    Stupidly (and accidentally) QuickSaved over my last QuickSave in ME3, which I use in critical moments when I need a secondary save file (I don't like save file clutter). Wound up getting the 'Hanar Diplomat' glitch and can't finish the mission. This is going to drive me 100% insane if I don't finish it so I'm likely to start the whole thing over :(
