester United DR: Phil JAGIELKA - Everton DL: Leighton BAINES - Everton DC: Rio FERDINAND - Manchester United DC: Nemanja VIDIC - Manchester United MF: Ryan GIGGS - Manchester United MF: Steven GERRARD - Liverpool MF: Michael Carrick - Manchester United FW: Wayne ROONEY - Manchester United FW: Nicolas ANELKA - Chelsea FW: Cristiano RONALDO - Manchester United
  19. Being a United I'm obvious pissed about the final result but more about the performance. If United had played well and lost to a great team like Barca I'd be OK but they were not that good tonight United were just bad. 1st 8mins played well then a goal argueably against the run of play scored and it changed. Carrick and Anderson's heads went and Park is just not World Class (despite energy and effort). Rooney and Ronaldo had poor service but by the end Rooney (United best and most consistent player) was poor. Tonight showed the United 2008/09 team is a few years and players short of undisputed best in the world. Hargreaves back and Benzema could fix that. Anyhow 3rd Premier League title, Carling Cup winners, FA Cup Semi loser and Runners up in Champs League isn't the worse season.
  20. CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL (3pts) Barcelona 0-2 Man Utd FA CUP FINAL (3pts) Everton 2-1 Chelsea BONUS QUESTIONS (12pts) The first three questions are WITHOUT taking Extra Time into account. 1) What will the total number of goals be in both games? 5 2) In the two games above, how many cards will be shown in total? 7 3) Combined, how many offsides will there be in the two games? 12 4) Will one or more of the above games go to Extra Time? No 5) Will one or more of the above games go to Penalties? No 6) Which two teams will win the Champions League and FA Cup trophies? Manchester United and Everton
  21. Favourites at the moment appear to be Moyes, O'Neill and Querioz. With Bruce an outsider possibly with Hughes depending on how next season with City goes. If Ferguson continues for another 5 years which could be the case if he says healthy then who knows what Giggs and Scholes will be doing in terms of Coaching/Management. My dark horses are Solskjaer and Cantona.
  22. Best: Eric Cantona – 1.2m Roy Keane – 3.75m Ronny Johnson – 1.2m Ole Solskjaer – 1.5m Jaap Stam – 10.75m Cristiano Ronaldo – 12.2m Wayne Rooney – 27m Ben Foster – 1m Nemanja Vidic – 7m Patrice Evra – 5m Rafael and Fabio – 2.5m each Worst : Fabian Barthez – 7.8m Massimo Taibi – 4.5m Diego Forlan – 7.5m Juan Veron – 28.1m Djemba-Djemba – 3.5m Kleberson – 5.9m
  23. 20 on Bet 4 Wigan 1-2 Portsmouth
